Abstract

具有滑轨的滑板
技术领域
本发明是有关于一种滑板,尤指一种可当作冲浪板、趴板,浮板、滑雪板、滑行用板或其它等的滑板。
背景技术
传统的滑板包括一主体及多个握把。该主体是由聚乙烯发泡材料制成。该些握把设于该主体的周围以方便使用者握紧该滑板。然而,由聚乙烯发泡材料制成的主体,其材料及裁切加工所费不赀。
为降低成本,另一种常见的滑板包括由聚苯乙烯发泡材料制成的主体。因为聚苯乙烯发泡材料容易模制成形,由此可降低材料及裁切加工成本。然而,由聚苯乙烯发泡材料制成的主体容易磨损破裂,因此,该主体的底面需要结合一片耐磨的塑料板以强化该滑板的耐久性。此外,由聚苯乙烯发泡材料制成的主体若不透过黏胶是很难相容地与该塑胶板贴合。因此,由聚苯乙烯发泡材料制成的主体能兼具有高结构强度被迫切地需要。
发明内容
本发明的主要目的是提供一种滑板,其具有一定形且易于模制的发泡板。
本发明的另一目的是提供一种滑板,其中该发泡板是由聚苯乙烯发泡材料一体成形,使得该发泡板的外型很容易且方便地被形成,由此省下制造时间及降低制造成本。
本发明的又一目的是提供一种滑板,其中一顶层及一底层分别地通过介面涂层而被热贴于该滑板的发泡板的顶面、底面及周边。该介面涂层的主要特性是不需要黏胶即能够将聚苯乙烯发泡板热贴到聚乙烯材料,例如聚乙烯发泡皮、聚乙烯发泡板/膜。因此,在无黏胶下,该底层(例如:由聚乙烯发泡皮及一板材制成的塑料层板)能够被热贴合到该发泡板的底面,且该顶层(例如:由聚乙烯发泡皮及膜所制成的塑料层板)也能够被热贴合到该发泡板的顶面及周边。
更特别的是,发泡板的顶面有一骑乘部,且发泡板的底面有一背对该骑乘部的滑轨部。该发泡板的底面的滑轨部包括多个由内凸出的发泡轨条,且该些发泡轨条彼此相互平行。
此外,该滑板的顶层包括一介面涂层、一聚乙烯发泡皮及一多层膜。该顶层的介面涂层的底面被热贴到该发泡板的顶面及周边。该顶层的聚乙烯发泡皮的底面被热贴合至该顶层的介面涂层的顶面。该顶层的多层膜被完全地热贴到该顶层的聚乙烯发泡皮的顶面。较佳地,该顶层的多层膜是一彩色/图案膜。
该滑板的底层包括一介面涂层及一塑料板。该底层的介面涂层的顶面被热贴合于该发泡板的底面。该底层的塑料板被完全地热贴合到该底层的介面涂层的底面,由此该发泡板的底面及该发泡板的底面的滑轨部的该些发泡轨条被该底层覆盖。因此,该底层形成有多个凹陷的接缝分别地被热贴合至该发泡板的底面的滑轨部的该些发泡轨条上。因此,该滑板的发泡轨条供导引使用者一滑行方向。
因为聚苯乙烯发泡材料能够被容易地模塑成不同形状,因此制造的时间及成本即被省下来。

具体实施方式
首先参考图1-4,本发明的第一实施例的滑板A包括一发泡板1、一顶层2及一底层3。
该滑板A的发泡板1是由发泡材料制成,较佳为聚苯乙烯(PS)发泡材料,且被模塑成为特定形状。该发泡板1有一顶面10、一背对该顶面10的底面11,以及介于该顶面10及该底面11之间的周边12。该发泡板1的顶面10有一骑乘部100。该发泡板1的底面11有一滑轨部101,背对于该骑乘部100。再者,该发泡板1的底面11有一前端121及一背对该前端121的后端122。此外,该发泡板1的底面11的该滑轨部101有多个发泡轨条13由内凸出,且该些发泡轨条13彼此平行。因此,该滑板A的发泡轨条13被用以供导引使用者一滑行方向。
该滑板A的顶层2包括一介面涂层20及一多层膜21。该顶层2的介面涂层20的底面被热贴合于该发泡板1的顶面10及周边12。该顶层2的多层膜21的底面完全地被热贴合于该顶层2的介面涂层20的顶面。较佳地,该顶层2的多层膜21是一图案化/彩色的聚乙烯膜。
该滑板A的底层3包括一介面涂层30及一塑料板31。该底层3的介面涂层30的顶面热贴合于该发泡板1的底面11。该底层3的塑料板31完全地热贴合于该底层3的介面涂层30的底面,由此该发泡板1的底面11,以及发泡板1的底面11的该滑轨部101的该些发泡轨条13被该底层3完全地覆盖。较佳地,该底层3的塑料板31是耐磨的图案化/彩色聚乙烯板。
因为该发泡板1的底面11的该滑轨部101的发泡轨条13被该底层3覆盖,该底层3对应地形成很多凹陷的接缝32。再者,已知聚苯乙烯材料与聚乙烯材料是不相容的材料,因此,由聚乙烯材料制成的顶层2及底层3是很难被热贴合至该滑板A的聚苯乙烯发泡板1。在本发明中,因为该顶层2及底层3的介面涂层20、30的主要特性在于能够热熔合该聚苯乙烯材料及该聚乙烯材料,因此该顶层2及底层3可通过该些介面涂层20、30被热贴于该聚苯乙烯发泡板1,而不需要其它黏胶。
此外,该滑板A的两侧对边设有多个握把5以方便使用者握住该滑板A。
图5及6显示本发明的第二实施例,其包括一发泡板1a、一顶层2a及一底层3a。类似于该第一实施例,该第二实施例的发泡板1a是一聚苯乙烯发泡板,相同于该第一实施例的发泡板1,且该第二实施例的底层3a也相同于该第一实施例的底层3。因此,有关该第二实施例的该发泡板1a及该底层3a的说明,容不赘述。
有别于该第一实施例的是,该第二实施例的顶层2a包括一介面涂层20a、一聚乙烯发泡皮22及一多层膜21a。该顶层2a的介面涂层20a的底面被热贴于该发泡板1a的顶面及周边。该顶层2a的聚乙烯发泡皮22的底面被完全地热贴于该顶层2a的介面涂层20a的顶面。此外,该顶层2a的多层膜21a被完全地热贴于该顶层2a的聚乙烯发泡皮22的顶面。
较佳地,该顶层2a的聚乙烯发泡皮22的密度介于1.5 PCF至10 PCF之间,且该顶层2a的多层膜21a是一图案化/彩色的聚乙烯膜。
图7及8显示本发明的第三实施例,其包括一发泡板1b、一顶层2b及一底层3b。类似于该第一实施例,该第三实施例的发泡板1b是一聚苯乙烯发泡板,相同于该第一实施例的发泡板1,且该第三实施例的顶层2b也相同于该第一实施例的顶层2。因此,有关该第三实施例的该发泡板1b及该顶层2b的说明,容不赘述。
有别于该第一实施例的是,该第三实施例的底层3b包括一介面涂层30b、一聚乙烯发泡皮33、一多层膜34及一塑料板31b。该底层3b的介面涂层30b的顶面被热贴于该发泡板1b的底面。该聚乙烯发泡皮33的顶面被完全地热贴于该底层3b的介面涂层30a的底面。该多层膜34的顶面被完全地热贴于该底层3b的聚乙烯发泡皮33的底面。再者,该塑料板31b被热贴于该底层3b的多层膜34的底面,使得该发泡板1b的底面11b,以及该发泡板1b的底面的滑轨部的发泡轨条13b被该底层3b包覆。

根据本发明的上述实施例,由聚苯乙烯发泡材料制成的发泡板可以容易地被成形,且直接的模制,这可省下制造时间及生产成本。再者,该顶层及底层的介面涂层具有能够在没有黏胶下,直接将聚乙烯材料贴合至聚苯乙烯材料上的特性;因此,该顶层及底层能够经由该介面涂层而热贴合于该聚苯乙烯发泡板上。
此外,本发明的发泡板可以是单层或多层的发泡板。再者,该顶层可以是一含有该介面涂层的膜及发泡皮所构成的图案夹层,或一单层图膜,或是含有该介面涂层的发泡皮。该底层可以是一图案膜及含有介面涂层及塑料板的发泡皮,或一单层图膜,或是一含有介面涂层及该塑料板的发泡皮。
因此,当发泡轨条于雪地、沙地或其它场合滑行时,该具有该些发泡轨条的滑板提供一方向导引的功能,使得该滑板得以线性且稳固地通过该些发泡轨条的导引而向前移动,防止该滑板免于偏转,以方便使用者控制该滑板,保护使用者的安全。再者,该滑板的图案可显露于外,由此可加强该滑板的美观性。
虽然本发明已如上所述的较佳实施例作出说明,当知任何可能的修改或变化都可能在不悖离本发明范畴下被实施。因此,本发明的权利要求将预期能涵盖该些基于本发明的真正范围下所作的修改及变化。

Claims (10)

1.一种滑板,其特征在于,该滑板包括:
一发泡板,由聚苯乙烯发泡材料制成,且有一顶面、一底面及周边;该发泡板的顶面有一骑乘部;该发泡板的底面有一滑轨部,背对着该骑乘部,其中该发泡板底面的滑轨部有多个发泡轨条由内凸出,且所述发泡轨条彼此平行;
一顶层,包括一介面涂层、一聚乙烯发泡皮及一多层膜;该介面涂层的底面被热贴合于该发泡板的顶面及周边;该聚乙烯发泡皮的底面被完全地热贴合于该顶层的介面涂层的顶面;该多层膜被完全地热贴合于该顶层的聚乙烯发泡皮的顶面,其中该顶面的多层膜包括一内膜、一外膜及一图案;该图案成形于该内、外膜之间,且能从该顶层外被看见;以及
一底层,包括一介面涂层及一塑料板;该介面涂层的顶面热贴合于该发泡板的底面;该塑料板完全地热贴合于该底层的介面涂层的底面,由此该发泡板的底面及该发泡板底面的滑轨部的该些发泡轨条被该底层覆盖。
2.一种滑板,其特征在于,该滑板包括:
一发泡板,由聚苯乙烯发泡材料制成,且有一顶面、一底面及周边;该发泡板的顶面有一骑乘部;该发泡板的底面有一滑轨部,背对着该骑乘部,其中该发泡板底面的滑轨部有多个发泡轨条由内凸出,且所述发泡轨条彼此平行;
一顶层,包括一介面涂层、一聚乙烯发泡皮及一多层膜;该介面涂层的底面被热贴合于该发泡板的顶面及周边;该聚乙烯发泡皮的底面被完全地热贴合于该顶层的介面涂层的顶面;该多层膜被完全地热贴合于该顶层的聚乙烯发泡皮的顶面,其中该顶面的多层膜包括一内膜、一外膜及一图案;该图案成形于该内、外膜之间,且能从该顶层外被看见;以及
一底层,包括一介面涂层、一聚乙烯发泡皮及一塑料板;该介面涂层的顶面热贴合于该发泡板的底面;该聚乙烯发泡皮的顶面完全地被热贴合于该底层的介面涂层的底面;该塑料板完全地热贴合于该底层的聚乙烯发泡皮的底面,由此该发泡板的底面及该发泡板底面的滑轨部的该些发泡轨条被该底层覆盖。
3.一种滑板,其特征在于,该滑板包括:
一发泡板,由聚苯乙烯发泡材料制成,且有一顶面、一底面及周边;该发泡板的顶面有一骑乘部;该发泡板的底面有一滑轨部,背对着该骑乘部,其中该发泡板底面的滑轨部有多个发泡轨条由内凸出,且所述发泡轨条彼此平行;
一顶层,包括一介面涂层、一聚乙烯发泡皮及一多层膜;该介面涂层的底面被热贴合于该发泡板的顶面及周边;该聚乙烯发泡皮的底面被完全地热贴合于该顶层的介面涂层的顶面;该多层膜被完全地热贴合于该顶层的聚乙烯发泡皮的顶面,其中该顶面的多层膜包括一内膜、一外膜及一图案;该图案成形于该内、外膜之间,且能从该顶层外被看见;以及
一底层,包括一介面涂层、一聚乙烯发泡皮、一多层膜及一塑料板;该介面涂层的顶面热贴合于该发泡板的底面;该聚乙烯发泡皮的顶面完全地被热贴合于该底层的介面涂层的底面;该多层膜的顶面完全地被热贴合于该底层的聚乙烯发泡皮的底面;且该塑料板完全地热贴合于该底层的多层膜的底面,由此该发泡板的底面及该发泡板底面的滑轨部的该些发泡轨条被该底层覆盖,其中该底层的多层膜包括一内膜、一外膜及一图案;该图案成形于该内、外膜之间,且能从该顶层外被看见。
4.如权利要求1所述的滑板,其特征在于:该顶层的多层膜的外膜的厚度大于该顶层的多层膜的内膜的厚度。
5.如权利要求2所述的滑板,其特征在于:该顶层的多层膜的外膜的厚度大于该顶层的多层膜的内膜的厚度。
6.如权利要求3所述的滑板,其特征在于:该顶层的多层膜的外膜的厚度大于该顶层的多层膜的内膜的厚度。
7.如权利要求4所述的滑板,其特征在于:该顶层的多层膜的内膜的底面供热贴于该顶层的聚乙烯发泡皮的顶面;该顶层的多层膜的外膜的底面供形成该顶层的多层膜的该图案于其上,且供热贴合于该顶层的多层膜的该内膜的顶面。
8.如权利要求5所述的滑板,其特征在于:该顶层的多层膜的内膜的底面供热贴于该顶层的聚乙烯发泡皮的顶面;该顶层的多层膜的外膜的底面供形成该顶层的多层膜的该图案于其上,且供热贴合于该顶层的多层膜的该内膜的顶面。
9.如权利要求6所述的滑板,其特征在于:该顶层的多层膜的内膜的底面供热贴于该顶层的聚乙烯发泡皮的顶面;该顶层的多层膜的外膜的底面供形成该顶层的多层膜的该图案于其上,且供热贴合于该顶层的多层膜的该内膜的顶面。
10.如权利要求9所述的滑板,其特征在于:该底层的多层膜的内膜的顶面供热贴合于该底层的聚乙烯发泡皮的底面;该底层的多层膜的外膜的顶面供形成该底层的多层膜的该图案于其上,且供热贴合于该底层的多层膜的该内膜的底面,而其底面供热贴合于该底层的塑料板上。
