本发明涉及一种信号传输媒介,尤其是涉及一种在电缆发生异常热量时,实时迅速监测电缆安全的传感光缆。它的护套内设有1根传感光纤,护套上有一与电缆外径相吻合的曲面。本发明由于采用上述技术方案,当电缆的工作现场或电缆本身有异常热量发生时,异常热量会迅速传导至本发明上,本发明将探测到的异常热量数据迅速传递给监测室内的数据处理主机,数据处理主机在十几秒内迅速完成处理并给出异常热量点位置同时发出报警信号,避免了因电缆的故障而引发的突发事故和电缆的工作现场发生的火灾,保障了国家的财产和人民群众的生命安全。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种信号传输媒介,尤其是涉及一种在电缆发生异常热量时,实时迅速监测电缆安全的传感光缆。
背景技术
传感光缆主要用于交通、建筑、电力、煤矿、石化、大坝等行业,其作用是对这些重要的场所进行实时火灾、温度监测。它能发现早期火灾、过热点,对保障公民的生命和财产安全起着重要的作用。现有技术的传感光缆由护套、加强套、填充层、传感光纤组成,其结构为传感光纤外依次裹覆填充层、加强套、护套,且填充层、加强套、护套采用的制作材料分别为凯芙拉(Kevlar)纺纶纱、不锈钢管、美国SpeChem公司生产的型号为HF548-45高阻燃低烟无卤阻燃材料。其工作原理是:通过设置在填充层内的传感光纤来探测热量(包括发生火灾等情况的异常热量)数据,然后将热量数据传输给设置在监测室内的数据处理主机,从而实现对现场的安全监测。现有技术的传感光缆应用在电缆安全监测中存在的缺陷和不足如下:1、结构复杂,热量由传感光缆外部传递到传感光缆内部比较缓慢,从而导致监测反应速度缓慢;2、护套未采用导热绝缘材料且其传感光缆不能和电缆紧贴,导热速度缓慢。
发明内容
本发明所要解决的技术问题是提供一种克服现有技术的传感光缆在电缆安全监测过程中存在的缺陷和不足,能够实时迅速地对整条电缆进行监测的电缆安全传感光缆。本发明解决其技术问题采用的技术方案是:一种电缆安全传感光缆,它的护套内设有1根传感光纤,护套上有一与电缆外径相贴覆的曲面,护套采用导热绝缘材料。本发明所要解决的技术问题还可进一步通过如下技术方案加以解决:护套曲面的曲率半径为10~200mm;导热绝缘材料为美国chomerics公司制造的T500型导热绝缘胶材料。本发明中的传感光纤为市售产品,传感光纤外有丙烯酸盐涂层。本发明采用62.5/125μm多模传感光纤,带宽范围为≥400MHZ@850nm、≥1000MHZ@1300nm,衰减范围为≤3.0dB@850nm、≤0.8dB@1300nm。
本发明由于采用上述技术方案,当电缆的工作现场或电缆本身有异常热量发生时,异常热量会迅速传导至本发明上,本发明将探测到的异常热量数据迅速传递给监测室内的数据处理主机,数据处理主机在十几秒内迅速完成处理并给出异常热量点位置同时发出报警信号,避免了因电缆的故障而引发的突发事故和电缆的工作现场发生的火灾,保障了国家的财产和人民群众的生命安全。

具体实施方式
实施例1:参照图1。将本发明的护套贴覆并用绑扎带绑在与其曲率半径相吻合的电缆上,护套的曲率半径范围为10~200mm,以适应各种不同直径的电缆的工作需要。当电缆的工作现场或电缆本身有异常热量发生时,异常热量会迅速传导至本发明上,并传递给监测室内的数据处理主机,即可实现本发明的发明目的。
实施例2:参照图1。本实施例的护套采用由美国chomerics公司制造的T500型导热绝缘胶材料,可大大提高本发明的导热系数,使本发明达到更佳的实施效果。

1.一种电缆安全传感光缆,它的护套内设有1根传感光纤,其特征是:护套上有一与电缆外径相贴覆的曲面,护套采用导热绝缘材料。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种电缆安全传感光缆,其特征是:护套曲面的曲率半径为10~200mm。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的一种电缆安全传感光缆,其特征是:导热绝缘材料为美国chomerics公司制造的T500型导热绝缘胶材料。
