Abstract

一种导光板,所述导光板包括一基板,所述基板包括上表面、下表面及若干侧面,所述基板的侧面上除光线入射位置外均涂布一层反射膜。所述反射膜可将所述导光板四周漏出的光线反射回导光板内重新利用,提高了光线的利用率。本发明还提供了一种具有该导光板的背光模组。

导光板及具有该导光板的背光模组
技术领域
本发明涉及一种导光板及具有该导光板的背光模组。
背景技术
目前各类液晶显示器主要采用面板和背光模组的组合结构,背光模组主要提供亮度均匀的面光源,面板对光线进行调制以实现显示的功能。
请参考图1,传统的背光模组包括一光源100、一反射片200、一导光板300、一扩散片400、一下层增光片500、一上层增光片600和一框架700。所述光源100为点光源或线光源。所述导光板300引导所述光源100所发出光线的传输方向,用于将点光源或线光源转换成面光源。所述反射片200包括一基板210和设置于所述基板210上的一反射层220。所述基板210采用压克力材料制成。所述反射层220为碾平在所述基板210上的铝泊。所述反射片200将所述导光板300底部漏出的光线反射至所述导光板300,所述导光板300再引导所述反射片200反射的光线的传输方向,以提高所述光源100的光线利用率。所述扩散片400、下层增光片500和上层增光片600起提供均匀面光源、增加亮度等作用。所述框架700将所述光源100、反射片200、导光板300、扩散片400、下层增光片500和上层增光片600收容于其中,起固定和保护作用。所述框架700为工程塑料材料制成。
所述导光板300将点光源或线光源转换成面光源时会发生部分光线从导光板300四周边缘漏出的情况,造成光源浪费。
发明内容
鉴于以上,有必要提供一种可以降低光线损失的导光板;另有必要提供一种具有所述导光板的背光模组。
一种导光板,所述导光板包括一基板,所述基板包括上表面、下表面及若干侧面,所述基板的侧面上除光线入射位置外均涂布一层反射膜。
一种背光模组,包括一光源、一导光板和一框架,所述光源位于所述导光板一侧,所述导光板包括一基板,所述基板包括上表面、下表面及若干侧面,所述导光板引导所述光源发出光线的传输方向,所述框架将所述导光板和所述光源收容于其中,所述基板的侧面上除光线入射位置外均涂布一层反射膜。
相较于传统技术,所述导光板的侧面上除光线入射位置外涂布一层反射膜,可将所述导光板四周漏出的光线反射回导光板内重新利用,提高了光线的利用率。

具体实施方式
请参照图2,本发明背光模组的较佳实施方式包括一光源10、一反射片20、一导光板30、一扩散片40、一下层增光片50、一上层增光片60和一框架70。所述光源10位于所述导光板30一侧。所述框架70为顶部有开口的长方体形状。所述框架70将所述光源10、反射片20、导光板30、扩散片40、下层增光片50和上层增光片60收容于其中。所述导光板30包括一基板31,所述基板31包括一上表面32、一下表面34及四个侧面35。所述下表面34上设置若干网点36,所述网点36将进入所述导光板30的光线进行反射、折射等处理从而将点光源或线光源转换成面光源。所述基板31采用压克力材料,以使导光板30具有较强的光穿透性。请一并参阅图3,当在背光模组中放置的光源10为点光源时,所述基板31的侧面35上除与光源10对应的光入射点37外均涂布一层反射膜39。所述反射膜39采用银、铝等高反射材料,可将所述基板31四周漏出的光线反射回导光板30内重新利用,以提高光线的利用率。在背光模组中也可放置线光源,请参阅图4,放置的光源10为线光源时,在导光板30与线光源对应的光入射侧面35上不进行反射膜39的处理,在其余的侧面35上涂布一层反射膜39,将所述基板31周边漏出的光线反射回导光板30内重新利用,提高光线的利用率。
所述导光板30的侧面上除光线入射位置外涂布一层反射膜,可将所述导光板30周边漏出的光线反射回导光板30内重新利用,提高了光线的利用率。

Claims (10)

1.一种导光板,所述导光板包括一基板,所述基板包括上表面、下表面及若干侧面,其特征在于,所述基板的侧面上除光线入射位置外均涂布一层反射膜。
2.如权利要求1所述的导光板,其特征在于,所述基板的下表面凸设若干网点。
3.如权利要求1所述的导光板,其特征在于,所述反射膜的材料为银或铝。
4.如权利要求1所述的导光板,其特征在于,所述基板为压克力材料制成。
5.一种背光模组,包括一光源、一导光板和一框架,所述光源位于所述导光板一侧,所述导光板包括一基板,所述基板包括上表面、下表面及若干侧面,所述导光板引导所述光源发出光线的传输方向,所述框架将所述导光板和所述光源收容于其中,其特征在于,所述基板的侧面上除光线入射位置外均涂布一层反射膜。
6.如权利要求5所述的背光模组,其特征在于,所述基板的下表面凸设若干网点。
7.如权利要求5所述的背光模组,其特征在于,所述光源为点光源或线光源。
8.如权利要求5所述的背光模组,其特征在于,所述导光板上方依次向上设置有一同收容于所述框架的一扩散片、一下层增光片和一上层增光片。
9.如权利要求5所述的背光模组,其特征在于,所述反射膜的材料为银或铝。
10.如权利要求5所述的背光模组,其特征在于,所述基板为压克力材料制成。
