技术领域
本发明大体上涉及灯器具,且更确切地说涉及具有加热能力的灯器具。
背景技术
照明器具已经存在了许多年。最近,一些照明器具中并入了加热器,用来为周围空气加温。这些灯器具通常放置在浴室里面用来对浴室进行加热,以便使人在淋浴或洗澡后感觉更舒适。因此,这些灯器具并未被设计成与通常家庭里的其它房间的较正式的美观性融为一体。
因此,可以看到,仍然需要一种可提供热量但不显眼且容易维修的灯器具。因此,本发明主要旨在提供此种灯器具。
发明内容
在本发明的优选形式中,一种灯器具包括管状外壳,所述管状外壳具有空气入口、穿过其中的空气通道和在空气入口远端的带螺纹的末端。所述灯器具还具有:灯光扩散器,所述灯光扩散器中具有经配置以接纳外壳的带螺纹末端的中央开口;光源;热源,用来对从外壳空气通道中穿过的空气进行加热;和锁合板,其以可旋拧的方式耦合到外壳的带螺纹末端。所述锁合板具有至少一个排放开口。通过这种构造,穿过外壳的气流由热源加热,并从锁合板内的排放开口排出。

具体实施方式
接下来参看图式,其中展示本发明的优选形式的灯器具10。灯器具10包含外壳11、半透明的遮罩或灯光扩散器12、光源13和加热源14。
外壳11包含安装板17,所述安装板适合用常规方式安装到某一结构的天花板或接线盒。安装板17包含安装臂18的径向阵列,所述安装臂之间形成空气吸入空间或开口19。安装板17耦合到具有在其中延伸的中央通路22的管状流动通道21。流动通道21的最下面的部分是环形的,并且包含上部扩散器基座23和带有外部螺纹25的颈状物24。具有内部螺纹29的锁合板或尖顶装饰板28以可旋转的方式与带螺纹的颈状物24匹配。锁合板28包含从其中延伸穿过的排放开口32的径向阵列。
灯光扩散器12可由任何透明或半透明的材料制成,例如玻璃或塑料。灯光扩散器12中具有中央开口33,其经配置以接纳外壳的颈状物24且与扩散器基座23邻接。锁合板28在颈状物24上的拧合维持灯光扩散器12在外壳11上的定位。
光源13包含一系列安装到外壳11的灯插座35。灯插座25电性耦合到电线,所述电线可用常规方式耦合到家庭内的电线。灯泡36安装在每个灯插座35内。
热源14包含加热元件38,所述加热元件38安装在外壳流动通道21的中央通路22内。加热元件38可为正温度系数加热器(PTC加热器)。热源14还包含机动风扇39,所述机动风扇39形成空气流动(图式中用箭头表示),所述空气流动穿过安装板空间19进入外壳、流动穿过中央通路22、穿过加热元件38并穿过锁合板排放开口32流出。加热元件38和机动风扇39也用常规方式耦合到家庭线路。
在使用中,灯器具可用作灯、用作加热器或既用作灯又用作加热器。可通过任何常规开关经由电线向光源和/或热源供应电流,所述开关例如为壁式开关、安装到装置本身的开关(例如,拉绳开关)或远程控制的开关(例如RF控制电路)。在用作加热器或用作灯和加热器期间,风扇39形成气流,所述气流被加热元件38加热,并通过锁合板开口32从外壳11中排出。
锁合板的可装卸性使得加热元件容易维护,或有效装卸灯光扩散器以便清洁或更换灯泡。锁合板内的排放开口使得被加热的空气被向下引导以便有效地为房间加热,而不是向上朝天花板引导。
作为一种选择,灯光扩散器可包含整饰环(trim ring)40,其延伸到紧密邻近于上覆的天花板的位置。所述整饰环将包含空气入口41,以允许气流进入灯光扩散器内的空间。
应了解,本发明的灯器具可包含耦合到吊扇而不是直接耦合到某一结构的天花板或壁的灯器具。还应了解,作为替代方案,外壳可具有内部螺纹,同时锁合板具有相应的外部螺纹或带螺纹的安装杆和杆接纳件。灯光扩散器也可直接安装到锁合板。最后,应了解,加热器的定位不是关键的,因为其可定位得较靠近外壳顶部、在外壳中间,或较靠近外壳底部。
因此可看出,现在提供一种灯器具,其提供热量但其并不显眼。虽然已经具体参考本发明的优选实施例详细描述了本发明,但应了解,可在不偏离所附权利要求书中阐述的本发明的精神和范围的情况下对所述优选实施例作出许多修改、添加和删除。

Claims (22)

1.一种灯器具,其包括:
管状外壳,其具有空气入口和穿过其中的空气通道,所述外壳还具有在所述空气入口远端的带螺纹的末端;
灯光扩散器,其中具有经配置以接纳所述外壳的带螺纹末端的中央开口;
光源,其耦合到所述外壳;
热源,其耦合到所述外壳以对从所述外壳空气通道中穿过的空气进行加热;以及锁合板,其以可旋拧的方式耦合到所述外壳的带螺纹末端,所述锁合板具有至少一个排放开口,
借此穿过所述外壳的气流由所述热源加热,并从所述锁合板内的所述排放开口排出。
2.根据权利要求1所述的灯器具,其中所述锁合板包含排放开口的环形阵列。
3.根据权利要求1所述的灯器具,其中所述热源是正温度系数加热器。
4.根据权利要求1所述的灯器具,其中所述外壳包含其中具有空气吸入开口的环形阵列的安装板。
5.根据权利要求1所述的灯器具,其中所述外壳的带螺纹末端具有外部螺纹。
6.根据权利要求1所述的灯器具,其进一步包括耦合到所述外壳的风扇。
7.根据权利要求6所述的灯器具,其中所述风扇安装在所述管状外壳的空气通道内。
8.一种可安装到上覆结构的灯器具,所述灯器具包括:
管状外壳,其具有空气入口和穿过其中的空气通道,所述外壳还具有在所述空气入口远端的空气出口末端;
安装板,其耦合到所述管状外壳,所述安装板将所述管状外壳与所述上覆结构隔开;
灯光扩散器,其中具有经配置以接纳所述外壳的出口末端的中央开口;
光源,其定位在所述外壳与所述灯光扩散器之间;
热源,其经定位以对从所述外壳空气通道中穿过的气流进行加热;以及
锁合板,其耦合到所述外壳的出口末端,所述锁合板具有至少一个排放开口,借此穿过所述外壳的气流由所述热源加热,并从所述锁合板内的所述排放开口排出。
9.根据权利要求8所述的灯器具,其中所述锁合板包含排放开口的环形阵列。
10.根据权利要求8所述的灯器具,其中所述热源是正温度系数加热器。
11.根据权利要求8所述的灯器具,其中所述外壳的出口末端是带螺纹的,且所述锁合板经旋拧以便与所述外壳的出口末端协作。
12.根据权利要求11所述的灯器具,其中所述外壳的出口末端具有外部螺纹,且其中所述锁合板具有内部螺纹。
13.根据权利要求8所述的灯器具,其进一步包括耦合到所述外壳的风扇。
14.根据权利要求13所述的灯器具,其中所述风扇安装在所述管状外壳的空气通道内。
15.一种灯器具,其包括:
管状外壳,其具有空气入口和穿过其中的空气通道;
光源,其耦合到所述外壳;
热源,其耦合到所述外壳以对从所述外壳空气通道中穿过的空气进行加热;
锁合板,其用可装卸的方式耦合到所述外壳,所述锁合板具有至少一个排放开口;
以及
灯光扩散器,其可耦合到所述外壳;
借此穿过所述外壳的气流由所述热源加热,并从所述锁合板内的所述排放开口排出。
16.根据权利要求15所述的灯器具,其中所述锁合板包含排放开口的环形阵列。
17.根据权利要求15所述的灯器具,其中所述热源是正温度系数加热器。
18.根据权利要求15所述的灯器具,其中所述外壳包含其中具有空气吸入开口的环形阵列的安装板。
19.根据权利要求15所述的灯器具,其中所述外壳用可旋转方式耦合到所述锁合板。
20.根据权利要求19所述的灯器具,其中所述外壳和所述锁合板通过相应的螺纹用可旋转方式彼此耦合。
21.根据权利要求15所述的灯器具,其进一步包括耦合到所述外壳的风扇。
22.根据权利要求21所述的灯器具,其中所述风扇安装在所述管状外壳的空气通道内。
