本发明公开一种制衣中线头处理工艺，包括有如下工序：(1)机器缝制到终点下针时，留出10cm-15cm长的线头；(2)将所留线头连续系2-3个死结；(3)通过拉线器将系为死结的线头顺线路终点的针眼往回节插进去，并从终点的针眼往回节数第5-8个针眼处拉出来，用手微力拉动拉出的线头，直至把所系线头结顺终点针眼拉进去为止；(4)将拉出的线头从系结处以外1.5-3cm处剪断。本发明具有的优点和积极效果是：本发明的制衣中线头处理工艺，工序简单，执行方便，能够彻底解决制衣中线头的处理问题。使用本发明的制衣中线头处理工艺，可以使成品衣外观整洁，缝制线头终点结实。

制衣中线头处理工艺
技术领域
本发明属于一种制衣成品处理工艺，特别是涉及一种使用简单，使成品衣外观整洁，缝制线头终点结实的制衣中线头处理工艺。
背景技术
在制衣行业中，对缝制线头终点的处理，通常是采用来回倒针，倒完针之后剪断后，线头会露在衣服的外面。
上述的处理方式，很容易造成衣服外观的不整洁，或造成在衣服的线头终点处的开线，从而直接影响制出的成品衣的质量。
发明内容
本发明为解决公知技术中存在的技术问题而提供一种使用简单，使成品衣外观整洁，缝制线终点结实的制衣中线头处理工艺。
本发明为解决公知技术中存在的技术问题所采取的技术方案是：一种制衣中线头处理工艺，包括如下工序：
(1)机器缝制到终点下针时，留出线头；(2)将所留线头系为死结；(3)将系为死结的线头顺线路终点的针眼往回节插进去，并从终点的针眼往回节数第5-8个针眼处拉出来；(4)将拉出的线头剪断。
所述第(1)步工序中缝制到终点下针时留出10cm-15cm长的线头。
第(2)步工序中所述将所留线头系为死结，是连续系2-3个死结。
所述第(3)步工序是通过拉线器完成。
所述第(3)步工序是将拉线器的端头向从所留线头的线路终点的针眼起回数第5-8个针眼处插进去，并从线路终点的针眼穿出来，再将系好结的线头套在穿出来的拉线器的端头，然后把拉线器退出来，从而将线头带出至终点回节的第5-8个针眼处。
所述第(4)步工序还包括用手微力拉动拉出的线头，直至把所系线头结顺终点针眼拉进去为止。所述第(4)步工序还有将线头从系结处以外1.5-3cm处剪断。
本发明具有的优点和积极效果是：本发明的制衣中线头处理工艺，工序简单，执行方便，能够彻底解决制衣中线头的处理问题。使用本发明的制衣中线头处理工艺，可以使成品衣外观整洁，缝制线头终点结实。

为能进一步了解本发明的发明内容、特点及功效，兹例举以下实施例，并配合附图详细说明本发明的制衣中线头处理工艺如下：
本发明的制衣中线头处理工艺，包括有如下工序：
(1)机器缝制到终点下针时，留出线头；
如图1所示，在第(1)步工序中缝制到终点下针时要留出10cm-15cm长的线头。
(2)将所留线头系为死结；
如图2所示，在第(2)步工序中所述将所留线头系为死结，是连续系2-3个死结，并拉紧。
(3)将系为死结的线头顺线路终点的针眼往回节插进去，并从终点的针眼往回节数第5-8个针眼处拉出来；
如图3、图4所示，所述第(3)步工序是通过拉线器4完成。具体作法是将拉线器4的端头向从所留线头的线路终点的针眼起回数第5-8个针眼处插进去，并从线路终点的针眼穿出来，再将系好结的线头套在穿出来的拉线器的端头，然后把拉线器4退出来，从而将线头带出至终点回节的第5-8个针眼处，本实施例是在从回节针眼起数第5个针眼处。
(4)将拉出的线头剪断。
如图5所示，具体作法是，用手微力拉动拉出的线头，直至把所系线头结顺终点针眼拉进去为止(在外面看不见线结)。再将线头从系结处以外1.5-3cm处剪断，线头会自然顺第5针的针眼缩回到里面。
经过如上的工序，就可将制衣中线头很结实、牢固地藏在衣服内，即可保证了衣服的美观，又保证了衣服的质量。

Claims (7)

1.一种制衣中线头处理工艺，其特征是：包括如下工序：
(1)机器缝制到终点下针时，留出线头；
(2)将所留线头系为死结；
(3)将系为死结的线头顺线路终点的针眼往回节插进去，并从终点的针眼往回节数第5-8个针眼处拉出来；
(4)将拉出的线头剪断。
2.根据权利要求1所述的制衣中线头处理工艺，其特征是：所述第(1)步工序中缝制到终点下针时留出10cm-15cm长的线头。
3.根据权利要求1所述的制衣中线头处理工艺，其特征是：第(2)步工序中所述将所留线头系为死结，是连续系2-3个死结。
4.根据权利要求1所述的制衣中线头处理工艺，其特征是：所述第(3)步工序是通过拉线器完成。
5.根据权利要求1或4所述的制衣中线头处理工艺，其特征是：所述第(3)步工序是将拉线器的端头向从所留线头的线路终点的针眼起回数第5-8个针眼处插进去，并从线路终点的针眼穿出来，再将系好结的线头套在穿出来的拉线器的端头，然后把拉线器退出来，从而将线头带出至终点回节的第5-8个针眼处。
6.根据权利要求1所述的制衣中线头处理工艺，其特征是：所述第(4)步工序还包括用手微力拉动拉出的线头，直至把所系线头结顺终点针眼拉进去为止。
7.根据权利要求1所述的制衣中线头处理工艺，其特征是：所述第(4)步工序是将线头从系结处以外1.5-3cm处剪断。
