Abstract

一种H型水轮发电机用桩1打在水流中,桩外套上自由回转的上三角2、下三角3,在2和3上贯穿轴13,在13上装有H型翼型叶片构成水轮,驱动水面上的永磁发电机11发电;A组、B组结构一样,但A组逆时针、B组顺时针转,在导流板Aa与Bb作用下,增强水流对水轮的有功作用力。这种方式水力发电不用拦河坝,不易影响生态环保,在海流、内陆山川、甚至多地震区域的急流中都可造水力发电站,见效快。

Description

H型水轮发电机
本发明利用翼型H型水力驱动发电机发电。直翼比螺旋浆翼容易制造,H型的功率上升速度较快,起动力矩性能也较好,又由于竖立安装,发电机可免设置在水中;不过双台正反向匹配导流板运作,会有相得益彰。 
就一般而说,大小水电站都得筑拦河坝蓄水位,动用许多运输车辆及新建公路;特别在西南地区,有很好水力资源,但有的处在易发性地震带,有的处在优雅的自然风景区,出于生态环保,或地域安全因素,现有的拦河坝水电站形式,宜需改变。 
本结构目的:①可工厂化制造,安装或出于规划需要拆离都较方便;②不用动迁住户,不制造水头落差,不妨碍生态环保,地震时比较安全;③有明显的节约资源和促进利用意义。 
图1,一种H型二翼三层水轮发电机:1是打在水流中的桩,2是上三角,3是下三角,2和3的毂都自由地套在桩1,分别用沉头螺钉与连接件4紧固成一体,使贯穿上三角2、下三角3的A组轴线和B组轴线,与桩1的轴线,均保持互相平行;连接件4的投影截面迎向水流一侧呈抛物线状,后侧有凹凸埂嵌合在上三角2和下三角3之背部,连接件4的左右侧布置若干螺孔,用作紧固导流板Aa和Bb(用双点划线所示,仅表出Aa)。 
A组:11是永磁发电机(包括整流、逆变、电容、电路和刹车),12是轴承座,13是轴、14是一字撑毂、15是翼(首层)、16是第二层翼、17是第三层翼,这三层叶片的投影图中,形成6叶的圆心角互隔60°的投影。 
B组的结构与A组完全一样,只是A组是逆时针转,B组是顺时针转,所以A组的翼型叶片的上下方向成了B组翼型叶片的下与上的方向安装,B组的发电机轴在端盖伸出方向也反向,即把B组发电机颠倒安装。 
图1的W是水流方向,F是水面。多座H型水轮发电机的桩1,可按水流 横截方向排列或沿着顺水流方向大间距排列(400m-800m)。 
本结构用在山川单向水流中,需把金属铸件上三角2、下三角3都用开缝式的毂以螺栓夹紧紧固在桩1上以外,而应用在海湾、海流、潮汐中,就用如图1所示,让它自动迎对水流定位或换向。 
图2是A、B组的(一片叶)在导流板Aa和Bb作用下强化水流做功示意图。空芯箭头表示各组水轮的旋向。 
优点:①省去拦河坝,不形成水头落差,不影响生态环保,不动迁住户;②可工厂化制造,实地安装周期短;凡一需拆移,也较容易;③适用性广,投资少,沿海潮汐、海湾、某些港口或内陆山川,也可建于多地震地区的水电站;④立式H型水轮发电机组,可免发电机潜水设施,易于养护,延长年限;⑤水浅用单层四叶水轮加导流板;水深用多层水轮加导流板,对流水的深浅适用性灵活。

Claims (3)

1.一种H型水轮发电机,其特征是,用上、下三角架并列两组水轮发电机(A、B)游动地套在打在水流中的桩上,进行对海流自动定向在桩的下流方向驱动发电机发电,利用八字形导流板提高水流对水轮做功性能;所述的上三角、下三角一个角上的毂都自由地套在桩上,并分别用沉头螺钉与连接件紧固成一体,使贯穿上三角、下三角的两组水轮发电机(A、B)的轴线与桩的轴线均保持互相平行;连接件的投影截面迎向水流一侧呈抛物线状,后侧有凹凸埂嵌合在上三角和下三角之背部,该连接件的左右侧布置若干螺孔,用作紧固导流板(Aa、Bb);所述的两组水轮发电机(A、B)相同,转向相反,分别包括永磁发电机(11)、轴承座(12)、轴(13)、一字撑毂(14)和至少首层翼(15),两组水轮发电机(A、B)颠倒安装;两组水轮发电机(A、B)的轴分别安装在所述的上三角和下三角另外两个角上。
2.根据权利要求1所述的H型水轮发电机,其特征是,应用在浅水流中时,用单层四叶水轮加导流板;应用在较深水流中可用多层二叶水轮加导流板。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的H型水轮发电机,其特征是,根据水流的宽度,可在截流面段排列或在顺流方向设列多座安装有所述的水轮发电机(A、B)的桩。
