1,2,4-trimethylbenzene about 2% to 4%;
1-(methylethyl) benzene about 0.1%;
Dimethylbenzene about 20% to 23%;
Butoxy ethanol about 6% to 8%;
2-Ethylhexyl Alcohol about 0.1%;
1-hydroxyl-3,6 two oxa-octanes about 0.4%;
Ready denier oil acid about 1.0%; And
Lightweight solvent naphtha about 10% to 14%.
20. the manufacture method of an effective fuel for diesel engines composition, described composition comprises at least one oil fuel, at least one biosynthesizing oil and at least one stabilizer blend, wherein said fuel composition meets quality standard ASTM6751 and ASTM975, and described method comprises the steps:
By 25 microns polyester filter pre-filtering biosynthesizing oil between about 105 to 125;
The humidity of analysis of mixtures, insolubles reach not saponified (MIU);
Saponifiable content need not be equal to or less than 1.5%;
Refilter between about 105 °F to 120 °F by 25 micron filters;
Refilter in same temperature ranges stated by 10 microns polyester filter;
Further by 5 microns polyester filter filtering mixts;
Mixture left standstill in cone tanks about 3 hours;
Bottom by cone tanks removes settling;
Add 10 volume % to 50 volume % petrifaction diesels and stir in about 110 °F (43.3 ℃);
Mixture is left standstill do not stir about 120 minutes;
Mixed about 60 minutes to mixture interpolation stabilizer blend (0.086 volume % to 0.17 volume %) and in 100 °F (37.8 ℃);
Mixture moves to cone tanks;
In room temperature storage;
Mixture was left standstill 2 hours;
Bottom by cone tanks removes settling;
By 5 microns polyester filter filtering mixts to temporary tank;
Mobile mixture and use liquid separation MODEL C INC whizzer in 2700rpm ROT13 minute; And
The compound fuel of finishing moves to storage tanks.
