Abstract

一种下置发电机风力机,由内外叶同轴的双级叶片B、轮撑C共同与轮毂A结合成大型三叶风轮;轮撑C、大(圆环)齿圈1都用复合材料粘联成整体。大齿圈1是与金属的小圆锥齿轮2啮合,并以竖管轴3(例如用铝基硼纤维增强复合材料制成)驱动下置式(在基面)的立式发电机E进行发电。主轴D只给风轮定心作用(不转动)。这种风力机适合于海洋浮簰风力机群,优点是:①省去机舱、增速箱,发电机设置在基面,重心低稳定性好;②应用互隔120°的三副轮撑强化大风轮和架稳大齿圈(三点定一圆);③椭圆截面塔架,减小风阻和叶片尾流冲击大塔架引起的震颤。

Description

下置发电机风力机
本发明属于三叶风力机领域,一种下置式发电机的塔架,所以没有机舱,也无偏航装置,塔架截面呈扁椭圆形,目的为大浮簰上的风力机考虑。浮簰能像抛锚的船似的会自动迎接风向,而要求风力机的重心低,力求重量轻。
图1,共同扎根于轮毂A上的大型风轮叶片B(分内叶外叶同轴两级)、轮撑C,在轮撑C的腰中,固联一大(环形)齿圈1,大齿圈1与小锥型齿轮2啮合,2以它的竖管轴3把大风轮的动能传到下置在基面的立式发电机E,驱动发电。
轮撑C和大齿圈1都用聚合物基复合材料制成,例如用硼/环氧,大齿圈1和小锥形齿轮2是两相交轴线的齿轮副,小齿轮2是金属,大齿圈以齿圈节圆周的n等分拼粘、用螺钉紧固而成,这每一个n等分的长度取得尽可能长一些,并且看现有设备可适用的模具规格而定,把齿形用模压铸成型,然后依次排列在大齿圈的基体圆环上,粘合、螺钉紧固。
轮毂A用高强度球墨铸铁铸造,并铸有互间120°的三排毂耳A1(对轮毂的轴线方向视图而言),每排两个毂耳A1(铸有孔以增强轮撑粘接)在三排互间120°毂耳之间,用类似毛竹竹结形状凸起的环形复合粘接材料加强箍联。
粘接大环形齿圈1时,把轮撑C、轮毂A的轴线竖立放置(轮撑在顶面),以夹具、工装固定,把大齿圈1上的三个粘合缺口扣在三排互间120°的轮撑C上,粘住过程中校准齿圈旋转平面与轮毂轴线垂直。
竖管轴3,它只传递转矩为主,若用铝基硼纤维增强复合材料制成,可减轻相当的竖钢管轴的重量的45%以上。若在竖管轴外层面以传递转矩受力方向45°角用高强纤维缠绕和环氧粘合,性能更可强化。
现有技术的变桨距风轮,它的轮毂单独用一整套大轴承,再通过拨盘、拨柱驱动风轮的主轴(而本方案的主轴D是固定不转动)、增速齿轮箱到发电机,传动链相当长。
本方案的竖管轴3与现有技术的主轴相抵;
本方案的单级齿轮胜过现有技术的增速齿轮箱;
本方案省掉机舱;
本方案用大风叶轮的轮撑C的腰中部直接输出风能能量,比现有技术的整片长叶片以长力臂形式转动轮毂,使轮毂与叶根部位应力集中可说略胜一筹;而现有的叶根、轮毂必须制成高的刚度、强度,使用材料多;向大直径风轮发展,阻碍因素很多。
特别用在浮簰式风力机群,本方案发电机设置在基面,管理、安装都方便,使浮解稳定性改善重心低。
塔架用椭圆截面,也为减低风阻。
图2是大齿圈1与小锥型齿轮2的防护罩的截面图:12是大齿圈的内护圈环,用胶粘接和自攻螺钉紧固在大齿圈的内环面上;12a是短阻水环,12b是长阻水环,13是大齿圈的外护圈环,用粘接和螺钉紧固在大齿圈的外环面上;13a是短阻水环,13b是长阻水环,2a是小锥型齿轮2的轴,(下接竖管轴3到发电机E),2b是槽型覆盖板,整个形状像自行车的硬边外胎,槽口向着内环面开着口,它是不转动的,所以在侧壁和槽的环形外底壁上都可设置支撑点,由弯头支撑、直杆支撑与塔架连接固定。小锥型齿轮2的轴2a放入处在2b的侧壁开一缺口,待安装后,用复合材料粘接补上缺口。
优点:①主轴是固定的,只给风轮定心作用,节省转动能耗;②只用单级齿轮增速,省掉增速齿轮箱和机舱、减少风阻,安装方便;③发电机设在基面,便于管理、且重心低;④椭圆截面塔架,减少风阻和叶片尾流冲击大塔架引起的震颤。

1.一种下置发电机风力机,特征是包括内叶、外叶同轴的双级叶片和轮撑共同与轮毂结合成大型三叶风轮,轮撑的作用增强大风轮和架住圆环形的大齿圈,使风轮动能直接从大齿圈驱动小锥型齿轮、经竖管轴到下置式的立式发电机发电;所述的主轴不转动,只起风轮的定心作用;省掉机舱和齿轮箱;所述的轮撑和大齿圈都用聚合物基复合材料制成,大齿圈和小锥形齿轮是两相交轴线的齿轮副;小齿轮是金属材质,大齿圈上的齿型用它的节圆周的n等分,取其中一个等分段的长度制成模具,用高强复合纤维增强树脂材料压制成许多个等分的齿型制品,然后按n个制品按节圆周排列在大齿圈上,完成整个大齿圈;粘接大环形齿圈时,把轮撑、轮毂的轴线竖立放置,并使轮撑在顶面,以夹具、工装固定,把大齿圈上的三个粘合缺口扣在三排互间120°的轮撑上,粘住过程中校准齿圈旋转平面与轮毂轴线垂直。
