Abstract

一种低气压一氧化碳电磁灯具属于照明灯具行业。针对现有高频无极放电灯存在的缺陷,研发了一种新结构灯具,其特征是灯泡体抽真空后,充有一氧化碳气体,灯泡体的真空度为0.2-5托;电磁体安装在支撑柱上端,线圈通过骨架缠绕在与电磁体相对应的部位上,支撑柱和骨架下端固定在灯座上,柱形电磁发生器安装在灯泡体的圆柱状腔体内,灯泡体下部固定于灯座上;两个电磁发生器组件构成整个电磁发生器,两组件的轴心线为同一轴线;线圈的导线为同一条导线,相邻两线圈的缠绕方向相反。可以作为马路照明灯和广场景观灯,广泛推广应用。

一种低气压一氧化碳电磁灯具
技术领域
本发明涉及灯具制造行业,即一种直接激励一氧化碳气体发光的气体放电照明灯具。
背景技术
目前,市场上销售的高频无极放电灯具,因其只设有单电磁发生器组件,灯具发光效率低,功率受限制;电磁场发射的磁力线近似圆形,制作成瘦长形灯、柱形灯,出现中间亮、两头暗的现象,这是单电磁发生器灯具无法克服的缺陷;高频无极放电灯必须借助萤光层发光,发光效率低。
发明内容
本发明的目的是针对上述高频无极放电灯具存在的问题,研发了一种新灯具,它设置了两组、或者多组电磁发生器组件,且相邻两组电磁发生器组件的线圈缠绕方向相反,灯泡体内充一氧化碳气直接发光,灯泡发光效率高,亮度匀称。
一种低气压一氧化碳电磁灯具是由灯泡体和电磁发生器两大部分构成,其特征是:
a)灯泡体抽真空后,充有一氧化碳气体,密封的灯泡体的真空度为0.2-5托;
b)电磁发生器组件的电磁体安装在支撑柱的上端,线圈通过骨架缠绕在与电磁体相对应的部位上,支撑柱和骨架的下端,均固定在灯座上,灯座通过绝缘体安装固定有螺口;
c)灯的正极设置在螺口的中心部位,负极与金属螺口联通;
d)柱形电磁发生器安装在密封的灯泡体的圆柱状腔体内,灯泡体的下部胶粘固定于灯座上;电磁发生器由两组电磁发生器组件构成,或者由多组电磁发生器组件构成;各个电磁发生器组件的轴心线,为同一轴线,整个灯体呈瘦长形、长柱形,或者圆球形;各个电磁发生器组件线圈的缠绕导线为同一条导线,相邻两线圈的缠绕方向相反,即相邻两组电磁发生器组件的电磁场的磁极,同极相对应。
本发明的积极效果是:结构设计科学合理;在现有高频放电灯的基础上,将电磁发生器改进成两组、或者多组电磁发生器,由于相邻两组电磁发生器组件的线圈为同一条导线,且缠绕方向相反,在高频电源供电时,相邻的电磁发生器组件发生的磁力线运动方向相反,同极相对应产生同极相斥的排斥力,且因各个线圈的导线为同一条导线,在高频电源的作用下,产生周期相同的振荡效应,在高频振荡和磁力线叠加的双重力的作用下,灯具发光效率大幅度提高;本发明灯泡体内无萤光涂层,直接激发一氧化碳气体发光,使发光效率更高;实测结果显示:本产品发光效率为最佳的高压钠灯的1.48倍,为现有高频无极放电灯的1.80倍,为白炽灯的8倍。由于双组、或者多组电磁发生器组件的轴心线为同一轴线,可以将产品制造成瘦长形、圆柱形,且可避免灯具中间亮、两头暗的缺陷发生。

具体实施方式
实施例1
结合附图组装生产本发明产品。首先备齐各种零部件。将制作成的灯泡体5,由抽气孔4将灯泡体5抽真空后,充入一氧化碳气体R,当灯泡体5的真空度为0.2-5托时,把灯泡体5密封备用,如图2所示;电磁发生器组件如图3所示,将电磁体6、6′安装在铜质支撑柱8的上端,把线圈7、7′通过塑料骨架9缠绕在与电磁体6、6′相对应的部位上,两组线圈的缠绕导线为同一条导线,两组线圈的导线缠绕方向相反,两组线圈的轴心线为同一轴线;整个灯体可呈现瘦长形、或者长柱形,或者圆球形;铜质支撑柱8和塑料骨架9的下端均固定在灯座3上,灯座3通过陶瓷绝缘体2安装固定有螺口1,灯的正极设置在螺口1的中心部位,负极与金属螺口1联通;将前述灯泡体5和电磁发生器组件组装成成品,如图1所示,即把柱形电磁发生器安装在密封的灯泡体5的圆柱状腔体10内,并将灯泡体5下部与灯座3的安装部位胶粘固定,整个产品的组装生产即全部完成。
本发明接通高频直流电源T供电时,磁电灯即可正常发光运行,高频电源T的频率为300-5KHz或者为1-3MHz,或者为10-15MHz。传统的高频无极放电灯,因采用单组电磁发生器组件,若制造长柱形灯泡体必然产生中间亮、两头暗的缺陷;为克服两头暗的弊端,采取强化电磁场强度,则必然产生灯泡体中间部位磁力线外溢现象,耗能增加;本发明采用双电磁发生器组件,各个线圈的轴心线为同一轴线,即可以生产瘦长形,或圆柱形灯泡体;相邻线圈缠绕导线的方向相反,两组线圈磁场产生的磁力线运动方向相反,相邻两线圈相对应处为同极相对,在同性相斥力的作用下,磁力线产生叠加效果;在高频电场振荡和磁场磁力线叠加力的双重作用下,能量大增,电离一氧化碳气体激励气体发光能力大幅度提高;传统的灯泡体涂有萤光粉涂层,汞元素作为发光物质;本发明直接激励一氧化碳气体发光,更加节能,发光效率进一步提高。
试验效果明显,测试显示,本发明的发光效率为现有高频无极放电灯的1.80倍,是最佳高压钠灯的1.48倍,为白炽灯的8倍;使用寿命可达6万小时。
实施例2
结合附图组装多组电磁发生器组件磁电灯。在铜质支撑柱的一端安装四个电磁体6,并通过塑料骨架9在四个电磁体6的相对应部位上,分别用同一条导线缠绕四个线圈,相邻两线圈的导线缠绕方向相反,即使相邻两电磁发生器组件磁场的同极相对应;其他元器件和结构均与实施例1相同,即可组装成多组电磁发生器组件构成的本发明产品。本结构可生产出尺寸更长、功率更大的产品。
实施例3
结合附图组装本发明。在铜质支撑柱的一端安装一个电磁发生器组件的电磁体6,灯泡体5内充一氧化碳气体R,其他所需零部件和结构,均与实施例1相同,同样可生产本发明产品。

Claims (3)

1. 一种低气压一氧化碳电磁灯具是由灯泡体(5)和电磁发生器两大部分构成,其特征是:
a)灯泡体(5)抽真空后,充有一氧化碳气体(R),密封的灯泡体(5)的真空度为0.2-5托;
b)电磁发生器组件的电磁体(6、6′)安装在支撑柱(8)的上端,线圈(7、7′)通过骨架(9)缠绕在与电磁体(6、6′)相对应的部位上,支撑柱(8)和骨架(9)的下端,均固定在灯座(3)上,灯座(3)通过绝缘体(2)安装固定有螺口(1);
c)灯的正极设置在螺口(1)的中心部位,负极与金属螺口(1)联通;
d)柱形电磁发生器安装在密封的灯泡体(5)的圆柱状腔体(10)内,灯泡体(5)的下部胶粘固定于灯座(3)上。
2. 依据权利要求1所述的一种低气压一氧化碳电磁灯具,其特征是电磁发生器由两组电磁发生器组件构成,或者由多组电磁发生器组件构成;各个电磁发生器组件的轴心线,为同一轴线,整个灯体呈瘦长形、长柱形,或者圆球形;各个电磁发生器组件线圈的缠绕导线为同一条导线,相邻两线圈的缠绕方向相反,即相邻两组电磁发生器组件的电磁场的磁极,同极相对应。
3. 依据权利要求1所述的一种低气压一氧化碳电磁灯具,其特征是电磁发生器具由单组电磁发生器组件构成,其灯泡体(5)内无萤光粉涂层和汞元素,而充入一氧化碳气体(R)。
