Abstract

一种电缆连接器,它包括两个内部呈对称状的连接体,其特征是:在连接体的上部,下部,各设置一个平行贯通与电缆接触的夹紧内弧面,在夹紧内弧面上设置锥形夹刺,两个连接体上分别设置连接孔,通过连接螺栓连为一体。本发明的优点是:对于要连接的电缆(T形连接或平行连接)可以做到不剥电缆绝缘皮,采用夹刺穿刺绝缘直达导体的方法,快速有效的连接电缆。

技术领域
本发明是一种电力电缆连接装置,特别是一种快速方便,性能良好的电缆连接器。
背景技术
在日常城乡电力线路需要做分支连接或平行连接时,需要用专用剥皮钳将主电缆和分支电缆一段绝缘皮剥去再做连接,不仅费时费力,而且将主电缆上一段导体暴露在大气条件下,受到侵蚀。接点铝氧化导致接点温度升高,造成线损增大和电压损失,严重时会烧断电缆造成事故,同时降低了电缆运行寿命和线路运行水平。
发明内容
本发明目的是提供一种电缆连接器,在不剥电缆绝缘皮的情况下,采用锥形夹刺针穿刺绝缘皮直达导体的方法,快速有效的连接电缆。穿刺针在刺破电缆绝缘层时,绝缘层反作用力同时将穿刺针裹紧,切断由穿刺孔向接点供氧渠道,保证接触部位不受氧化,接点部位常年处在低接触电阻状态,避免接点出现温升,延长电缆运行寿命。
本发明的目的是通过如下技术方案实现的:它包括两个内部呈对称状的连接体1,2其特征是在连接体的上部下部各设置一个平行贯通与电缆接触夹紧内弧面3,4,5,6。并在夹紧内弧面设置锥形夹刺针7,两个连接体上分别设置连接孔.8,9,通过连接螺栓连为一体。
本发明的优点是:在不剥电缆绝缘皮的情况下快速有效的连接电缆,由于连接压力集中在锥形夹刺的尖上,局部压力较大,能刺破导体表面氧化膜,实现铝与铝压力连接,锥形穿刺针在刺破电缆绝缘层时,绝缘层反作用力将穿刺针裹紧,接点处在密闭无氧状态,避免接点铝氧化造成温升,杜绝电蚀现象发生。

具体实施方式:
如图1-3具体结构如下:连接体上部贯通的夹紧内弧面3,4为夹固主电缆设置,连接体下部夹紧内弧面5,6为夹固分支导线设置,两个连接体1,2分别设置连接孔8,9通过连接螺栓连接为一体,在夹紧内弧面3,4,5,6上设置锥形夹刺针7两个连接体1,2均为铝合金压铸件,锥形穿刺针7由铸造同时给出,两个连接体均为优良的导电件,使用时,将带有绝缘皮的主电缆置于两个连接体上部的夹紧内弧面3,4内,将带有绝缘皮的分支电缆置于两个连接体下部夹紧内弧面5,6内,逐步递进的拧紧连接螺栓,锥形夹刺针慢慢刺破电缆绝缘皮,刺入电缆导体内部构成导电回路,当夹刺针7刺入导体预先设定深度时,连接体1,2在连接螺栓作用下合严限位,达到即有效电气连接,又不刺的太深而降低电缆机械强度。

1、一种电缆连接器,它包括两个内部呈对称状的连接体,其特征是在连接体的上部,下部,各设置一个平行贯通与电缆接触的夹紧内弧面,在夹紧内弧面上设置锥形夹刺,两个连接体上分别设置连接孔,通过连接螺栓连为一体。
2、根据权利要求1所述的电缆连接器,其特征是:连接器上部为双向贯通的夹紧内弧面,下部为平行单向贯通的夹紧内弧面,夹紧内弧面上设置锥形夹刺。
3、根据权利要求1所述的电缆连接器,其特征是:连接器上部为双向贯通的夹紧内弧面,下部为垂直设置的单向贯通夹紧内弧面,夹紧内弧面上设置锥形夹刺。
4、根据权利要求1所述的电缆连接器,其特征是:锥形穿刺针由铸造连接器时同时铸造成形。
