本发明属医疗器械,具体涉及一种盆腔内手术专用的组织剪。一种组织剪,由铰轴连接于一起的两个剪柄上的剪刀头构成,其特征是剪柄上的剪刀头与组织剪体的平面垂直。具有在不能直视下的情况也可进行与所切割器官的纵轴相垂直的剪切手术,且切缘平整光滑,吻合后的伤口易于愈合的优点。

本发明属医疗器械,具体涉及一种盆腔内手术专用的组织剪。
背景技术:
现有的组织剪弧度太小,对于在盆腔内的手术操作时,由于需要在小骨盆内进行,因小骨盆狭窄,有时不能在直视下进行,很难进行与所切割器官的纵轴相垂直的剪切,易造成切缘成锯齿状、不整齐、挫伤重,费时费力,甚至影响重新吻合后的伤口愈合的。
发明内容:
本发明的目的是提供一种便于在盆内进行手术操作,切缘平整光滑,吻合后的伤口易于愈合的组织剪。
本发明的技术方案是:一种组织剪,由铰轴连接于一起的两个剪柄上的剪刀头构成,其特征是剪柄上的剪刀头与组织剪体的平面垂直。
由于采用上述技术方案,在狭窄的小骨盆内,切端与周围端成直角的情况下,右手握剪柄可顺小骨盆边缘、剪刀头可在左手引导下达到患处进行剪刀操作,具有在不能直视下的情况也可进行与所切割器官的纵轴相垂直的剪切手术,且切缘平整光滑,吻合后的伤口易于愈合的优点。
