一种突跳式温控器
技术领域:
本发明涉及温度控制器技术领域,特指一种按键式突跳温控器。
技术背景:
现有的温控器的结构方面存在以下不足,顶杆设计在活动杆的边缘,决定了双金属片舌端的装配位置,影响触点开、闭的可靠性,易自动复位,且顶杆与活动杆一体设计,顶杆长度无法适应双金属片舌端的变形范围,直接影响控温精确度。以上结构上的缺点使得现有温控器测温不够准确,易发生机械故障。
发明内容:
本发明的目的在于针对现有温控器的不足,提供一种结构合理、控温测温准确、不易发生机械故障的突跳式温控器。
为实现上述目的,本发明提供的技术方案为:包括有开关座、活动杆、陶瓷杆、板状弹簧、双金属片、左插端、右插端、动簧片、动触头、定触头,动触头连接于动簧片上,将上述动触头和动簧片构成的组件连接于右插端上,再装入开关座的右侧槽内;定触头连接于左插端上,将定触头和左插端构成的组件装入开关座的左侧槽内;动簧片装插于开关座内底部的定位槽内;陶瓷杆装入开关座的圆柱凸台通孔内;双金属片装于开关座下底部的定位槽内,且双金属片中间的舌端与陶瓷杆接触;板状弹簧分别插入开关座和活动杆的槽内。
本发明的优点在于:结构紧凑,控温准确,动作灵敏,具有手动开关功能。

具体实施方式:
见附图1-图3所示,本实施例包括有开关座1、活动杆2、陶瓷杆3、板状弹簧4、双金属片5、左插端6、右插端7、动簧片8、动触头9、定触头10,动触头9铆接于动簧片8上,将该组件铆接于右插端7上,再将该组件装入开关座1的右侧槽内;定触头10铆接于左插端6上,再将该组件装入开关座1的左侧槽内;动簧片8装插于开关座1底部的三个定位槽内;陶瓷杆3装入开关座1的圆柱凸台通孔内;将板状弹簧4分别插入开关座1和活动杆2的V型槽内,轻按活动杆的两端,形成杠杆原理的闭断开关。
本发明的动作原理为:温控器活动杆2处于A端低B端高时(见图2所示),若双金属片5受外界感温,即会发生形变,双金属片5中间的舌端主动顶推安装在开关座1圆柱凸台通孔内的陶瓷杆3,通过陶瓷杆3推动由板状弹簧4支撑的活动杆2的小平台,使活动杆2的A端升起,由于活动杆2被固定在开关座1的中间支点上,活动杆2的B端被压下,此时,成型在活动杆2上的塑料杆将固装在开关座1右侧的动簧片8顶动,使动触头8与定触头10分离,从而导致电路处于断开状态。当需要两触点闭合时,只要在活动杆2的A端向下轻施外力,活动杆2B端的塑料杆就会升起,动触头10因弹力作用,即与定触头10接触通电。

1.一种突跳式温控器,包括有开关座(1)、活动杆(2)、陶瓷杆(3)、板状弹簧(4)、双金属片(5)、左插端(6)、右插端(7)、动簧片(8)、动触头(9)、定触头(10),其特征在于:动触头(9)连接于动簧片(8)上,将上述动触头(9)和动簧片(8)构成的组件连接于右插端(7)上,再装入开关座(1)的右侧槽内;定触头(10)连接于左插端(6)上,将定触头(10)和左插端(6)构成的组件装入开关座(1)的左侧槽内;动簧片(8)装插于开关座(1)内底部的定位槽内;陶瓷杆(3)装入开关座(1)的圆柱凸台通孔内;双金属片(5)装于开关座(1)下底部的定位槽内,且双金属片(5)中间的舌端与陶瓷杆(3)接触;板状弹簧(4)分别插入开关座(1)和活动杆(2)的槽内,板状弹簧(4)的中间开有孔,陶瓷杆(3)穿过该孔作用于活动杆(2)。
