背景技术
众所周知,在鞋领域细鞋跟是一类基本上用于女鞋的高跟,其特征在于高的高度/截面比。尽管所有高跟需要合适的装置来增强,考虑到细鞋跟的细长度,在细鞋跟的情况下绝对不可缺少,这种细长度使得细鞋跟不足以抵抗剪切应力和弯曲。通常总体上并且特别是为了提高细鞋跟的高跟的机械强度,习惯上通过由刚性的、通常是金属材料制成的芯部来增强高跟。这些增强芯部的例子例如在英国专利GB2012557和2063645中举例说明。在这些情况下,增强芯部由具有纵向裂缝的钢管形元件制成,这是由于该芯部是通过弯曲矩形条来获得的。在鞋跟注塑成型时管形增强元件嵌入鞋跟内,最后形成鞋跟尖端,该鞋跟尖端具有在管形元件内强力接合的柄部。
在高跟的特殊情况下,必须同时满足轻便和具有抵抗力的需求,由于增强芯部必须特别小,该需求受到严重阻碍。这无疑意味着目前市场上可以买到的高跟没有一个满足在ISO标准EN-ISO.19956/04中提出的抵抗力的规定,除非或者增大增强芯部的截面但损失高跟的细长度,或者使用高抵抗力材料,例如钢,但是这样负面影响了鞋跟的轻便性。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种用于鞋的鞋跟,特别是细鞋跟,其具有高轻便性,并且同时具有对剪切和弯曲应力的机械抵抗力。
本发明的另一个目的是提供一种上面提到类型的鞋跟,该鞋跟满足EN-ISO.19956/04的关于疲劳强度的要求。
这些目的通过按照本发明用于鞋的鞋跟来实现,该鞋跟包括本体和细长支撑部分,在该细长支撑部分中嵌入了刚性增强芯部。按照本发明,该芯部具有杆状结构,该杆状结构具有大致为截头圆锥体形的横截面。另外该增强芯部优选使用ERGAL 7075制成。

具体实施方式
参照前述的附图,附图标记1表示以传统方式注塑成型获得的细鞋跟的本体,附图标记2表示在注塑成型制造过程中包含在其细长支撑部分1a内的增强芯部。
增强芯部2包括杆部3,该杆部3具有大致为截头圆锥体截面,终止于具有较大横截面的头部4。杆部3具有适于允许其嵌入到具有常规尺寸的细鞋跟的长度和截面。
芯部2由杆部3的下端3a开始扩展,其第一杆状部分5a具有非常小的锥度,第一杆部分5a逐步以圆角过渡(radius)到第二杆状部分5b,该第二杆状部分5b具有较大的锥度。头部4从杆部3的上端3b延伸。
非常重要的是,具有不同锥度的杆状部分5a和5b连接在一起,没有产生不连续,这样就避免了沿着芯部2的杆部3出现任何外部应力在其上集中的危险截面。为此,增强芯部的锥度优选地从其下端3a开始增加,该下端3a具有最低的截面。
在本发明的一种优选实施例中,杆部3的轮廓形状为圆弧,该圆弧从杆部3的下端3a到上端3b以圆角过渡。特别是所述的周边的圆弧大致上与垂直于杆部3的下端3a并在下端3a的边缘处与杆部下端相交的线相切。为了对于杆部3的变化高度,在下端3a的半径和上端3b的半径之间维持相同的比值,杆部3的圆弧形轮廓的曲率半径必须作为杆部高度的函数来增加。
按照本发明的一个重要特征,通过上面描述的增强芯部2的形状并使用具有足够抵抗力和轻便性的金属材料,例如特别是以ERGAL7075为人所知的铝合金,可以获得最优结果。显然可以使用具有相当的机械特性和轻便性的材料作为替代。
按照前述ISO标准对高跟进行测试,显示完全达到抵抗力要求,特别要提到重复的剪切疲劳抵抗力测试,该测试提供的抵抗力阈值要高于14.000冲击(strokes)。
在考察本公开内容的基础上,可以对本发明进行各种修改和变化。这些改变和增加都在所附权利要求所限定的本发明的范围和实质之内。
Claims (4)
1.一种细鞋跟,其包括本体(1)和其中嵌入刚性增强芯部(2)的细长支撑部分(1a),其特征在于,所述增强芯部具有杆形结构,该杆形结构具有大致为截头锥体形的横截面,所述增强芯部(2)还包括具有下端(3a)和上端(3b)的杆部(3),所述下端(3a)形成有孔(7),在孔(7)中鞋跟尖端(6)的柄部(6a)强力接合,所述上端(3b)形成有扩大的头部(4),以便将所述增强芯部固定到鞋跟本体中,所述杆部的锥度从所述下端(3a)不中断地增加。
2.如权利要求1所述的鞋跟,其中所述增强芯部(2)由铝合金制成,例如由ERGAL 7075制成。
3.如前述权利要求中任一项所述的鞋跟,其中,所述杆部(3)的轮廓为周边圆弧的形状,该圆弧从所述下端(3a)圆角过渡到所述上端(3b)。
4.如权利要求3所述的鞋跟,其中所述周边的圆弧大致上与垂直于所述杆部(3)的下端(3a)并与所述杆部下端(3a)在其边缘处相交的线相切。
