Abstract

本发明涉及一种微生物接种自动化装置。微生物接种要求接种针轻轻接触培养皿琼脂表面而又不刺破琼脂表面。目前接种针接触琼脂表面是根据手感操作,不适合自动化仪器。本发明包括与机座固定连接的销轴,销轴外套置有轴套,调节杆和接种臂的一端分别与轴套固定连接,接种臂另一端与接种针头连接,接种针头的针尖接触到培养皿表面。调节杆外攻螺纹,螺母与调节杆配合连接。调节弹簧的两端分别与机座和接种臂的中部固定连接。本发明通过调整螺母在调节杆上的位置,即可很方便的改变接种针头对培养皿琼脂表面的压力,可以在调节弹簧作用下,确保接种针始终保持对培养皿内琼脂表面的接触。本发明装置结构简单、实现容易、使用方便可靠。

一种微接触针头接种装置
技术领域
本发明属于试验仪器技术领域,具体涉及微生物接种自动化装置。
背景技术
微生物检测,是医疗卫生、检验检疫、疾病控制、食品安全等大量场合的基本而重要内容。而对微生物进行检测的基础,是对细菌的培养与观察。通常采用接种针,将少量微生物样本,轻轻加注在培养皿中的琼脂营养基表面,然后在一定的温度下进行培养。等细菌生长大后,再在显微镜下进行观察。
传统上这种接种是采用人工完成的。人工操作时,根据手感,操作接种针轻轻接触琼脂表面,既轻轻碰到琼脂表面,又不刺破琼脂表面。但对自动化仪器来说,就比较困难。因为琼脂表面不是绝对平整的,而仪器并不知道琼脂表面什么时候高、什么时候底,从而也就无法控制接种针作相应的高、低调整。
合理的方法,应该是产生一种能漂浮在琼脂表面的柔性接种装置,使接种针轻轻接触琼脂表面,并能随琼脂表面的高低变化而自动上下漂浮。这正是本专利的发明要点。
发明内容
本发明的目的就是针对现有技术的不足,提供一种能够适应琼脂表面不平度变化、与琼脂表面始终保持轻微接触的微生物接种装置。
本发明装置包括与机座固定连接的销轴,销轴外套置有轴套,调节杆和接种臂分设在轴套两侧。接种臂的一端与轴套固定连接,另一端与接种针头连接,接种针头的针尖接触到培养皿内的琼脂表面。调节杆的一端与轴套固定连接,调节杆外攻螺纹,螺母与调节杆配合连接。调节弹簧的两端分别与机座和接种臂的中部固定连接。
本发明在调节弹簧不变的情况下,通过旋转螺母调整螺母在调节杆上的位置,即可很方便的改变接种针头对培养皿琼脂表面的压力。对琼脂表面不平整而造成接种针头的上下轻微跳动,由于调节弹簧的作用,可以确保接种针始终保持对培养皿内琼脂表面的接触。本发明装置结构简单、实现容易、使用方便可靠。

具体实施方式
如图1所示,一种微接触针头接种装置包括与机座8固定连接的销轴3,销轴3外套置有轴套4,轴套4可以在销轴3外转动。调节杆2和接种臂5分设在轴套4两侧,与轴套4固定连接成“V”字形。接种臂5的一端与轴套4固定连接,另一端与接种针头6连接,接种针头6的针尖接触到培养皿7内的琼脂的表面。调节杆2的一端与轴套4固定连接,另一端悬空。调节杆2与螺母1通过螺纹配合连接。调节弹簧9的两端分别与机座8和接种臂5的中部固定连接。
工作中,通过旋转螺母调整螺母在调节杆上的位置,即改变了轴套两边的平衡状态,从而改变接种针头对培养皿内的琼脂表面的压力。调节弹簧将接种臂向下拉,确保接种针始终接触到培养皿琼脂表面。
由于弹簧强度是固定的,从而恰当的调节螺母在调节杆上的位置,在调节弹簧和螺母的双重作用下,即可方便的调节接种针头既保持对培养皿内琼脂表面的接触,同时又不产生过大的压力而导致刺破琼脂表面。

1.一种微接触针头接种装置,包括与机座固定连接的销轴,销轴外套置有轴套,其特征在于调节杆和接种臂分设在轴套两侧;接种臂的一端与轴套固定连接,另一端与接种针头连接,接种针头的针尖接触到培养皿内的琼脂表面;调节杆的一端与轴套固定连接,调节杆外攻螺纹,螺母与调节杆配合连接;调节弹簧的两端分别与机座和接种臂的中部固定连接。
