本发明涉及建筑及液体的防渗防漏领域,具体的说是一种防止液体渗漏的材料。
背景技术
目前的防渗剂多为液体状的,其缺点是使用寿命短;也有粉状防渗材料成本很高。
发明内容
本发明为解决目前防渗剂寿命短、成本高的问题,发明一种利用粉煤灰生产防水剂的技术。
本发明的技术方案是,一种高性能粉末防水剂,其组成成分为:粉煤灰、生石灰、铁粉、硬脂酸锌、防裂丝、SWF1-0.5胶粉、硫酸钠。
其成分比例为:粉煤灰37%、生石灰25%、铁粉22.5%、硬脂酸锌10%、防裂丝1%、SWF1-0.5胶粉4%、硫酸钠0.5%。
其加工工艺是,按上述比例提取好各种原材料,混合并搅拌均匀即可。
使用时,将本防水剂与水泥按4∶100的比例掺入搅拌均匀,再加水成浆状涂抹在需防渗物的表面即可。
本发明的原理是,生石灰和铁离子为分次膨胀源的新型防水材料,具有微膨胀反收缩的功能,粉煤灰对混凝土的结构进行进一步的密实,达到抗渗防渗效果;硫酸钠作为粉煤灰的激发剂,在搅拌过程中粉煤灰与生石灰反应生成胶凝材料,这种胶凝物的密度起到填充作用,提高了抗渗防渗性能。
本发明的技术效果是,采用上述技术方案,可以实现一种造价低,抗渗防渗效果极好的防渗剂。
具体实施方式
实施例1,取粉煤灰37公斤、生石灰25公斤、铁粉22.5公斤、硬脂酸锌10公斤、防裂丝1公斤、SWF1-0.5胶粉4公斤、硫酸钠0.5公斤,混合并搅拌均匀即可得100公斤的高性能粉末防水剂。
实施例2,取粉煤灰74公斤、生石灰50公斤、铁粉25公斤、硬脂酸锌20公斤、防裂丝2公斤、SWF1-0.5胶粉8公斤、硫酸钠1公斤,混合并搅拌均匀即可得200公斤的高性能粉末防水剂。
