本发明涉及传质传热的脉动热管,具体是指以添加氧化铝微颗粒的混合液为工质的常压封装的脉动热管,主要由蒸发段、冷凝段、绝热段和封口装置组成,蒸发段位于下部,中间为绝热段,冷凝段位于顶部,蒸发段、冷凝段及绝热段为毛细管弯折而成,在弯管接头处,使用封口装置常压封装;管内工质为纯水和一定比例氧化铝微颗粒的混合液,混合工质中氧化铝微颗粒占工质总体积的比例范围是0.02%至0.1%,氧化铝微颗粒的最大尺寸小于80微米。毛细管可为直排形、圆形或方形。本发明所达到的有益效果是,吸收器的尺寸更小,传热传质效率更高。

技术领域
本发明涉及传质传热的脉动热管,具体地说是以添加氧化铝微颗粒的混合液为工质的常压封装的脉动热管。
背景技术
我们知道,目前脉动热管一般为将管内抽真空后充灌工质,这样增加了脉动热管的封装及维持管内真空的难度。这样系统制造复杂,维护难度大。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种制造、维护简单的常压封装的脉动热管。
本发明的技术方案是:一种常压封装的脉动热管,主要由蒸发段1、绝热段2、冷凝段3和封口装置4组成,蒸发段位于下部,中间为绝热段,冷凝段位于顶部,蒸发段1、绝热段2及冷凝段3为毛细管弯折而成,在弯管接头处,使用封口装置4常压封装;管内工质为纯水和一定比例氧化铝微颗粒的混合液,混合工质中氧化铝微颗粒占工质总体积的比例范围是0.02%至0.1%,氧化铝微颗粒的最大尺寸小于80微米。毛细管可为直排形、圆形或方形。
本发明的有益效果是,在保证较高传热效率前提下,制造、维护更简单。

具体实施方式
参见图1,本发明主要由蒸发段1、绝热段2、冷凝段3以及封口装置4组成,蒸发段1位于下部,中间为绝热段2,冷凝段3位于顶部。蒸发段、冷凝段及绝热段为毛细管弯折而成,在接头处,采用常压封装,不抽真空。管内工质为纯水和一定比例氧化铝微颗粒的混合液。本发明的工作过程是:在蒸发段1,工质吸热产生气泡形成汽塞6,迅速膨涨和升压,推动液塞5流向低温的冷凝段3,在冷凝段3,汽塞6冷却收缩并破裂,压力下降。这样,由于两端之间存在压力差及相邻管子之间存在的压力不平衡,使得工质在蒸发段和冷凝段之间振荡流动,实现热量的传递。

1、常压封装的脉动热管,其特征在于,它主要由蒸发段(1)、绝热段(2)、冷凝段(3)和封口装置(4)组成,蒸发段(1)位于下部,中间为绝热段(2),冷凝段(3)位于顶部,蒸发段(1)、绝热段(2)及冷凝段(3)为毛细管弯折而成,在弯管接头处,使用封口装置(4)常压封装;管内工质为纯水和一定比例氧化铝微颗粒的混合液,混合工质中氧化铝微颗粒占工质总体积的比例范围是0.02%至0.1%,氧化铝微颗粒的最大尺寸小于80微米。
2、根据权利要求1所述的常压封装的脉动热管,其特征在于,所述的毛细管为直排形、圆形或方形。
