技术领域
本发明涉及权利要求1前序部分所说的内燃机,具体而言,涉及特别用在汽车中并具有燃油滤清器系统的内燃机。
背景技术
DE 10329199A1和DE 10341054A1披露了具有机油滤清器的内燃机,该机油滤清器在可分离的滤清器壳体内配置有两个可替换的过滤元件,也就是,主路滤清器和旁路滤清器。在这些滤清器中配置有这样的装置,即使在无意中因遗漏而未装旁路滤清器的情况下,机油滤清器通过该装置仍可保证发动机可靠地运行,这是通过阻断旁路路径实现的。采用这些已知的滤清器系统,在无旁路滤清器时发动机不必停止运行,而是仍可按要求维持发动机运行。具有这种机油滤清器系统的内燃机在上述的特殊情况下仍能够不妨碍启动,并进一步运行。
发明内容
本发明涉及的问题是,在内燃机具有燃油滤清器系统的情况下,确保能仅使用过滤品质的燃油运行所述内燃机。
通过根据权利要求1特征的实施方式,解决常规内燃机的这个问题。
特别地,从属权利要求的方案提供了滤清器系统有利和优选的实施方式。
本发明基于这样的大体想法,即,避免常规内燃机可由未净化燃油启动。具体地,一种燃油滤清器系统,如果滤清器壳体内没有滤芯,该燃油滤清器不允许燃油从其中流过。可能会发生燃油滤清器内没有滤芯的情况,例如,在做滤清器的维修保养时,拆除用过的滤芯,但由于疏忽而没有插入替换的滤芯,使滤清器壳体中是空的,或者,由于没有可替换的滤芯而有意关闭了滤清器。根据本发明,通过设置借助于滤芯作为操控装置进行操作的阀,能够阻断滤清器壳体内燃油流动。此种操作是强制性的,按这种方式,当滤芯没有插入时,阀关闭,以及,当插入滤芯时,阀打开。
优选设计的阀由滑管阀构成,其中,通过滤芯是否存在来确定滑管的位置。

具体实施方式
燃油滤清器具有可分离滤清器壳体,即,壳体底部部分1和壳体顶部部分2,在壳体底部部分1内,环形滤芯4以可更换的方式支撑于竖管3,该竖管3从壳体底部伸向壳体顶部,打开滤清器壳体时可以更换滤芯4。可分离滤清器壳体整体上具有圆筒形状,以此方式两壳体部分1和2具有相应的设计。在滤清器壳体内,环形滤芯4安装于中间。
滤芯4在其两端面上具有环形的端部圆盘,即上端圆盘5和下端圆盘6。此端面圆盘5、端面圆盘6在径向内侧与竖管3密封。
通过滤芯4,滤清器壳体内部被滤芯4分成未过滤区7和清洁区8。内燃机燃油的输入通道9从油管9′引出进入未过滤区7,该燃油要输入滤清器并在该处过滤。燃油从竖管3流出,为此目的,竖管3设计为从底部起的大部分长度为空心的。这里,竖管3的下端形成流出通道10,将燃油从滤清器导出。为了使过滤燃油能够从滤芯4和竖管3之间的过滤区8通过竖管流出,在竖管3上距离壳体底部部分1的下端一定距离处,设置有径向开口11。图中用箭头示出燃油流过燃油滤清器的情况。
径向开口11是阀14的一部分,阀14具有滑管12,滑管12安装为可沿竖管3在外侧移动。滑管12设置有径向的滑管开口13。滑管阀14打开时,竖管3的径向开口11和径向滑管开口13排列成相互齐平,从而允许燃油从中流过。滑管阀14关闭时,滑管12的封闭区域堵住竖管3的径向开口11。由滑管12在竖管3上的纵向移动实现滑管阀14的开闭。通过滤芯4并经由滤芯的上端圆盘5对滑管阀14进行操作。操作的方式是:滤芯4插入滤清器壳体时,滑管阀14打开,以及,滤清器壳体内没有滤芯4时,滑管阀14关闭。这个功能可通过下面的设计获得。
竖管3在上部区域15的直径小于下部区域的直径,这样,在上部区域15和下部区域之间形成环形台阶16。滑管12以下述方式放置在竖管3上:滑管的径向开口13位于竖管下部区域的之内,以及,滑管的上部区域延伸到竖管的上部区域15中。这就在竖管3的上部区域15和滑管12的上部区域之间形成环形间隙17。圆筒状螺旋弹簧18插入此环形间隙17,并以端部邻靠的方式支撑于环形台阶16。螺旋弹簧18在另一端支撑于环状套圈19,环状套圈19在滑管12的上端面伸入环形间隙17。
插入滤芯4时,上端圆盘5与上端面直接接触,也就是,与滑管12的环状套圈19直接接触。因此,滤芯4插入时,其将滑管12向下压到一定位置,在该位置处竖管3的径向开口11和滑管12的径向开口13对齐,从而允许燃油从中流过。在滤清器壳体内没有滤芯4时,螺旋弹簧18松开,从而,使滑管12移到将竖管3的径向开口11封闭的位置。根据本发明,滑管阀14仅需封闭径向开口13,即阻止燃油流过滤清器,达到这样的程度,使得燃油受阻不能从滤清器流过,从而,内燃机停止运行。这样,内燃机操作者能够察觉到燃油供应存在问题,从而操作者会注意到燃油滤清器内没有滤芯4。
上述实施例中使用了由弹簧施加负载的阀14。由于弹簧加载,在没有滤芯4时,阀14关闭,但是,插入滤芯4时,由于弹簧18的承压状态,使阀14保持打开。取代以这种方式操作的弹簧阀14,也可以以如下方式使这种阀进行操作:在燃油滤清器内没有滤芯4时,由于燃油在操作压力下流进滤清器,使阀关闭。在这种情况下,插入的滤芯4将输入开口封闭成为压力空间(pressure space),在此空间内,在操作压力下燃油通过向弹簧18施加张力而将阀14关闭。若由于插入的滤芯4妨碍了燃油的流入,使此压力空间内的相应的操作压力不能占优势,那么,对弹簧18的张压力可忽略,阀14因弹簧力而打开。
对本发明已描述的优选具体实施例可以进行各种改进和变化,而不偏离本发明的精神或范围,本发明保护范围由所附权利要求限定。

Claims (6)

1.一种内燃机,特别用于在油管(9′)中具有燃油滤清器系统的汽车中,所述油管(9′)与所述内燃机相通,其特征在于,设置在所述油管(9′)内的阀(14)阻止所述内燃机由未过滤的燃油启动。
2.根据权利要求1所述的燃油滤清器系统,所述燃油滤清器在可分离的滤清器壳体内具有可替换的滤芯(4),
其特征在于,
在滤清器壳体内放置有所述滤芯(4)时,由于所述滤芯(4)的位置使所述阀(14)打开,以及,在没有所述滤芯(4)时,在滤清器操作压力的作用下,由于施加到滤清器壳体燃油输入开口(9)的燃油压力,所述阀关闭。
3.根据权利要求2所述的燃油滤清器,
其特征在于,
所述可分离滤清器壳体由罐状壳体底部部分(1)和盖构成,所述罐状壳体底部部分(1)在其底部的对面具有开口,所述盖为壳体顶部部分(2)的形式,在准备运行状态下,所述盖封闭所述开口,
通过所述壳体底部部分(1)的所述开口更换所述滤芯(4),
内部中空的竖管(3)从所述底部伸向所述壳体底部部分(1)的所述开口,
所述竖管(3)将经过所述滤芯(4)过滤的燃油引向所述滤清器壳体的外部,
在所述滤清器的过滤区域(8),所述竖管具有径向开口(11),
滑管(12)作为滑管阀(14)的一部分以可移动方式安装在所述竖管(3)上,
所述滑管(12)具有径向开口(13),在所述滑管(12)相对于所述竖管(3)的对应移动位置处,所述滑管的所述径向开口(13)与所述竖管的所述径向开口(11)定位,
取决于所述滤清器壳体内是否有所述滤芯(4),所述滑管(12)相对于所述竖管(3)处于不同的位置,即,插入滤芯(4)时是第一位置,没有滤芯时是第二位置,
在所述第一位置,所述径向开口(11、13)排列成彼此对齐,燃油通过所述径向开口从所述竖管(3)和所述滑管(12)流动,而在所述第二位置,燃油不能流动。
4.根据权利要求3所述的燃油滤清器,
其特征在于,
对所述滑管(12)进行支撑,使所述滑管在其移动方向上受到弹性加载,
没有所述滤芯(4)时,弹簧加载将所述滑管(12)推入其第二位置,
插入所述滤芯(4)时,通过施加弹簧压力,使所述滑管(12)移到其第一位置。
5.根据权利要求4所述的燃油滤清器,
其特征在于,
所述滑管(12)设置成环绕所述竖管(3)的滑管。
6.根据权利要求5所述的燃油滤清器,
其特征在于,
所述弹簧加载来自于圆筒形的螺旋弹簧(18),所述螺旋弹簧环绕所述竖管(3),轴向一端支撑在所述竖管(3)上,另一端支撑在所述滑管(12)上。
