Abstract
本发明公开了一种凹凸棒灭虱粉剂，其技术方案的要点是，凹凸棒灭虱粉剂是由提纯后的凹凸棒石粘土、天然除虫菊、百部、蛇床子、苦参、大蒜和冰片组成，将上述配料混合后输入磨机中进行磨粉，包装为凹凸棒灭虱粉剂。凹凸棒灭虱粉剂使用提纯后的凹凸棒石粘土为粘结剂，提高了凹凸棒灭虱粉剂的附着力，达到快速杀死虱子和虱卵的效果。使用凹凸棒灭虱粉剂灭杀虱子和虱卵的同时，能减轻因血痂或继发脓疱疮和毛囊炎等感染而引起的皮肤瘙痒，并有消毒灭菌的作用，保护了人畜的健康。凹凸棒灭虱粉剂适用于灭杀人畜体外的虱子、虱卵、螨虫和跳蚤等寄生虫。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及制剂，具体涉及一种凹凸棒灭虱粉剂。
背景技术
虱子靠吸血为生，寄生在人畜的体外，虱子不仅吸血危害人畜的健康，而且使寄主奇痒不安，并能传染很多的人畜疾病，人畜通过接触也可以互相传播。猫、狗或其它动物身上生虱子后，尤其是长毛较多的动物身上生虱子后很难被察觉，它们时常搔抓痒处并咬破自己的皮毛，搔抓引起皮肤上产生血痂或继发脓疱疮和毛囊炎等感染。
中国专利公开号CN1072596，公开日为1993年6月2日，名称为“高效无毒灭虱剂的制备方法”，公开了“一种高效无毒灭虱剂的制备方法，适用于除头虱和阴虱。其特点是：一次即可清除头虱或阴虱。无毒、无刺激性、无副作用，不伤害皮肤和头发，不污染衣物和环境，且制造容易，使用方便。其基本特征是：由中药百部粉末与添加剂组成”。
上述专利的不足之处是该项技术中仅是采用“由中药百部粉末与添加剂组成”，其组成的成分单一，并不能达到很好的灭虱效果，配方中选用的凹凸棒石没有经过提纯，只能起到填料的作用，其附着力较差，灭虱剂也不能减轻因血痂或继发脓疱疮和毛囊炎等感染而引起的皮肤瘙痒。
发明内容
本发明的目的是克服现有技术中不足之处，提供一种快速杀死虱子和虱卵的凹凸棒灭虱粉剂。
凹凸棒灭虱粉剂是由提纯后的凹凸棒石粘土、天然除虫菊、百部、蛇床子、苦参、大蒜和冰片组成，将上述配料混合后输入磨机中进行磨粉，包装为凹凸棒灭虱粉剂。
凹凸棒石粘土是一种含水富镁纳米级多孔纤维状硅酸盐粘土矿物，当凹凸棒石粘土中的凹凸棒含量≥80％以上时，其比表面积较大，可达500m2/g以上。使用凹凸棒的湿法选矿工艺，将凹凸棒石粘土中的水云母、石英、蛋白石和碳酸盐等矿物筛选去除掉，得到一种提纯后的凹凸棒石粘土；提纯后的凹凸棒石粘土经过高速搅拌，成为一种触变性和胶黏性特好的天然凝胶体，粘度高达10000mPa·s以上，吸附性能得到了进一步的提高。
天然除虫菊是一种高效广谱的植物源生物杀虫剂，能迅速杀灭跳蚤、虱子和蚊子等害虫，对人畜无害，不污染环境。
百部含有百部碱、百部次碱及异百部次碱等多种生物碱，具有杀虫、抗菌、消炎及抗过敏作用，百部外用对人畜的头虱、体虱、阴虱及虱卵有强烈的杀灭作用。
蛇床子和苦参有祛风杀虫止痒的作用。
大蒜对病原菌和寄生虫都有良好的杀灭作用，还能减轻皮肤的瘙痒。
冰片具有清热解毒和止痛消炎的功能。
本发明通过下述技术方案予以实现：
1、凹凸棒灭虱粉剂的配料按重量百分比由下列组分组成：提纯后的凹凸棒石粘土5～25％、天然除虫菊5～25％、百部15～65％、蛇床子5～15％、苦参3～15％、大蒜2～15％和冰片0.05～1％。
所述提纯后的凹凸棒石粘土，是将含有泥土杂质的凹凸棒矿混合物，经粉碎后输入水解池中，浸泡24小时后，用高压气泵进行冲翻，并通过用不锈钢钢丝制成的圆桶筛筛去1毫米以上的杂质，送入有坡度的沉淀池中，继续用高压气泵进行冲翻，12小时后，由于凹凸棒矿的比重较轻，它在整个沉淀物中的最上层，用泥浆泵吸取这部分凹凸棒矿送入平底沉淀池中，15小时后放出多余的水，经过2-3天的自然干燥，取出这部分凹凸棒矿即为提纯后的凹凸棒石粘土；
本工艺是采用由本发明人于2003年9月18日申请的“凹凸棒湿法选矿工艺”，中国专利授权公告号为：CN1224463，授权公告日：2005年10月26日。
2、凹凸棒灭虱粉剂的制备方法是：将凹凸棒灭虱粉剂的配料混合后输入磨机中进行磨粉，颗粒细度小于0.015毫米，包装为凹凸棒灭虱粉剂。
凹凸棒灭虱粉剂使用提纯后的凹凸棒石粘土为粘结剂，提高了凹凸棒灭虱粉剂的附着力，使用凹凸棒灭虱粉剂灭杀虱子和虱卵时，凹凸棒灭虱粉剂能快速吸附黏结在虱子和虱卵的外表面，使得药物能渗透到虱子和虱卵的体内，达到快速杀死虱子和虱卵的效果。
使用凹凸棒灭虱粉剂灭杀虱子和虱卵的同时，能减轻因血痂或继发脓疱疮和毛囊炎等感染而引起的皮肤瘙痒，并有消毒灭菌的作用，保护了人畜的健康。
凹凸棒灭虱粉剂适用于灭杀人畜体外的虱子、虱卵、螨虫和跳蚤等寄生虫。
具体实施方式
下面结合实施例对本发明作进一步的描述：
1、凹凸棒灭虱粉剂的配料按重量百分比由下列组分组成：提纯后的凹凸棒石粘土15％、天然除虫菊20％、百部40％、蛇床子10％、苦参8％、大蒜6.5％和冰片0.5％；
所述提纯后的凹凸棒石粘土，是将含有泥土杂质的凹凸棒矿混合物，经粉碎后输入水解池中，浸泡24小时后，用高压气泵进行冲翻，并通过用不锈钢钢丝制成的圆桶筛筛去1毫米以上的杂质，送入有坡度的沉淀池中，继续用高压气泵进行冲翻，12小时后，由于凹凸棒矿的比重较轻，它在整个沉淀物中的最上层，用泥浆泵吸取这部分凹凸棒矿送入平底沉淀池中，15小时后放出多余的水，经过3天的自然干燥，取出这部分凹凸棒矿即为提纯后的凹凸棒石粘土。

1、一种凹凸棒灭虱粉剂，其特征在于，凹凸棒灭虱粉剂的配料按重量百分比由下列组分组成：提纯后的凹凸棒石粘土5～25％、天然除虫菊5～25％、百部15～65％、蛇床子5～15％、苦参3～15％、大蒜2～15％和冰片0.05～1％。
2、根据权利要求1所述的一种凹凸棒灭虱粉剂的制备方法，其特征在于，将凹凸棒灭虱粉剂的配料混合后输入磨机中进行磨粉，颗粒细度小于0.015毫米，包装为凹凸棒灭虱粉剂。
