本发明涉及一种压电叠堆泵,属于压电驱动器。叠堆支撑体与支座固定连接,一组蝶形弹簧套接在活塞上,两个固定螺母与活塞螺纹连接,压电叠堆置于固定螺母上,下盖将阀座、金属密封膜片与支座固定连接,活塞与该金属密封膜片固定粘接,进水口单向阀与阀座固定连接,出水口单向阀与阀座固定连接,金属密封膜片与阀座形成工作腔,下盖与阀座间形成缓冲腔,在下盖上有进水口与出水口、分别与缓冲腔连接,进水口和出水口锥角为30~40度。本发明是一种结构简单、大流量、高输出压力、工艺简单、性能稳定,精度较高的新型压电叠堆泵。

技术领域
本发明属微电子机械领域,特别指压电驱动器。
背景技术
压电驱动器已经有近百年的发展历史,它被广泛用于各类力、位移、加速度、振动、冲击传感器和与之相应的致动器。基于压电驱动原理设计制造的流体泵,称为压电泵。压电泵是压电驱动器的重要分支。该类泵具有相当广泛的应用领域,在医疗、化学分析、航空航天以及汽车发动机燃料供给等领域都有应用。常见的压电泵多为压电片式,该形式的泵的优点是结构简单,制作成本低;由于压电片输出力小、输出位移易受负载影响,故压电片式压电泵输出压力低、输出精度低、承载能力相对较弱。
发明内容
本发明提供一种压电叠堆泵,以解决压电片式压电泵中压电片输出力小、输出位移易受负载影响、输出精度低、承载能力相对较弱的问题。本发明采取的技术方案是:叠堆支撑体与支座固定连接,一组蝶形弹簧套接在活塞上,两个固定螺母与活塞螺纹连接,压电叠堆置于固定螺母上,预紧螺钉与叠堆支撑体后部固定连接,下盖将阀座、金属密封膜片与支座固定连接,活塞与该金属密封膜片固定粘接,进水口单向阀与阀座固定连接,出水口单向阀与阀座固定连接,金属密封膜片与阀座形成工作腔,下盖与阀座间形成缓冲腔,在下盖上有进水口与出水口、分别与缓冲腔连接,该进水口和出水口锥角为30~40度。
压电叠堆的预紧力可通过预紧机构进行调节;蝶形弹簧具有较小的体积和较大的刚度,可让叠堆产生较大的回复力,缩短回复时间,缩小了设计所需的空间;金属密封膜片与活塞粘合在一起,在外加激励作用下叠堆推动活塞,活塞带动金属密封膜片上下运动从而实现泵腔容积变化,工作腔底部装有两个单向阀,为进水口单向阀和出水口单向阀,分别连通进、出水口。当腔体容积增大时进口阀开启、出口阀关闭,液体流入;当腔体容积减小时出口阀开启、进口阀关闭,液体泵出;如此循环以实现液体的连续单向流动。特别地,通过设计和计算,选取合适的弹簧刚度和活塞质量,可将系统的固有频率设计到所需频率附近,当系统工作于共振频率时可成倍增加泵的流量。该泵工作于正弦波时噪声最小,工作于矩形波时效果最好。
本发明优点在于:利用输出力大、变形大的叠堆驱动,采用活塞加金属密封膜片的腔体结构,既提高了腔体变形面积又实现了良好的密封效果,同时由于金属密封膜片有一定的刚度,与其他密封方式相比极大地降低了压力损失,缓冲腔可减小液体对阀片的冲击有利于防止被输送液体空化,减少能量损失;因此该泵可实现大流量和高压力输出。
本发明是一种结构简单、大流量、高输出压力、工艺简单、性能稳定,精度较高的新型压电叠堆泵。它可以大范围的提高频率和输出压力,精确控制输出流量。能广泛应用于工业自动化中的输液、供油、加工设备中的清洗,科研、实验室、化工制剂等方面的精密计量,仪器、仪表的排热、冷却系统,笔记本电脑和计算机中CPU的冷却系统,以及家用电器、空调等产品。

叠堆支撑体3与支座6固定连接,一组蝶形弹簧7套接在活塞上,固定螺母一4、固定螺母二5与活塞螺纹连接,压电叠堆2置于固定螺母一4上,预紧螺钉1与叠堆支撑体3后部固定连接,下盖12将阀座13、金属密封膜片9与支座固定连接,活塞8与该金属密封膜片固定粘接,进水口单向阀11与阀座固定连接,出水口单向阀10与阀座固定连接,金属密封膜片与阀座形成工作腔15,下盖与阀座间形成缓冲腔14,在下盖上有进水口16与出水口17、分别与缓冲腔连接,该进水口和出水口锥角为30~40度。

1.压电叠堆泵,其特征在于:叠堆支撑体与支座固定连接,一组蝶形弹簧套接在活塞上,两个固定螺母与活塞螺纹连接,压电叠堆置于固定螺母上,预紧螺钉与叠堆支撑体后部固定连接,下盖将阀座、金属密封膜片与支座固定连接,活塞与该金属密封膜片固定粘接,进水口单向阀与阀座固定连接,出水口单向阀与阀座固定连接,金属密封膜片与阀座形成工作腔,下盖与阀座间形成缓冲腔,在下盖上有进水口与出水口、分别与缓冲腔连接,该进水口和出水口锥角为30~40度。
