Abstract

一种山川H型水轮发电装置,其特征是,用上、下铸架以螺栓夹紧在桩上,在上、下铸架之间安装A、B两组H型二翼双层水轮,并且用两个导流板使水流强化做功的作用角增大;在水面以上安装两台发电机,用联轴节与该A、B两组H型二翼双层水轮的轴连接;在山川中安装时不用建临时截水坝,可在水道中直接安装,无潜水作业。本结构取代特定地域的拦河坝,抗地震强,施工周期短,不碍生态环保,不动迁住户,还可拆迁易地重建。

Description

山川H型水轮发电装置
本发明是属于山川江河中应用H型水轮的水力发电。山川的水流永远是单向,所以结构较简单、无需转向装置。
近来看了一篇报道:一记者努力主张重视生态环保,尤其在地震易发的省域建造拦河坝水力发电。本人想以申请专利为渠道提供一些免建拦河坝的水力发电结构。
图1,在湍急的流水中打下高强度钢筋砼柱桩1,再把预先在工厂制成的H型水轮机(A、B并列二台)为整机的吊装套入桩1(此刻上下二件铸架3的螺栓3a、3b来旋紧)待整机沉入水文记录的最低水位以下后,把四枚螺栓紧固,使整机固定于桩1,最后套入电机架2于桩1上端紧固,用联轴节分别与两台发电机连接,完成A组、B组两台H型水轮发电机结合成的整机,全部安装完毕。
W是水流向,F是水面,4是轴,5是一字撑毂,6是(防腐蚀处理轻金属合金)翼片,1a是分水棱(再生硬橡胶制成)见图2,有缓冲防撞作用,1b是角钢,Aa、Bb是导流板(塑钢网夹层、玻纤环氧树脂板),图2的空心箭头是A、B各水轮的旋向。
假如安装时工程船难以锚定,则可向两岸陆上张拉定位。紧固螺栓3a、3b时,可用略加改装的棘轮扳手夹具在工程船操作紧固,勿必潜水作业。
图3示意较宽的河截面的河心段并列装数台水力发电整机,两侧近河岸让它留空,待大水时水涨河面宽两边泻水。为了各桩1的稳固,除了按一排桩1作一字横拉一直线的钢拉杆以外,再向两岸(向上流)分别斜拉钢拉杆;从一字横拉线上易发觉某一桩有偏向,就可调整该桩的斜拉杆的张力。
本结构取代特定地域的拦河坝,抗地震强,施工周期短,不碍生态环保,不动迁住户,还可拆迁易地重建。

Claims (1)

1.一种山川H型水轮发电装置,其特征是,在河面较宽的河心段中央、在河的截面方向安装数台水轮发电整机,两侧近河岸留空,横向一字形排列,各整机的桩顶端都用一字形钢拉杆向左右岸上张紧;同时各桩顶也斜向上流方向的两岸用钢拉杆张拉,以增强抗洪抗地震能力;大水时水涨河面更宽,两边泻水,中间仍继续发电;所述水轮发电整机的上、下铸架以螺栓夹紧在桩上,在上、下铸架之间安装A、B两组H型二翼双层水轮,并且用两个导流板使水流强化做功的作用角增大;在水面以上安装两台发电机,用联轴节与该A、B两组H型二翼双层水轮的轴连接;在山川中安装时不用建临时截水坝,能在水道中直接安装,无潜水作业。
