力可调的电缆插头探位工具,是电缆插头的接触偶在装配过程中一种测量工具;解决原锥子式的测位工具易损坏接触偶插孔内的镀腊;力可调的电缆插头探位工具,其特征在于由管状手柄、管状体、转接柱体、压套、弹簧、探针、探孔组成,管状体中部外径上制出螺纹,将弹簧装在管状体内,将两个转接柱体从管状体两端装入管状体内,将压套装在管状体与转接柱体之间,将探针或探孔装在转接柱体内,将管状手柄装在管状体上螺纹连接,管状手柄制有内台阶通孔,一端头制出内螺纹;优点:两端可装不同规格的探针或探孔,使用方便,内装有弹簧,使用时力可调,不易损坏接触偶插孔内镀膜。

技术领域:本发明创造是电缆插头的接触偶在装配过程中一种测量工具。
背景技术:现时生产中,所使用的测量工具,是一种力不可调的类似锥子的工具。由于插头接触偶的针或孔规格大小不一,要求这种工具应是规格齐全的,所用力也是要求不一样的,现将这种工具按接触偶插针的最小尺寸,按接触偶插孔的最大尺寸制造出两种规格,使用时造成孔大探小针,小针探大孔;当孔大探小针时易造成接触偶插针根部变形,小针探大孔时由于探针端部锐利易造成接触偶插孔内镀膜破损;电缆插头接触偶长时间使用后会发生积碳而导致接触不良。
发明内容:本发明创造的目的是提供一种可双向安装任意规格的探针或探孔,力是可调的力可调的电缆插头探位工具;本发明创造的目的是通过下述的技术方案实现的:力可调的电缆插头探位工具,其特征在于由管状手柄、管状体、转接柱体、压套、弹簧、探针、探孔组成,管状体中部外径上制出螺纹,将弹簧装在管状体内,将两个转接柱体从管状体两端装入管状体内,将压套装在管状体与转接柱体之间,将探针或探孔装在转接柱体内,将管状手柄装在管状体上螺纹连接,管状手柄制有内台阶通孔,一端头制出内螺纹。
本发明创造的优点:本工具两端可分别安装探针或探孔使用方便,由于采用弹簧,力是可调的,不易损坏接触偶插孔内镀膜。

具体实现方式:力可调的电缆插头探位工具,其特征在于由管状手柄、管状体、转接柱体、压套、弹簧、探针、探孔组成,管状体中部外径上制出螺纹,将弹簧装在管状体内,将两个转接柱体从管状体两端装入管状体内,将压套装在管状体与转接柱体之间,将探针或探孔装在转接柱体内,将管状手柄装在管状体上螺纹连接,管状手柄制有内台阶通孔,一端头制出内螺纹。转接柱体一端制出内螺纹孔,探针和探孔制成系列规格,可将相同或不同的探针或探孔装在转接柱体的两端眩,使用方便。管状手柄内制的的内台阶通孔的孔径的大小稍大于探针或探孔根部柱体直径,当使用一端时,另一端可以被旋入管状手柄内保护起来,不必卸掉,台阶通过手柄旋转调节其与转接柱体的距离,当手柄旋转至最外端时反映的是弹簧力,当手柄旋转至最里端时反映的力是增大的。

1.力可调的电缆插头探位工具,其特征在于由管状手柄、管状体、转接柱体、压套、弹簧、探针、探孔组成,管状体中部外径上制出螺纹,将弹簧装在管状体内,将两个转接柱体从管状体两端装入管状体内,将压套装在管状体与转接柱体之间,将探针或探孔装在转接柱体内,将管状手柄装在管状体上螺纹连接,管状手柄制有内台阶通孔,一端头制出内螺纹。
