技术领域
本发明涉及一种成型工艺,是对现有技术的改进,具体涉及一种注射器活塞的成型工艺。
背景技术
注射器广泛地应用在医疗、保健,为人们提供服务,深受欢迎。注射器活塞是注射器主要的配件,其不足之处是当前注射器活塞的成型是采用橡胶原料成型,摩擦系数较大,采用的都是针筒身内壁喷一层硅油,增强润滑功能,但增多一道工艺制程,成本提高;喷射过程有污染;硅油用量无法精密控制等。
发明内容
本发明的目的是避免上述现有技术中的不足之处而提供的一种注射器活塞的成型工艺。
该工艺采用硅胶为原料,并加入硅油,具有工艺简单,过程无污染且节省成本等特点
本发明的目的可通过下列的措施来实现:
一种注射器活塞的成型工艺,其特征在于采用硅胶与硅油为材料,在硅胶中加入硅油,硅胶与硅油含量,其重量百分比为:硅胶为90~99.99%,硅油为0.01~10%。
上述所述的硅胶为医疗级硅胶。
上述所述的硅油与硅胶分子结构不相溶,使活塞在成型后,自渗一层较薄的硅油,起润滑作用。
本发明相比现有技术具有如下优点:
由于本发明是对现有技术的改进,采用硅胶加入硅油射出或模压成型,因而具有:一是节省工艺,降低成本;二是硅油量可精确地控制;三是无污染,本发明产品质量提高,实用性较广,值得推广应用。
具体实施方式
一种注射器活塞的成型工艺,采用医疗级硅胶与硅油为材料,在医疗级硅胶中加入硅油,医疗级硅胶与硅油含量,重量百分比为:医疗级硅胶为92,硅油为8。
上述所述的硅油与硅胶分子结构不相溶。

1、一种注射器活塞的成型工艺,其特征在于采用硅胶与硅油为材料,在硅胶中加入硅油,硅胶与硅油含量,其重量百分比为:硅胶为90~99.99%,硅油为0.01~10%。
2、根据权利要求1所述的一种注射器活塞的成型工艺,其特征在于所述硅胶为医疗级硅胶。
3、所述的硅油与硅胶分子结构不相溶。
