发明内容

附图1示出了一个涡旋压缩机20,其结合有用于驱动轴24旋转的电动马达22。轴24引起具有涡旋齿28的公转涡旋构件26相对于具有涡旋齿32的非公转涡旋构件30公转。偏心销34构成于所述轴24的一端。偏心销34装配在滑块36中,所述滑块36位于偏心销34与从非公转涡旋构件26延伸出来的套筒38之间。
如附图2A所示,偏心销34与滑块36具有移动成彼此接触以提供驱动连接的平坦表面。如图所示,偏心销34具有一平坦表面40,其邻接于在滑块36中的孔42的内周上的平坦表面43。在孔42中的其它位置上形成有大致弯曲的表面45。
如附图2B所示,在现有技术中,偏心销34在其平坦驱动表面40上具有筒状形状。因此,当表面40与表面43相接触时形成点接触,从而减小两者之间的摩擦损失。为更好的示出该特征,附图中的筒状形状的程度是夸大的。在这个理论构造中,接触力的方向为从接触点正好径向向外指向。

Claims (4)

1、一种涡旋压缩机,包括:
第一涡旋构件,其具有一底部和从该底部延伸的大致螺旋型涡旋齿;
第二涡旋构件,其具有一底部和从该底部延伸的大致螺旋型涡旋齿,所述第一和第二涡旋构件的所述涡旋齿互相配合以定义压缩腔;
所述第二涡旋构件具有:在与大致螺旋型涡旋齿相反的方向从底部向上延伸的套筒;由马达驱动旋转的驱动轴,所述驱动轴具有向上延伸至所述套筒中的偏心销;以及位于所述偏心销与所述套筒之间的滑块;和
所述偏心销和所述滑块各具有大致平坦的表面,所述大致平坦的表面彼此接触以导致所述旋转轴的旋转运动通过所述滑块传送至所述公转涡旋构件,并且所述滑块上的所述平坦表面可被构成为在远离所述公转涡旋构件的所述底部的方向上径向向内延伸。
2、根据权利要求1所述的涡旋压缩机,其中所述滑块的所述平坦表面沿单个倾斜表面延伸。
3、根据权利要求2所述的涡旋压缩机,其中所述单个倾斜表面相对于所述驱动轴的旋转轴线倾斜。
4、根据权利要求3所述的涡旋压缩机,其中所述倾斜表面在垂直于所述驱动轴线的平面上是大致平的。
