Abstract

一种双磁场发生器反组合磁电灯属于照明灯具行业。针对现有高频无极放电灯存在的弊端,研发了一种新结构灯具,它是由灯泡体、萤光涂层、灯座、螺口和电磁发生器各部件构成,其特征是电磁发生器组件的各电磁体周围,分别缠有线圈,线圈导线为同一条导线,相邻两线圈缠绕方向相反,两组电磁发生器组件构成电磁发生器;电磁发生器组件安装在支撑柱上,并固定在灯座上,灯座通过绝缘体安装有螺口,玻璃灯泡内涂有荧光涂层,并充有汞和惰性气体;柱形电磁发生器组件被安装在密封的玻璃灯泡体的圆柱状腔体内,灯泡体下部胶粘于灯座上。发光效率高,寿命可达6万小时。可以广泛用于马路照明灯、景观灯等场所。

一种双磁场发生器反组合磁电灯
技术领域
本实用新型属于照明灯具行业,即是一种长寿命、高节能性的气体放电照明灯具。
背景技术
目前,市场上销售、使用的高频无极放电灯,因只设有单电磁发生器组件,灯具发光效率低;电磁场发射的磁力线近似圆形,使灯具造型受到极大限制,若生产瘦长形灯,则出现中间亮、两头暗的现象,这也是单电磁发生器灯具不可克服的缺陷。
实用新型内容
本实用新型的目的是针对上述现有高频无极放电灯具存在的问题,研发了一种新型磁电灯,采用双电磁发生器组件、反组合的新结构,使照明灯具达到高效率、长寿命的功效。
一种双磁场发生器反组合磁电灯是由灯泡体、萤光粉涂层、灯座、螺口和电磁发生器组件各部件构成,其特征是:
a)电磁发生器组件的各电磁体周围通过线圈骨架缠绕有线圈,线圈的缠绕导线为同一条导线,但一线圈为左、或者右螺旋缠绕,另一线圈为右、或者左螺旋缠绕,两线圈的导线缠绕方向相反,两组电磁发生器组件构成整体电磁发生器,或者采用多组电磁发生器组件构成整体电磁发生器;
b)一组与另一组相邻的电磁发生器组件的同极相对应,即S极与S极、N极与N极相对应;
c)电磁发生器组件的电磁体的轴心线为同一轴线,整个灯体呈瘦长形、长柱形、或者呈圆球形结构;
d)电磁发生器组件安装在导热支撑柱上,导热支撑柱固定在灯座上,灯座通过绝缘体安装有螺口,玻璃灯泡体内涂有萤光粉涂层,并充有汞和惰性气体,柱形电磁发生器组件被安装在密封的玻璃灯泡体的圆柱状空腔体内,灯泡体的下部胶粘固定于灯座上。
本实用新型的积极效果是结构设计合理,在原有单电磁发生器灯具的基础上,安装了双电磁发生器组件,并采取反组合形式,充分发挥高频振荡和磁力线叠加的作用,使发光效率大幅度提高。测试结构表明,本产品的发光效率为最佳的高压钠灯的1.48倍,为现有高频无极放电灯的1.8倍,为白炽灯的8倍;使用寿命可达6万小时。
本产品因高效率、长寿命,可以作为更新换代产品,在使用路灯、广场景观灯的各种场合广泛使用。

具体实施方式
实施例1
组装本产品。首先备齐各种零部件,在玻璃灯泡体1的内壁,涂上萤光粉涂层2,再将密封的玻璃灯泡体1抽真空,并注入汞和惰性气体后,密封;接着,在塑料线圈骨架9与铜质导热支撑柱8的一端,设置的两块电磁体6、6′的相应部位上,分别绕上线圈7、7′,两组线圈为同一条导线缠绕,一组线圈的导线为左或右螺旋缠绕,另一组导线为右或左螺旋缠绕,即两组导线缠绕方向相反,双组电磁发生器组件组成整体电磁发生器;或者采用多组电磁发生器组件组成电磁发生器,相邻的两组电磁发生器组件的线圈缠绕方向相反,一组电磁发生器组件的磁极同极与相邻的另一组电磁发生器组件的磁极相对应;电磁发生器组件的电磁体6、6′的轴心线为同一条轴线,整个灯体呈瘦长形、长柱形、或者呈圆球形结构;线圈塑料骨架10内安装有铜质导热支撑柱8,导热支撑柱8和塑料骨架10均固定在灯座3上,通过陶瓷绝缘体4绝缘,灯的正极联接于金属螺口5的中心部位,金属螺口5与灯的负极联通;电磁发生器和灯座安装完毕后,将玻璃灯泡体1的圆柱状空腔体套在柱形电磁发生器上,并在灯泡体1与灯座3的连接部位涂胶固定后,整个产品即组装完毕。
实施例2
组装多组电磁发生器组件的磁电灯。在铜质导热支撑柱8的一端安装四个电磁体6,并通过骨架10在四个电磁体6的相对应部位上,分别用同一条导线缠绕四个线圈,相邻两线圈的导线缠绕方向相反,即使相邻两电磁发生器组件的同极相对应;其他所需元器件和结构均与实施例1相同,即可组装成多组电磁发生器组件构成本实用新型产品。本产品可制成瘦长形、或者长柱形,而且灯的两端无暗处。
使用时,只要在交流供电线路中,采用高频直流电源供电器T,磁电灯即可正常运行。

Claims (1)

1.一种双磁场发生器反组合磁电灯是由灯泡体(1)、萤光粉涂层(2)、灯座(3)、螺口(5)和电磁发生器组件各部件构成,其特征是:
a)电磁发生器组件的各电磁体(6、6′)周围通过线圈骨架(10)缠绕有线圈(7、7′),线圈(7、7′)的缠绕导线为同一条导线,但一线圈为左、或者右螺旋缠绕,另一线圈为右、或者左螺旋缠绕,两线圈的导线缠绕方向相反,两组电磁发生器组件构成整体电磁发生器,或者采用多组电磁发生器组件构成整体电磁发生器;
b)一组与另一组相邻的电磁发生器组件的同极相对应,即S极与S极、N极与N极相对应;
c)电磁发生器组件的电磁体(6、6′)的轴心线为同一轴线,整个灯体呈瘦长形、长柱形、或者呈圆球形结构;
d)电磁发生器组件的电磁体(6、6′)安装在导热支撑柱(8)上,导热支撑柱(8)固定在灯座(3)上,灯座(3)通过绝缘体(4)安装有螺口(5),玻璃灯泡体(1)内涂有萤光粉涂层(2),并充有汞(9)和惰性气体(R),柱形电磁发生器组件被安装在密封的玻璃灯泡体(1)的圆柱状空腔体内,灯泡体(1)的下部胶粘固定于灯座(3)上。
