立式双水箱结构储能型太阳热水器。储能水箱1的下方有一个进水口2,储能水箱1的侧面并排插入若干支开口端向水箱内胆,封闭端插在集热管托架3上的集热管4,水箱连通管5将储能水箱1和供热水箱6连接。供热水箱6的侧面也并排插入开口端向着内胆,封闭端插在集热管托架8上的若干支集热管7。供热水箱6的下方有一个出水口9,出水口9的下方安装有一个辅助电加热器10。储能水箱1和供热水箱6并排集热管4和7的中心孔连线,集热管托架3和8均与地面垂直。储能水箱和供热水箱也可以由集热管相向插入水箱内胆构成立式双水箱储能型结构。

Description

立式双水箱结构储能型太阳热水器
一、技术领域
本发明创造涉及一种太阳热水器,特别是落水式太阳热水器。
二、背景技术
现在流行的落水式太阳热水器普遍采用单个卧式水箱结构,即水箱与地面平行,由支架支撑着水箱,集热管斜插入水箱与地面形成一个三角形斜面。该结构的缺点是占地面积大,安装较烦琐,单个水箱能量得不到储存,无法连续使用热水。阴雨天辅助电加热要对整个水箱的水加热,加热时间长、辅助耗能大。集热斜面只限于朝南向安装,斜面支架结构不利于与建筑完美结合。影响了这一节能环保产品的推广普及。
三、发明内容
本发明创造的目的:是提供一种双水箱立式结构储能型太阳热水器。由于立式安装结构较简单,安装方便,安装朝向可以南北走向也可以东西走向。特别是冬季阳光对地面的射角较小,立式安装可以接收到平行直射光,提高集热效果。由于双水箱结构,一个水箱可以将能量储存另一个水箱供热水,冷水先进入储能水箱预热,有较高底温的水再进入供热水箱进行二次加热,大大减少了供热水箱的加热时间,在阳光足够时水箱只要有足够的容量可以满足连续使用热水的需要。阳光不足或阴雨天,由于进入供热水箱的水温底温较高,供热水箱相对容量较小采用辅助电加热可以在较短的时间内提高水温,减少了辅助电能的消耗方便了使用。立式结构可以安装在阳台、窗台或壁挂外墙,也可以做成建筑护栏,阳台立柱、窗台门柱等形成的模块,实现与建筑的一体化。

四、实施方式
如图1所示:储能水箱1的下方有一个进水口2,储能水箱1的侧面并排插入若干支开口端向着水箱内胆的集热管4。集热管4的封闭端并排插在集热管托架3上,储能水箱1并排集热管4的中心连线,集热管托架3均与地面垂直。水箱连通管5将储能水箱1和供热水箱6连接,供热水箱6的侧面也并排插入若干支开口端向着水箱内胆的集热管7、集热管7的封闭端插在集热管托架8上,供热水箱6并排集热管7的中心孔连线,集热管托架8也与地面垂直。供热水箱6的下方有一个出水9,出水口9的下方安装有一个辅助电加热器10。工作原理是:冷水经进水口2进入储能水箱1预热再通过水箱连能管5进入供热水箱6,并排集热管4和7分别对储能水箱1和供热水箱6加热。用热水时,热水从出水口9送到热水终端。经储能水箱1预热的热水再送入供热水箱6进行二次加热,由于底温较高,加热时间较短可以满足使用热水的连续性。阳光足够时,能量可以在储能水箱1得到储存,当光照不足或阴雨天时进入供热水箱的水温不足时可开启辅助电加热10,由于只对单个水箱加热,容积较小底温较高,减少了辅助能源的消耗。
如附图2所示:储能水箱11和供热水箱14也可由集热管13并排相向插入内胆,由水箱连通管12将储热水箱11和供热水箱14连接,储能水箱11和供热水箱14及并排集热管13的中心连线均与地面垂直。其工作原理同以上所述类同。

Claims (4)

1. 一种立式双水箱结构储能型太阳热水器,由储能水箱1、供热水箱6并排集热管4和7及集热管托架3和8组成,其特征在于:并排集热管4的开口端插入储能水箱1的侧面内胆、封闭端插在集热管托架3上,并排集热管7的开口端插入供热水箱6的侧面内胆,封闭端插在集热管托架8上。
2. 如权利要求所述的太阳热水器,其特征在于:储能水箱1、供热水箱6、并排集热管4和7的中心孔连线及集热管托架3和8、均与地面垂直。
3. 如权利要求1所述的太阳热水器其特征在于:储能水箱1、供热水箱6由水箱连通管5连接,储能水箱1的下方有一个进水口2,供热水箱6的下方有一个出水口9,出水口9下方安装一个辅助电加热器10。
4. 如权利要求1所述的太阳热水器其特征在于:储能水箱11、供热水箱14也可以由水箱连通管12连接,并排集热管13相向插入水箱内胆。储能水箱11、供热水箱14并排集热管12的中心孔连线均与地面垂直。
