本发明公开了一种用于测量氢气的热导池传感器,包括壳体、参考臂、测量臂、热敏元件,参考臂设有两个参考臂气室,参考臂气室内设有热敏元件;测量臂设有两个测量臂气室,测量臂气室内设有热敏元件;热敏原件均用惰性材料封装;所述参考臂、测量臂两端分别设有进气口和出气口,参考臂气室与参考臂进气端相接的地方设置有弹片,参考臂气室与参考臂出气端相接的位置用螺栓密封;所述测量臂气室底部开孔。本发明提供的用于测量氢气的热导电池传感器安装方便,参考热导系数可调,灵敏度高、测量数据精确,使用寿命长。

用于测量氢气的热导池传感器
技术领域
本发明涉及传感器领域,具体地说是涉及测量氢气的传感器领域。
背景技术
随着社会经济的发展,目前在各大型工业企业(如:煤矿、石油、空分等行业)的生产过程中,某些生产环节下需要对特定的生产过程所产生的气体进行必要的微量含氢量的检测,以提高生产过程的安全性、维护工作人员的人身安全和正常的生产需要。现在企业采用的检测仪器是根据热导原理——惠斯通电桥平衡原理,对工业气体中含氢量进行检测,但是现有测量技术的测量背景参数是不可调的,这就使得在测量中,被测气体的选择会受到很大的限制。
发明内容
为解决现有技术存在的问题,本发明提供一种测量背景参数可调、测量准确、安装方便的用于测量氢气的热导池传感器。
本发明是这样实现的:
一种用于测量氢气的热导池传感器,包括壳体、参考臂、测量臂、热敏元件,所述壳体内设置有参考臂、测量臂,所述参考臂设有两个参考臂气室,两个参考臂气室设在参考臂气路内,参考臂气室内设有热敏元件;所述测量臂设有两个测量臂气室,两个测量臂气室设在测量臂气路内,测量臂气室内设有热敏元件;所述热敏原件均用惰性材料封装;所述参考臂两端分别设有进气口和出气口,所述参考臂气室与进气口、出气口相接的位置开孔,参考臂气室与参考臂进气端相接的地方设置有弹片,参考臂气室与参考臂出气端相接的位置用螺栓密封;所述测量臂两端分别设有进气口和出气口,所述测量臂气室底部开孔。
所述参考臂气室和测量臂气室可活动设置在壳体内。
所述测量臂和/或参考臂气室壁可均匀开孔。
所述测量臂气路可分为主气路和分气路,所述主气路可比分气路宽。主气路承担大量气流,主气路比分气路宽可减小进入测量臂气室的气压,减小气流流速。
所述测量臂主气路进气口端可设置有过滤膜。
所述热敏元件的封装材料和/或过滤膜的厚度不大于0.1mm。
所述封装材料可为陶瓷或玻璃。
所述壳体可为圆柱状。
所述气室可为圆柱状。
所述热敏元件可为铼钨丝
所述弹片可采用镁铝合金材料制成。
制作本发明提供的用于测量氢气的热导池传感器时,首先在壳体测量臂部位开两个孔用来连接壳体和测量臂气室,在壳体参考臂部位开两个孔用来连接壳体和参考臂气室,壳体内部开参考臂气路、测量臂气路,参考臂两端分别开有进气口和出气口,测量臂两端分别开有进气口和出气口;将热敏元件用惰性材料封装后插入测量臂气室和参考臂气室,利用密封胶对气室口进行密封,然后将各气室活动连接在壳体内(包括旋接、卡接等),其中参考臂气室与参考臂气路相接的位置开孔,测量臂气室与测量臂气路相接的位置开孔,可选的还可以在测量臂气室壁上均匀开有若干个孔;最后参考臂气室与参考臂进气端相接的地方设置弹片,参考臂气室与参考臂出气端相接的位置用螺栓密封。为了使测量结果更准确,使得传感器使用寿命更长可在测量臂的进气口端粘连过滤膜。
测量时,将参考气体通入参考臂,给传感器加电、测量臂气室中通入样气后,参考臂和测量臂的四臂热敏元件——用惰性材料进行封装的铼钨丝开始升温,阻值开始发生变化,因参考臂的参考系数(热导系数)与样气热导系数不同,利用惠斯通电桥原理即可得到样气含氢量。
本发明提供的用于测量氢气的热导池传感器将热敏元件用惰性材料封装,可防止气体对热敏元件的腐蚀,使传感器不容易老化;参考臂气室与参考臂进气端相接的地方设置弹片,参考臂气室与参考臂出气端相接的位置用螺栓密封,当对参考臂气室通入气体时,只需借用外力将弹片推进,气体即可充满参考臂,当气体充满后,借用参考臂气室内部气压的作用将弹片迅速弹回原位,防止漏气现象发生,如果需要更改背景气体,只需用螺丝刀旋动螺栓,将螺栓旋出即可将背景气体释放,实现参考热导系数可调;各气室活动连接在壳体内,使得所述传感器安装方便而且容易拆卸;热敏元件的封装厚度不大于0.1mm,在保护热敏元件的同时也不会影响测量结果;所述弹片采用材质轻便的镁铝合金,且不易受腐蚀;所述各气室壁上均匀开有若干个孔,可使气体与热敏元件接触更充分,测量效果更好。
本发明提供的用于测量氢气的热导池传感器安装方便,参考热导系数可调,灵敏度高、测量数据精确,使用寿命长。

下面将结合附图以及具体实施例来详细说明本发明,在此本发明的示意性实施例以及说明用来解释本发明,但并不作为对本发明的限定。
实施例1:
如图1、2、3所示,本实施例提供的用于测量氢气的热导池传感器,包括壳体1、参考臂2、测量臂3、热敏元件4,热敏元件4为铼钨丝,铼钨丝均用陶瓷封装;壳体1内设置有参考臂2、测量臂3,参考臂2设有两个参考臂气室5,两个参考臂气室5设在参考臂气路内6,参考臂气室5内设有热敏元件4;测量臂3设有两个测量臂气室7,两个测量臂气室7设在测量臂分气路19内,测量臂主气路8比分气路19宽,测量臂气室7内设有热敏元件4,其中参考臂气室5和测量臂气室7采用旋接的方式活动设置在壳体1内;所述参考臂2两端分别设有进气口9和出气口10,所述参考臂气室5与进气口9、出气口10相接的位置开孔11,参考臂气室5与参考臂进气端相接的地方设置有弹片12,弹片12通过弹簧连接在参考臂气室5上,参考臂气室5与参考臂出气端相接的位置用螺栓13密封;测量臂3两端分别设有进气口14和出气口15,所述测量臂气室7底部开孔16,测量臂气室壁、参考臂气室壁均匀开有孔17,测量臂分气路19的进气口端粘连过滤膜18。其中壳体1和各气室采用不锈钢材料制成,热敏元件4的封装厚度不大于0.1mm,过滤膜18的厚度不大于0.1mm,弹片12采用镁铝合金材料制成,呈椎体状。

如实施例1所述的用于测量氢气的热导池传感器,其中各气室卡接在壳体1内。

1.一种用于测量氢气的热导池传感器,包括壳体、参考臂、测量臂、热敏元件,所述壳体内设置有参考臂、测量臂,所述参考臂设有两个参考臂气室,两个参考臂气室设在参考臂气路内,参考臂气室内设有热敏元件;所述测量臂设有两个测量臂气室,两个测量臂气室设在测量臂气路内,测量臂气室内设有热敏元件,其特征在于:所述参考臂气室和测量臂气室的热敏原件用惰性材料封装;所述参考臂两端分别设有进气口和出气口,所述参考臂气室与进气口、出气口相接的位置开孔,参考臂气室与参考臂进气端相接的地方设置有弹片,参考臂气室与参考臂出气端相接的位置用螺栓密封;所述测量臂两端分别设有进气口和出气口,所述测量臂气室底部开孔。
2.如权利要求1所述的用于测量氢气的热导池传感器,其特征在于:所述参考臂气室和测量臂气室活动设置在壳体内。
3.如权利要求1所述的用于测量氢气的热导池传感器,其特征在于:所述测量臂和/或参考臂气室壁均匀开孔。
4.如权利要求1所述的用于测量氢气的热导池传感器,其特征在于:所述测量臂气路分为主气路和分气路,所述主气路比所述分气路宽。
5.如权利要求1所述的用于测量氢气的热导池传感器,其特征在于:所述热敏元件的封装材料的厚度不大于0.1mm。
6.如权利要求1所述的用于测量氢气的热导池传感器,其特征在于:所述封装材料为陶瓷或玻璃。
7.如权利要求4所述的用于测量氢气的热导池传感器,其特征在于:所述测量臂气路的所述分气路的进气口端设置有过滤膜。
8.如权利要求1所述的用于测量氢气的热导池传感器,其特征在于:所述热敏元件为铼钨丝。
9.如权利要求1所述的用于测量氢气的热导池传感器,其特征在于:所述弹片采用镁铝合金材料制成。
10.如权利要求1所述的用于测量氢气的热导池传感器,其特征在于:所述壳体和/或气室成圆柱状。
11.如权利要求7所述的用于测量氢气的热导池传感器,其特征在于:所述过滤膜的厚度不大于0.1mm。
