Abstract

技术领域
本发明涉及一种健身装置,其包括框架右前摇杆和左前摇杆,所述框架由支承平面支承,曲柄机构支承在所述框架上并且具有右踏板部件和左踏板部件以及踏板,所述踏板由右踏板部件和左踏板部件支承并能沿踏板部件方向运动,每个前摇杆具有第一端部和第二端部,由此右前摇杆和左前摇杆通过其第一端部分别与右踏板部件和左踏板部件可转动地连接,并且所述两个前摇杆都通过其第一端部和第二端部之间的区域与框架可转动地连接,从而实现踏板的椭圆运动轨迹,其中所述健身装置还包括右带和左带以及右杆和左杆,所述右带和左带分别与右踏板部件和左踏板部件相连并且围绕滑轮作循环转动,所述右杆和左杆都具有第一端部和第二端部,其中所述右踏板连接到所述右带,所述左踏板连接到所述左带,并且所述右杆的第一端部连接到所述右带,所述左杆的第一端部连接到所述左带。
背景技术
上述类型的健身装置,也称为交叉式训练机(crosstrainer)或椭圆式健身装置,已是众所周知。这样的椭圆式健身装置能够有效地增进人体的肌肉和耐力。舒适的脚部椭圆运动轨迹以及与之结合的手部运动使心率快速上升至期望水平。平滑的运动轨迹也有益于人体的关节。
如上所述,椭圆式健身装置目前已广为人知,并且不同的制造商已开发出各种型号。该领域中已知装置的例子包括公开号为US 7041034、US 6949053和US 6027431以及申请号为US2002/0198084的美国专利申请中所描述的装置解决方案。
根据现有技术的以上解决方案大体上令人满意。但是,根据现有技术的装置的缺点是结构复杂、尺寸庞大。现有装置尺寸庞大的一个原因在于,在现有技术中,为了获得较大的步长,使得框架相对较大。因此,这样的装置在一些情况下是难以使用的,尤其是在一些狭小的空间中,例如在家里。
发明内容
本发明的一个目的是提供一种能够克服现有技术的上述缺陷的健身装置。这通过根据本发明的健身装置实现。根据本发明的健身装置的特征在于,右杆的第二端部和左杆的第二端部均与所述框架枢接。
总的来说,本发明的一个优点是本发明健身装置框架的长度较小,但能实现很大步长。而本发明的另一个优点是结构简单,因此所述装置的制造、使用和维护费用不高。

具体实施方式
图1和图2是示出了本发明的原理的根据本发明的健身装置在不同使用阶段时的侧视图。
图中以附图标记1表示由支承平面2支承的框架。所述支承平面2可以是例如地板平面。
由框架1支承的曲柄机构3具有右踏板部件和左踏板部件4,图中仅示出了右踏板部件4。很显然,装置的左侧结构和右侧结构相同。
由两个踏板部件4支承的踏板5能沿所述踏板部件的方向运动,换句话说,右踏板与右踏板部件相连,左踏板与左踏板部件相连。而且,本装置包括右前摇杆和左前摇杆6,每个前摇杆6都具有第一端部和第二端部。右前摇杆6通过其第一端部与踏板部件4可转动地连接,并且通过其第一端部和第二端部之间的区域与框架1可转动地连接。前摇杆与框架的连接点通过附图标记7表示。相应地,左前摇杆通过其第一端部与左踏板部件可转动地连接,并且通过其第一端部和第二端部之间的区域与框架1可转动地连接。为了清楚起见,图中仅示出了装置的右侧。本领域技术人员很容易理解装置的左侧与图中所示的右侧是相同的。
上述结构能以已知的方式实现踏板沿椭圆形轨迹运动,从而同时使用户的脚部沿椭圆形轨迹运动。
根据本发明的一个基本构思,所述健身装置包括分别与右踏板部件和左踏板部件4相连的右带和左带8。所述带8分别围绕滑轮9和10循环转动。此装置还包括右杆和左杆11,每个杆11具有第一端部和第二端部。右踏板5与右带8相连,左踏板相应地与左带相连。右杆11的第一端部与右带8相连,右杆的第二端部枢接在框架1上。相应地,左杆的第一端部与左带相连,左杆的第二端部也枢接在框架上。需要注意图中仅示出了装置的右侧。图中未示出的左侧与图中所示的右侧相同。
如上所述的结构能成倍增加踏板的运动长度,换句话说,所述带8延长了踏板5相对于踏板部件4在踏板部件4的纵向上的运动。这样,与现有装置相比可显著提高使用者的步长。需要注意的是,虽然运动的步长增加,但装置的框架却比现有技术的框架大大减小。
图1和图2分别示出了装置的不同使用阶段,从两图中可以看出使用者步长明显增加。在图1中踏板位于靠后的位置,在图2中踏板位于靠前的位置。踏板的运动靠所述带8来实现,杆11与带8相连的同时枢接于框架1,踏板5与带8相连,也就是说杆11紧密相连到框架1和带8上,从而使带8运动,所述带8又使踏板5运动。相应地,左侧的踏板也相应地运动。
在如图所示的例子中,踏板部件4设有支承踏板5的滑板12。任何适合的元件都可以用作滑板12,比如型材导轨(profilerail)。
本发明的上述实施方式在任何情况下都不用来限制本发明,而本发明在其基本构思之中可以完全自由地修改。因此,很明显根据本发明的健身装置及其细节不必如图中所示,而其它实施方案都是可行的。例如,曲柄机构、踏板部件、踏板、滑板、前摇杆和框架中的一个或多个可以设计成不同于图中所示的形式。

Claims (3)

1.一种健身装置,其包括框架(1)、右前摇杆和左前摇杆(6),所述框架(1)由支承平面支承,曲柄机构(3)支承在所述框架(1)上并且具有右踏板部件和左踏板部件(4)以及右踏板和左踏板(5),所述右踏板和左踏板分别(5)由右踏板部件和左踏板部件(4)支承并能沿踏板部件方向运动,每个前摇杆(6)具有第一端部和第二端部,其中右前摇杆和左前摇杆(6)通过其第一端部分别与右踏板部件和左踏板部件(4)可转动地连接,并且所述右前摇杆和左前摇杆(6)都通过其第一端部和第二端部之间的区域与框架(1)可转动地连接,从而实现踏板的椭圆运动轨迹,其中所述健身装置还包括右带和左带(8)以及右杆和左杆(11),所述右带和左带(8)分别与右踏板部件和左踏板部件(4)相连并且围绕滑轮(9、10)作循环转动,所述右杆和左杆(11)都具有第一端部和第二端部,其中所述右踏板(5)连接到所述右带(8),所述左踏板连接到所述左带,并且所述右杆(11)的第一端部连接到所述右带(8),所述左杆的第一端部连接到所述左带,其特征在于:所述右杆(11)的第二端部和所述左杆的第二端部枢接到所述框架(1)。
2.如权利要求1所述的健身装置,其特征在于:所述踏板部件设有滑板(12),踏板(5)支承在所述滑板(12)上。
3.如权利要求2所述的健身装置,其特征在于:所述滑板(12)为型材导轨。
