本发明公开了一种燃气灶炉芯,它包括炉芯壳体,所述炉芯壳体上端安装有炉头,所述炉头包括安装在所述炉芯壳体内侧的隔热盘,所述隔热盘上设有分离片,在所述分离片上安装有燃烧器,所以燃气在通过所述隔热盘分离片和燃烧器时可以与空气充分混合,能够充分的燃烧;所述隔热盘位于所述燃烧器的下方,防止燃烧器产生的热量从燃烧器下方散失;而且还使喷管喷出的强力燃气的气流得到减小,燃气从所述燃烧器中均匀冒出并稳定的燃烧,解决了燃气燃烧不充分和强气流容易将火熄灭的问题。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种灶具,尤其涉及一种以液化气、天然气为燃料的燃气灶的炉芯。
背景技术
现在社会上使用的大部分燃气灶的炉芯普遍存在以下缺点:1.燃气与空气的混合不充分就进行燃烧,致使燃烧不完全,火力小,耗气量大,工作效率低;2.传统的炉芯在使用过程中,由于炉头在燃烧时从炉头的下端散失较多的热量,使燃烧温度降低,达不到所需的温度;3.目前还有一种燃气灶的炉芯虽然解决了燃气燃烧不充分的问题,但是由于气流很大,经常容易将火冲灭,致使燃气外泄,即浪费了燃气,又污染了环境,影响人们的健康和安全。
发明内容
本发明所要解决的技术问题是提供一种能使燃气充分燃烧,防止热量过度散失,并且燃烧均匀防止熄火的燃气灶炉芯。
为实现上述目的,本发明的技术方案是:燃气灶炉芯,包括炉芯壳体,所述炉芯壳体上端安装有炉头,所述炉头包括安装在所述炉芯壳体内侧的隔热盘,所述隔热盘上设有分离片,在所述分离片上安装有燃烧器。
作为一种改进,所述隔热盘呈蜂窝状,上面垂直布有若干通孔,为绝热材料制成的隔热盘;
作为一种进一步的改进,所述分离片为网状耐高温的分离片;
作为一种进一步的改进,所述燃烧器为耐火材料制成,上面垂直布有若干通孔。
由于采用上述技术方案,燃气灶炉芯,包括炉芯壳体,所述炉芯壳体上端安装有炉头,所述炉头包括安装在所述炉芯壳体内侧的隔热盘,所述隔热盘上设有分离片,在所述分离片上安装有燃烧器,所以燃气在通过所述隔热盘分离片和燃烧器时可以与空气充分混合,能够充分的燃烧;所述隔热盘位于所述燃烧器的下方,防止燃烧器产生的热量从燃烧器下方散失;而且还使喷管喷出的强力燃气的气流得到减小,燃气从所述燃烧器中均匀冒出并稳定的燃烧,解决了燃气燃烧不充分和强气流容易将火熄灭的问题。

具体实施方式
如附图1、图2或图3所示,燃气灶炉芯,包括炉芯壳体1,所述炉芯壳体1上端安装有炉头,所述炉头包括安装在所述炉芯壳体1内侧的隔热盘21,所述隔热盘21上设有分离片22,在所述分离片22上安装有燃烧器23。
所述隔热盘21呈蜂窝状,上面垂直布有若干通孔,为绝热材料制成的隔热盘;所述分离片22为网状耐高温的分离片;所述燃烧器23为耐火材料制成,上面垂直布有若干通孔。
在使用时,燃气通过喷管进入到所述的炉芯壳体1中,燃气通过所述隔热盘21、所述分离片22和所述燃烧器23时,与空气充分混合,且使燃气均匀的从所述燃烧器23中冒出并稳定的燃烧,所述隔热盘21还可以防止所述燃烧器23产生的热量从下部散失,从而达到预期的目的。

Claims (3)

1.燃气灶炉芯,包括炉芯壳体(1),所述炉芯壳体(1)上端安装有炉头,其特征是:所述炉头包括安装在所述炉芯壳体(1)内侧的隔热盘(21),所述隔热盘(21)上设有分离片(22),在所述分离片(22)上安装有燃烧器(23);所述隔热盘(21)呈蜂窝状,上面垂直布有若干通孔,且为绝热材料制成的隔热盘。
2.如权利要求1所述的燃气灶炉芯,其特征是:所述分离片(22)为网状耐高温的分离片。
3.如权利要求1所述的燃气灶炉芯,其特征是:所述燃烧器(23)为耐火材料制成的燃烧器,上面垂直布有若干通孔。
