Abstract

本发明公开了一种电流互感器线圈的励磁特性试验绕线工装,本发明包括两个绝缘板和多根两端分别与两绝缘板固定的导线,两绝缘板上设有扣装置,两绝缘板扣合后,多根导线依次首尾相接成一个线圈。本发明导线的间的间距、线长是固定的,只需扣合两绝缘板即可完成线圈的绕制,绕线均匀、绕制速度快,工作效率高,导线的折绕弧度小,使用寿命长,节省材料和人力。

一种电流互感器线圈的励磁特性试验绕线工装
(一)技术领域
本发明涉及一种试验装置,特别是一种电流互感器线圈的励磁特性试验绕线工装。
(二)背景技术
电流互感器线圈(铁芯)的励磁特性试验,现有的方法是用连接线在其铁芯上绕制一定的设计匝数,但在人工绕制时的松紧度不均匀,绕制速度慢,而且使用的线径也不统一,从而会增大电能量的损耗,加大电阻量。并且在铁芯个数多时,所使用的线比较多,反复折绕的次数,浪费了材料成本和工人成本,对工作效率和进度都有不利影响。
(三)发明内容
本发明要解决的技术问题是:提供一种绕线均匀、绕制速度快的电流互感器线圈的励磁特性试验绕线工装。
为了解决上述技术问题,本发明包括两个绝缘板和多根两端分别与两绝缘板固定的导线,两绝缘板上设有扣装置,两绝缘板扣合后,多根导线依次首尾相接成一个线圈。
为了扣合方便,所述的扣装置包括多个铜扣公和多个铜扣母,多个铜扣公相间隔的固定在一个绝缘板上,多个铜扣母相间隔的固定在另一个绝缘板上,导线两端分别固定在一对斜对的铜扣公和铜扣母上。
本发明的有益效果是:本发明导线的间的间距、线长是固定的,只需扣合两绝缘板即可完成线圈的绕制,绕线均匀、绕制速度快,工作效率高,导线的折绕弧度小,使用寿命长,节省材料和人力。

(五)具体实施方式
如图1所示的一种电流互感器线圈的励磁特性试验绕线工装,它包括两个绝缘板1和多根导线3,一个绝缘板1上均匀固定有多个铜扣公2、另一个绝缘板1上均匀固定有多个铜扣母4,铜扣公2和铜扣母4一一对应,导线3的一端固定在一个铜扣公2上,另一端固定在一个与前述铜扣公2斜对的铜扣母4上,两绝缘板1上的铜扣母4和铜扣公2扣合后,多根导线3依次首尾相接成一个螺旋线圈。
试验方法:在试验时可直接把工装绕在铁芯上,再将两绝缘板1压紧,铜扣母4和铜扣公2相扣合,多根导线3首尾相连,形成一个螺旋线圈。使试验完成后卸下工装,再换到另一只铁芯上,针对不同规格的铁芯可折中设计几个尺寸。

1.一种电流互感器线圈的励磁特性试验绕线工装,其特征在于:包括两个绝缘板(1)和多根两端分别与两绝缘板(1)固定的导线(3),两绝缘板(1)上设有扣装置,两绝缘板(1)扣合后,多根导线(3)依次首尾相接成一个线圈,所述的扣装置包括多个铜扣公(2)和多个铜扣母(4),多个铜扣公(2)相间隔的固定在一个绝缘板(1)上,多个铜扣母(4)相间隔的固定在另一个绝缘板(1)上,导线(3)两端分别固定在一对斜对的铜扣公(2)和铜扣母(4)上。
