Abstract

技术领域
本发明涉及气旋分离装置。
背景技术
旋流分离器是公知的用于从气流中去除微粒而不使用过滤器的装置。旋流分离器已经在真空吸尘器领域得到了应用,用来从空气流中分离污物和灰尘。公知的是,旋流分离器的分离效率取决于施加到空气流中的微粒的力,该力由下式确定:

因此可以注意到,分离效率与旋流器腔室的直径成反比,这使得较小直径的旋流器比较大的旋流器更适于分离较轻的微粒。
因此公知的是,真空吸尘器包含第一上游阶部和多个并行的、最大直径为约20mm的下游旋流器,该第一上游阶部包括最大直径为约200mm的直径相对较大的旋流器。在使用中,上游旋流器从空气流中分离流动路线中的污物和灰尘,而下游旋流器分离更细微的污物和灰尘。
上述类型的真空吸尘器公布在EP1361815、US3425192和GB2406067中,这种真空吸尘器包括阵列地安装在较大的上游旋流器上方或附近的多个小旋流器。主空气流管引自上游旋流器的出口,该主管分支成多个次级管,这些次级管通到一个或多个相应的下游旋流器。
上述设置的一个缺点在于,主管会导致空气流动受限,结果空气流动速度的降低导致分离效率下降。上述设置的另一个缺点在于,次级管又小又复杂,并容易堵塞。
现在,我们已经设计出减轻了上述问题的气旋分离装置。
发明内容
根据本发明,提供了一种气旋分离装置,该气旋分离装置包括多个旋流分离器,这些旋流分离器设置成多个组,这些组聚集在一起,每组旋流分离器包括相应的入口管,每个入口管在其上游端连接于污浊空气入口,并在其下游端连接于其相应组的旋流分离器。
多个入口管的结合横截面区域大,因此管不会造成空气流动受限,从而使分离效率达到最大。另外,由于旋流器是成组设置的,每个入口管仅仅通到装置的某些旋流分离器,所以避免了对小而复杂的次级管的需要,装置因此不易堵塞。另外,由于入口管可紧邻旋流分离器定位,所以最大程度地减小了任何压降。
优选地,每组的入口管以平行于相应组的旋流分离器的旋转轴线而延伸。
优选地,每组中的旋流分离器围绕该组的相应入口管的纵向轴线而设置。
优选地,每个入口管的纵向轴线与其相应组的每个旋流分离器之间的径向距离基本相等,从而确保通到每个旋流分离器的空气流通路径基本相同。
这有助于确保沿着每个入口管流动的空气的体积基本相等,使得每个旋流器上的载污量相同。
优选地,每组的入口管与该组的旋流分离器并排地延伸。
优选地,入口管布置在圆形线上周向间隔开的选定点处。
优选地,该装置包括例如形成为塑料材料模制单件的主体,旋流分离器阵列地、并排地布置在所述主体中,入口在主体的相对侧之间延伸穿过主体。
优选地,为了模制方便,入口在主体的相对侧是打开的,为了配合到主体的一侧,设有盖子,以封闭入口的下游端。
优选地,入口在其下游端连接于相应的径向延伸通道,该径向延伸通道通到该组的相应的旋流分离器。

优选地,每组的旋流分离器布置在沿着大约以该组入口管的纵向轴线为中心的弓形线的选定位置处。这种设置的一个优点在于,它使旋流分离器的密集度达到最大,从而能够使用比现有设置所允许的旋流分离器更大的旋流分离器。
优选地,相邻组的弓形线相交错,以使装置的旋流分离器的密集度达到最大。
优选地,入口的上游端连接于上游旋流分离器的出口。
优选地,旋流分离器组聚集在围绕上游旋流分离器的纵向轴线的组中。
优选地,上游旋流分离器包括环形或圆形出口腔室,每组的管从所述腔室延伸。

具体实施方式
参照附图中的图1,示出了直立式真空吸尘器的分离部分。该分离部分安装于包含手柄的底架(未示出),该底架的下端以可枢转的方式连接于轮形的地板清洁头,该地板清洁头包含可旋转的搅动刷。
分离部分包括大致圆筒形的直立壳体,该壳体分别在其下端和上端容纳第一分离阶部10和第二分离阶部11,第二阶部11流体连接在第一阶部10的下游。
第一阶部10包括限定圆形截面旋流器腔室13的管状侧壁12。管状侧壁12的下端设有封闭体14,封闭体14可打开,以允许从腔室13中清空被分离的污物和灰尘。
用于传输来自地板清洁头部的载有污物和灰尘的空气的入口管15切向地延伸到第一阶部10的管状侧壁12的上端内。细长的管状容器16沿着旋流器腔室13的中心轴线延伸穿过旋流器腔室13。容器16的下端被盘17密封地关闭,盘17安装于封闭体14,使得当封闭体14打开时,容器16的下端也打开。容器16的上端与第二阶部11的出口相连通,被分离的细微灰尘从该出口排出。
第一阶部10的上端被具有中央孔19的环形端壁19所封闭,细长容器16延伸通过中央孔19。穿孔罩20从上端壁悬到旋流器腔室13内,该穿孔罩的下端以抵靠着管状容器16的外表面而密封。
还是参照附图中的图2,圆形歧管21密封地安装在第一阶部10上端壁18的顶部。歧管21包括六个直立的管状突出部22,突出部22布置在歧管21上的同心圆形线上的等距隔开的周向位置处。突出部22的下端通过第一阶部10上端壁18中的孔19而与罩22内部空间相流体连通。
参照附图中的图3,第二阶部11包括圆筒形的主体23,主体23安装于第一阶部10的上端,歧管突出部22延伸进入相应孔24内,而所述孔24在主体23的相对侧之间延伸穿过主体23。每个孔24被六个旋流分离器包围,这六个旋流分离器与孔24一起轴向地延伸并绕着孔24的圆周等距地间隔开。旋流分离器25容纳在六边形的管状边界壁26内。每个旋流分离器25包括截头圆锥形侧壁27(如附图中的图1所示),侧壁27向内渐缩到主体23下端的锥形开口处。
参照附图中的图4,旋流分离器25设置成六组,每组(如A组,在图4中用阴影区域表示)包围绕绕相应的孔24设置的五个旋流分离器25,这五个旋流分离器布置成中心在相应的孔24的中心轴线上的弓形。可以注意到,包围每个孔24的六个旋流分离器25中的一个也属于相邻的分离器组。
五个通道28从主体23上表面中的每个孔24的上端径向向外延伸。通道28切向通到与该孔相关联的分离器组的相应旋流分离器25的上端内。
旋流分离器25的截头圆锥形壁27的下端终止在其相应的六边形管状边界壁26的水平面的上方,以防止任何气旋空气流被带走(carryover)到主体23的底表面的下方。如图2所示,由延伸自歧管21的上表面的杆41支撑的档板40可正在每个锥部的开口下方定位在每个六边形边界壁26的内部。六边形边界壁26的底端敞开通道29内,所述通道形成在主体23下方和歧管21上方。通道29的底部在其中心处包括开口,该开口连接于延伸通过第一阶部10气旋腔室13的细长管状容器的上端。
参照附图中的图5,带孔的盖板30安装到主体23的上表面。板30中的孔31轴向地布置在相应的旋流分离器25的上方,盖板30的下表面包括管状突出部32,管状突出部32从孔31延伸到旋流分离器的上端内,以形成所谓的涡流探测器。
过滤器壳体33布置在第二阶部11的上方,在使用中,对过滤器壳体33应用真空,以产生从污浊空气入口15经过第一和第二阶部10、11的空气流。入口15相对于壁12的切向定位在第一阶部10的腔室13的内部产生气旋空气流,由此,空气朝腔室13的下端绕腔室13向下盘旋。随着空气向下流动,由于空气已经朝第二阶部11被径向吸动经过穿孔罩20,所以旋流中空气的体积不断在减小,
随着空气在腔室13内旋转,旋转的空气流中的较大(较密)的微粒具有太大的惯性,从而跟随空气流紧密的弯曲路径并撞击腔室的外壁12,然后移动到旋流器的底部,这些微粒在这里沉积在腔室13的下部区域中。
流过穿孔罩20的空气被等距地分成六个独立的平行通路,所述通路沿着歧管21中相应的管状突出部22。这六个独立的空气流然后在盖板31下表面的下方分成沿着相应通道28的五个进一步的空气流。通道28将这些空气流切向地引到相应的旋流分离器25的上端内,以在其中产生气旋空气流。这些空气流朝分离器25的下端绕分离器25的截头圆锥壁27向下盘旋。随着空气向下流动,由于空气一直被径向向内并轴向向上地吸动穿过涡流探测器32,所以旋流中空气的体积不断在减小,。
任何留在来自第一阶部10的空气流中的轻微灰尘颗粒都具有非常大的惯性,从而跟随空气流的非常紧密的弯曲路径并撞击分离器25的截头圆锥壁27,使得灰尘向下传输通过锥形开口,进入通道29。细微的灰尘然后落到细长的管状容器16内。可以注意到,能够通过移除封闭体14来清空由第一和第二阶部10、11分离的灰尘。
根据本发明的真空吸尘器虽然在构造上相对简单,但通过能够紧凑地容纳大量的高效旋流器,该真空吸尘器具有充分提高的分离效率。

Claims (13)

1.气旋分离装置,该气旋分离装置包括一个具有出口的上游旋流分离器;在所述上游旋流分离器轴向布置的主体;多个下游旋流分离器,这些下游旋流分离器在所述主体中相对于彼此并排地设置成多个组,这些组聚集在一起,每组下游旋流分离器围绕相应的入口管布置,每个入口管并排地延伸穿过主体并在其上游端连接于上游旋流分离器的出口,并在其下游端连接于其相应组的下游旋流分离器。
2.根据权利要求1所述的气旋分离装置,其中所述每组的入口管与所述相应组的下游旋流分离器的旋转轴线平行地延伸。
3.根据权利要求1所述的气旋分离装置,其中所述每个入口管的纵向轴线与所述相应组的每个下游旋流分离器之间的径向距离基本相等。
4.根据权利要求1所述的气旋分离装置,其中所述每组的入口管与该组的下游旋流分离器并排地延伸。
5.根据权利要求1所述的气旋分离装置,其中所述入口管布置在圆形线上的周向间隔开的选定点处。
6.根据权利要求1所述的气旋分离装置,其中所述入口管在所述主体的相对侧打开,设有用于配合到所述主体的一侧的盖子,以封闭所述入口管的下游端。
7.根据权利要求6所述的气旋分离装置,其中所述入口管在其下游端连接到相应的径向延伸通道,所述径向延伸通道通到该组的相应的下游旋流分离器。
8.根据权利要求7所述的气旋分离装置,其中所述径向延伸通道形成在所述主体中。
9.根据权利要求1所述的气旋分离装置,其中所述每组的下游旋流分离器布置在沿着以该组的入口管的纵向轴线为中心的弓形线的选定位置处。
10.根据权利要求9所述的气旋分离装置,其中相邻组的所述弓形线相交错。
11.根据权利要求1所述的气旋分离装置,其中所述下游旋流分离器组聚集在围绕所述上游旋流分离器的纵向轴线的组中。
12.根据权利要求1所述的气旋分离装置,其中所述上游旋流分离器包括环形或圆形出口腔室,所述每组的入口管从所述腔室延伸。
13.一种包括权利要求1所述的气旋分离装置的真空吸尘器。
