一种荔枝面彩砖及其制作方法
技术领域
本发明提供一种新型环保彩砖及其相应的制作方法,具体涉及一种用于铺地的新型的仿大理石的荔枝面彩砖及其制作方法。
背景技术
目前,随着人们生活水平的不断提高,人们对居所周边环境的要求也越来越高,传统的铺地彩砖,没有透水透气散热功能,而且表面多用细砂压制而成,雨天后人走在上面容易滑倒,故而显得美中不足,针对传统彩砖存在问题研制一种新型透水透气散热防滑的环保彩砖是十分必要的。
发明内容
本发明所要解决的技术问题是提供一种新型的透水透气散热防滑环保的荔枝面彩砖。
本发明所要解决的另一个技术问题是提供所述荔枝面彩砖的制作方法。
本发明所述的荔枝面彩砖,包括面料和底料,所述面料由精刚石米、普通硅酸盐PO425水泥、颜料和水组成,底料由精洗河沙、瓜米石、普通硅酸盐PO425水泥和水组成,各组分重量百分比为:
面料:精刚石米              70%-72%
      普通硅酸盐PO425水泥   23%-24%
      颜料                 0.7%-1%
      水                   4%-5%
底料:精洗河沙             47%-48%
      瓜米石               31%-32%
      普通硅酸盐PO425水泥  15%-16%
      水                   4%-5%
所述面料中的精刚石米包括黑色和白色两种,分别占面料的总重量的百分比为:
黑色精刚石米61%-62%
白色精刚石米9%-10%
白色精刚石米61%-62%
黑色精刚石米9%-10%。
所述精刚石米直径为2mm至3mm之间,所述普通硅酸盐PO425水泥为灰水泥或白水泥,所述瓜石米直径8mm至10mm之间。
本发明所述的荔枝面彩砖的制作方法,包括以下步骤:
(1)制备面料:按所述比例将精刚石米、普通硅酸盐PO425水泥、颜料混合后,放入面料搅拌机加水搅拌成粘稠状;
(2)制备底料:按所述比例将精洗河沙、瓜米石、普通硅酸盐PO425水泥混合后,放入底料搅拌机加水搅拌成粘稠状;
(3)均匀将底料铺在成型机模具的阴模框内,阳模下压预振2秒至3秒,然后将面料均匀铺在底料上面,阳模下压主振5秒-6秒后脱模;
(4)对步骤(3)压好的砖,用高压水喷头均匀冲洗,将砖表面的水泥浆冲洗干净;
(5)对步骤(4)得到的表面已经清洗干净的砖,自然风干28小时至30小时,然后打包入库,养护8天至10天即可出厂。
其中,所述步骤(3)是将搅拌好的面料和底料分别放入成型机的面料仓和底料仓内,由成型机自动完成。
所述面料厚度为0.5cm至0.6cm之间。
本发明所述的荔枝面彩砖,生态环保,以其独特的透水功能,能够使自然降水很好地透过地表,有效补给地下水,充分发挥土壤调节城市温度与湿度的优势,有效解决街道浮尘等问题,消除“热岛效应”,维护城市地表生态平衡;同时能够保证雨天路面无积水,且由于其表面粗糙,可以改善车辆行驶及行人的安全性与舒适性。因荔枝面彩砖具有高雅古朴的外观,卓越的透水功能和抗折抗压强度,可广泛适用于市政道路、大型公园、体育场馆、高级楼盘、高速公路服务区等场所的铺设。
本发明所提供的荔枝面彩砖具有多种异形,可满足各种不同需要,其色彩多样,外观高雅、庄重、古朴;主要技术指标强度、抗折、浸水、日晒牢度、抗冻、耐磨性均超过国家行业标准即《混凝土路面砖的技术要求》,本发明的广泛使用必将具有积极的社会效益和显著的经济效益。
具体实施方式
实施例一
以生产10平方米红色的300*150*60cm荔枝面彩砖为例进行详细说明。
所制备的荔枝面彩砖,各组分及其重量百分比为:
面料:白色精刚石米               61.47%
      黑色精刚石米               9.45%
      普通硅酸盐PO425水泥        23.64%
      红色海名斯合成氧化铁颜料   0.71%
      水                         4.73%
底料:精洗河沙                   47.62%
      精选瓜米石                 31.75%
      普通硅酸盐PO425水泥        15.87%
      水                         4.76%
其制作方法如下:
(1)制备面料:直径为2.5mm的精刚白石米260公斤、精刚黑石米40公斤、红色海名斯颜料3公斤、普通硅酸盐PO425水泥100公斤、水20公斤,放入面料搅拌机搅拌成粘稠状;
(2)制备底料:直径为1.25mm的精洗河沙600公斤、直径为10mm的优质瓜米石400公斤、普通硅酸盐PO425水泥200公斤、水60公斤,放入底料搅拌机搅拌成粘稠状;
(3)将搅拌好的面料、底料分别放入已装好300*150*60cm模具的成型机的面料仓和底料仓内,启动成型机,成型机均匀将底料铺在模具的阴模框内(阴模框下面有托板),阳模下压预振2秒左右,阳模提升,然后成型机将面料均匀铺在底料上面(面料厚度层在0.5cm),阳模下压主振5秒后脱模,链条输送机将压好的一板砖送出;
(4)对压好的砖,由专业操作人员用高压水喷头均匀冲洗,将砖表面的水泥浆冲洗干净;
(5)对表面已经清洗干净的砖,放置于车间自然风干30小时左右,然后由包装工人打包入库,在仓库养护8天左右即可出厂。
实施例二
所制备的荔枝面彩砖,各组分及其重量百分比为:
面料:白色精刚石米                61%
      黑色精刚石米                9%
      普通硅酸盐PO425水泥         24%
      红色海名斯合成氧化铁颜料    1%
      水                          5%
底料:精洗河沙                    47%
      精选瓜米石                  32%
      普通硅酸盐PO425水泥         16%
      水                          5%
其制备方法与实例一不同之处在于,各步骤中组分含量按照上述比例调整,所述步骤(4)中阳模下压预振3秒,阳模下压主振6秒后脱模所述步骤(6)中自然风干28小时。
实施例三
与实施例一不同之处在于
所制备的幻彩面彩砖,各组分及其重量百分比为:
面料:白色精刚石米                10%
      黑色精刚石米                62%
      普通硅酸盐PO425水泥         23%
      红色海名斯合成氧化铁颜料    1%
      水                          4%
底料:精洗河沙                    48%
      精选瓜米石                  32%
      普通硅酸盐PO425水泥         16%
      水                          4%
制备方法与实施例一相同,不再详述。

Claims (9)

1. 一种荔枝面彩砖,包括面料和底料,其特征在于所述面料由精刚石米、普通硅酸盐PO425水泥、颜料和水组成,底料由精洗河沙、瓜米石、普通硅酸盐PO425水泥和水组成,各组分重量百分比为:
面料:精刚石米        70%-72%
普通硅酸盐PO425水泥   23%-24%
颜料                  0.7%-1%
水                    4%-5%
底料:精洗河沙        47%-48%
瓜米石                31%-32%
普通硅酸盐PO425水泥   15%-16%
水                    4%-5%。
2.根据权利要求1所述的荔枝面彩砖,其特征在于所述面料中的精刚石米包括黑色和白色两种,分别占面料的总重量的百分比为:
黑色精刚石米61%-62%
白色精刚石米9%-10%
白色精刚石米61%-62%
黑色精刚石米9%-10%。
3. 根据权利要求1所述的荔枝面彩砖,其特征在于所述精刚石米直径为2mm至3mm之间。
4. 根据权利要求1所述的荔枝面彩砖,其特征在于所述普通硅酸盐PO425水泥为灰水泥或白水泥。
5. 根据权利要求1所述的荔枝面彩砖,其特征在于所述瓜石米直径8mm至10mm之间。
6. 根据权利要求1所述的荔枝面彩砖,其特征在于,所述颜料为氧化铁颜料。
7. 一种权利要求1所述的荔枝面彩砖的制作方法,包括以下步骤:
(1)制备面料:按所述比例将精刚石米、普通硅酸盐PO425水泥、颜料混合后,放入面料搅拌机加水搅拌成粘稠状;
(2)制备底料:按所述比例将精洗河沙、瓜米石、普通硅酸盐PO425水泥混合后,放入底料搅拌机加水搅拌成粘稠状;
(3)均匀将底料铺在成型机模具的阴模框内,阳模下压预振2秒至3秒,然后将面料均匀铺在底料上面,阳模下压主振5秒-6秒后脱模;
(4)对步骤(3)压好的砖,用高压水喷头均匀冲洗,将砖表面的水泥浆冲洗干净;
(5)对步骤(4)得到的表面已经清洗干净的砖,自然风干28小时至30小时,然后打包入库,养护8天至10天即可出厂。
8. 根据权利要求7所述的荔枝面彩砖的制作方法,其特征在于所述步骤(3)是将搅拌好的面料和底料分别放入成型机的面料仓和底料仓内,由成型机自动完成。
9. 根据权利要求7所述的荔枝面彩砖的制作方法,其特征在于所述面料厚度为0.5cm至0.6cm之间。
