本发明属于生活用品技术领域,具体涉及一种锁控插座;它是由:插座本体、钥匙、锁体、导电触片组成的,其特点是:在插座本体上设有锁体、锁体未端设置有绝缘层,绝缘层外设置有拨杆,拨杆外设有紧固螺母,紧固螺母外还有防止紧固螺母松动的销;绝缘层、拨杆、紧固螺母、销都设置在加长的锁芯上;通过钥匙的转动,带动锁芯转动,从而带动固定在锁芯上的拨杆转动,拨杆转到某一位置时,使导电触片间断开或闭合,从而达到锁住电力或信号的供给功能。上述拨杆采用的绝缘材料,优选木材、陶瓷、玻璃、硬质塑料。本发明用钥匙控制电源或信号的供给,因此,与现有的插座相比,具有结构简单、成本低、电源或信号可被灵活控制供给的优点。

本发明属于生活用品技术领域,具体涉及一种锁控插座。
背景技术
随着社会的进步,小康化进程的推进,电器产品也在逐步增多,而对于电器产品的管理,就成了一个难题,例如,学生放学回家不做作业,第一件事就是打开电视看节目,家长有时很难监管,这样不仅影响了学习,而且影响了健康;再如,在好多开放的公共场所,都设置有电源插座,目前这种插座绝大部分是由位于控制中心的开关控制的,要打开控制柜才能切断或供应电源,非常麻烦;而且,好多公共场所的插座是不能锁掉电力供应的,因此,常常会被窃电。
发明内容
本发明的目的是设计一种成本低、可以控制电源或者信号供给的锁控插座。
本发明锁控插座,它是由:插座本体、钥匙、锁体、导电触片组成的,其特点是:在插座本体上设有锁体、锁体未端设置有绝缘层,绝缘层外设置有拨杆,拨杆外设有紧固螺母,紧固螺母外还有防止紧固螺母松动的销;绝缘层、拨杆、紧固螺母、销都设置在加长的锁芯上;通过钥匙的转动,带动锁芯转动,从而带动固定在锁芯上的拨杆转动,拨杆转到某一位置时,使导电触片间断开或闭合,从而达到锁住电力或信号的供给功能。
所述的导电触片有一对,导电触片折成近似T形形状,导电触片通过固定件固定在插座本体上,导电触片上设置有接线柱,两导电触片接触面对应位置处都设置有导电触头。其中一个导电触片的两垂直部分的近中央处,设置有使其保持T形的筋,筋紧贴水平部分的上平面各垂直部分;另一个导电触片中,用于固定在插座本体上的水平部分的近中央处,设置有与垂直部分近似平行的固定杆,通过弹簧将固定杆与垂直部分连接。
进一步地,上述所述的导电触片可为2对、3对或更多对。
上述所述的拨杆采用的绝缘材料,优选木材、陶瓷、玻璃、硬质塑料。
由于本发明采取了上述的技术方案,用钥匙控制电源或信号的供给,因此,与现有的插座相比,具有结构简单、成本低、电源或信号可被控制供给的优点。

下面结合附图及实施例对本发明作进一步说明。
实施实例一:
如图1、图2和图3所示,一种锁控插座,它是由:插座本体100、钥匙1、锁体2、一对触片(8、9)组成的;插座本体100上设有插座孔101,插座本体100上设有锁体2、锁体2未端设置有绝缘层3,绝缘层3外设置有拨杆4,拨杆4外设有紧固螺母5,紧固螺母5外还有防止紧固螺母松动的销7;绝缘层3、拨杆4、紧固螺母5、销7都设置在加长的锁芯6上;通过钥匙1的转动,带动锁芯6转动,从而带动固定在锁芯6上的拨杆4转动,拨杆4转到某一位置时,使导电触片(8、9)断开或闭合,从而达到锁住电力或信号的供给功能。
所述的一对导电触片(8、9),每片都折成近似T形形状。导电触片9的水平部分91通过固定件98固定在插座本体上,导电触片9上设置有接线柱96,接线柱96通过固定螺钉94固定在水平部分91上,导电触片9的水平部分91与垂直部分92的近中央处,设置有使其保持T形的筋95,筋95紧贴水平部分91的上平面和垂直部分92的右平面921;导电触片9的垂直部分92的左平面上设有导电触头922。另一个导电触片8中,通过固定件84将水平部分81固定在插座本体上,导电触片8上设置有接线柱86,接线柱86通过固定螺钉87固定在水平部分81上,导电触片8的用于固定在插座本体上的水平部分81的近中央处,设置有与垂直部分82近似平行的固定杆85,通过弹簧89将固定杆85上与垂直部分82的左平面822连接,垂直部分82的右平面821上设有导电触头83。
当锁位于“开”位置时,拨杆4未介入导电触片8与导电触片9之间,导电触片8的导电触头83与导电触片9的导电触头922相接触,因此,处于导通状态,可以供给信号或电源;当锁位于“关”位置时,拨杆4的后端41介入导电触片8与导电触片9之间,其左平面412与导电触头83相接触,拨杆4的右平面411与导电触头922相接触,因拨杆4是绝缘性材料,故整个电路处于关断状态,切断了信号或电源的供给。由于导电触片9是固定地,而导电触片8的垂直部分82是可以随着弹簧89的运动而向左或向右转动的,因此,拨杆4可以方便地介入与拨离导电触片8与导电触片9之间。
至此,已经完成了本发明的任务。
上述所述的拨杆采用的绝缘材料,优选木材、陶瓷、玻璃、硬质塑料。
进一步地,上述所述的导电触片可为2对、3对或更多对;藉以控制其它插座或锁住更多的线路,如三相制插座、单相中同时锁住零线和火线等。

Claims (4)

1、一种锁控插座,它由插座本体、钥匙、锁体、导电触片组成;其特征是:插座本体上设有锁体、锁体未端设置有绝缘层,绝缘层外设置有拨杆,拨杆外设有紧固螺母,紧固螺母外还有防止紧固螺母松动的销;绝缘层、拨杆、紧固螺母、销都设置在加长的锁芯上;通过钥匙的转动,带动锁芯转动,从而带动固定在锁芯上的拨杆转动,拨杆转到某一位置时,使导电触片间断开或闭合,从而达到锁住电力或信号的供给功能。
2、根据权利要求1所述的锁控插座,其特征在于:所述的导电触片有一对,且每片都折成近似T形形状,导电触片通过固定件固定在插座本体上,导电触片上设置有接线柱,两导电触片接触面对应位置处都设置有导电触头。其中一个导电触片的两垂直部分的近中央处,设置有使其保持T形的筋,筋紧贴水平部分的上平面各垂直部分;另一个导电触片中,用于固定在插座本体上的水平部分的近中央处,设置有与垂直部分近似平行的固定杆,通过弹簧将固定杆与垂直部分连接。
3、根据权利要求1所述的锁控插座,其特征在于:所述的导电触片至少为2对。
4、根据权利要求1、2或3所述的任一种锁控插座,其特征在于:所述的拨杆,其采用的是绝缘材料,优选木材、陶瓷、玻璃、硬质塑料。
