Abstract
本发明涉及一种由安置在截肢残段(1)与假肢筒(3)之间的衬套(2)和用于检测肌电信号的肌电的电极单元(4,5)组成的系统,其中电极单元(4,5)具有安置在衬套(2)的朝向截肢残段(1)的一侧上的测量单元(4)和安置在衬套(2)的背离截肢残段(1)的一侧上的接收单元(5),测量单元(4)具有用于所述肌电信号到接收单元(5)中的接收器(51)的无线信号传递的发送器(46)。
Description
本发明涉及一种由安置在截肢残段与假肢筒之间的衬套和肌电的电极单元组成的系统,该电极单元用于检测用于控制截肢残段上的假肢的肌电信号。
肌电极用于检测和分析计算表面肌动图,在该肌动图的基础上控制假肢的电机驱动的元件。在此,这种假肢、尤其是假臂的整个功能性直接取决于肌电极的质量。从现有技术中已经公知有源肌电极,这些肌电极由用于导出肌电图的放电电极以及由信号放大和信号处理的元件组成。
迄今在闭合的塑料壳体中制成的肌电极由一个对准截肢残段的输入接口和一个对准假肢的输出接口组成。输入接口由设置在壳体表面上的金属的放电电极构成。输出接口提供放大和整理过的模拟形式或数字形式的肌电图信号以供假肢使用。
在近几年中,在假肢的供给技术中可看到朝向所谓的衬套-筒技术发展。在此与在传统假肢筒中不同的是,由病人首先将一个软的、长筒袜式的件套到截肢残段上,该件被称为衬套。病人接着将假肢穿戴到套上去的衬套上。衬套在截肢残段与假肢之间构成一个连接,该连接一方面改善假肢筒与截肢残段的配合,另一方面提高假肢的佩戴舒适性。衬套用如硅树脂或聚氨酯那样的材料制造并且具有在截肢残段上极佳的附着性能,这些附着性能附加地通过衬套在截肢残段上的气密连接大大地得到改善。
现在公知的电缆连接的肌电极不可与衬套技术一起使用。因为这些肌电极弹性地悬挂在筒中,必须在衬套中切一个窗口以便建立放电电极与截肢残段上的皮肤之间的触点接触。这会导致衬套与截肢残段之间的附着性能降低。此外,必须将衬套极其精确地放置在截肢残段上,以便衬套中的窗口被构造得精确地朝着假肢筒中肌电极的位置。
本发明的任务在于,提供一种系统,利用该系统避免现有技术中公知的缺点。根据本发明,这通过具有权利要求1的特征的系统来解决,在该系统中设置有一个安装在衬套的朝向截肢残段的一侧上的测量单元和一个安装在衬套的背离截肢残段的一侧上的接收单元,其中,测量单元具有一个用于肌电信号到接收单元的无线信号传递的发送器。由此一方面可以利用衬套技术在佩戴舒适性和附着性能方面的优点,另一方面可以使用具有肌电控制的假肢。即存在一种由两个单元组成的遥测肌电极,其中的一个单元朝向截肢残段的皮肤安装在衬套内部,该单元的接收单元安装在衬套与假肢筒之间,优选安装在假肢筒上。
本发明也提出,在测量单元中安置一个用于放大肌电信号的放大器、一个用于将所述信号数字化的模拟-数字转换器以及一个用于将所述信号编码的编码单元,以便将放大的、数字化的和编码的信号通过发送单元无线地传递给安置在衬套外部的接收单元。接收单元将接收到的肌电图信号继续传递给假肢内部的继续处理装置。为了可以无问题地戴上衬套,测量单元可固定安装例如粘结或焊接到衬套的内侧面上。优选测量单元作为防水的罩以扁平结构形式直接集成在衬套中。由此该遥测肌电方法允许在假肢筒内部使用封闭的衬套,该衬套将假肢的机电元件与截肢残段隔开。
为了无磨损和免维护地构造测量单元,在测量单元中安置一个感应线圈或一个用于变换交变电磁场的装置,以致可以放弃自身的能量源例如蓄电池。能量传递则通过在接收单元中产生的交变电磁场来进行,以致实施遥测的能量传递。
除了通过电磁波传递肌电信号还提出,发送器光学地构造并且接收单元中的接收器是一个光学传感器,以便能够光学地传递信号。在测量单元中可安装一个效率高的发光二极管,该发光二极管通过发光强度的通/断调制将放电电极的数字化的二进制信号发送给安装在衬套那侧的接收单元。
信号传递也可通过频率调制的负载调制来进行,其中电流供给的传递与肌电图信号的传递相耦合。其中测量单元使用于传递供给能量的谐振电路失调。该失调用二进制的信号电流调制。该失调在接收单元中被检波和解调。
信号传递也可通过幅值调制的负载调制来进行,其中电流供给的传递与肌电图信号的传递相耦合。其中测量单元衰减用于传递供给能量的谐振电路。该衰减用二进制信号电流调制。该衰减在接收单元中被检波和解调。
还提出,信号传递通过幅值调制的载波来实施。其中,在发送器中产生的载波利用二进制数据流来调制。该载波通过自身的、与能量供给无关的电磁耦合被发送给接收单元并在那里被解调。
下面借助附图详细描述本发明的一个实施例。
图1示出截肢残段、衬套和假肢的配置;
图2示意示出电极单元在截肢残段上的布置和衬套,以及
图3详细描述电极单元的功能单元。
图1中示出假肢3在截肢残段1上的基本布置,在该布置中在截肢残段1与假肢筒3之间布置一个衬套2。由硅树脂、聚氨酯或其它优选保护性附着在截肢残段上的材料制成的衬套2个别地适配截肢残段1并在戴上假肢筒3之前被套在截肢残段1上。衬套2相对柔软并构成截肢残段1的皮肤与假肢筒3内衬之间的连接层。
为了能够控制假肢筒3的例如手指区域中的运动部件,通过未示出的肌电极接受肌肉活动的信号。所谓的表面肌动图被记录并在这些信号被处理之后用于控制机电部件。
图2中以横剖面示出由一个测量单元4和一个接收单元5构建的电极单元的示意性布置。测量单元4在截肢残段1的表面与衬套2之间安置在截肢残段1的皮肤表面上。放电电极41和接地电极42直接放置在截肢残段1的皮肤表面上并检测肌电信号。这些信号在测量单元4中被整理并无线地通过一个发送单元穿过衬套2传递给安装在衬套2的那侧的接收单元5。信号传递6无线地通过光学信号或替换地通过电磁信号的幅值调制来进行。
为了给测量单元4供给能量,交变电磁场7指向测量单元4,在该交变电磁场例如通过一个感应线圈感应出电流。
信号传递6也可通过频率调制的或幅值调制的负载调制来进行。其中电流供给的传递7与肌电图信号的传递6相耦合。其中测量单元4使谐振电路失调,该谐振电路用于给测量单元4的供给能量的传递7。该失调用二进制信号电流调制并可被接收单元5检波和解调。也可选择,信号传递6通过幅值调制的负载调制装置来进行。
接收单元5中设置有信号处理装置和接收器,这些信号处理装置和接收器整理接收到的信号并优选通过电缆8继续传递给假肢3的机械电子部件。接收单元5优选安置在假肢筒3的内侧面上。
图3中以详细方式示出测量单元4和接收单元5的构造。放电电极41和接地电极42直接配置给截肢残段1。信号从放电电极41通过运算放大器43供给滤波器44,然后信号又从该滤波器通过模拟-数字转换器45传递给编码、调制和发送单元46。该编码、调制和发送单元46遥测地将信号电流6穿过衬套2向接收模块51传递,在该接收模块中该信号被解调和解码。解调和解码的信号为了进一步的信号处理从接收模块51输送给相应的信号处理单元52。信号从该信号处理单元中出来通过一个未示出的电缆传递给假肢筒3内部的元件。
接收单元5固定在假肢筒3的内侧面上,而测量单元4固定在衬套2的内侧面上。优选这样布置测量单元4和接收单元5,使得它们彼此对准并相互对置。由此保障良好的遥测信号传递。信号传递6既可以光学地也可以电磁地进行。
为了给滤波器44、模拟-数字转换器45、编码单元和发送器46以及运算放大器43供给能量,构造有一个具有整流器的电流供给单元57,在该电流供给单元中对从逆变单元53中发送出来的交变电磁场进行变换。在此在测量单元4和接收单元5之间建立用于供给能量的传递7的电磁耦合。
Claims (12)
1.由安置在截肢残段(1)与假肢筒(3)之间的衬套(2)和用于检测肌电信号的肌电的电极单元(4,5)组成的系统,其中电极单元(4,5)具有安置在衬套(2)的朝向截肢残段(1)的一侧上的测量单元(4)和安置在衬套(2)的背离截肢残段(1)的一侧上的接收单元(5),测量单元(4)具有用于所述肌电信号到接收单元(5)中的接收器(51)的无线信号传递的发送器(46)。
2.根据权利要求1的系统,其特征在于:在测量单元(4)中安置用于放大所述肌电信号的放大器(43)。
3.根据权利要求1或2的系统,其特征在于:在测量单元(4)中安置用于所述肌电信号的数字化的模拟-数字转换器(45)。
4.根据上述权利要求之一的系统,其特征在于:在测量单元(4)中设置一个用于给待发送的信号编码的编码器(46)。
5.根据上述权利要求之一的系统,其特征在于:在测量单元(4)中安置感应线圈和整流单元(47)用于测量单元(4)的能量供给。
6.根据上述权利要求之一的系统,其特征在于:测量单元(4)固定在衬套(2)上。
7.根据上述权利要求之一的系统,其特征在于:测量单元(4)被防水地包罩。
8.根据上述权利要求之一的系统,其特征在于:接收单元(5)设置有一个用于产生交变电磁场的装置(53)和一个用于能量传递的感应线圈。
9.根据上述权利要求之一的系统,其特征在于:接收单元(5)固定在假肢筒(3)上。
10.根据上述权利要求之一的系统,其特征在于:发送器(46)构造成光学的发送器并且在接收单元(5)中设置一个光学的传感器(51)作为接收器。
11.根据权利要求1至9之一的系统,其特征在于:测量单元(4)和接收单元(5)构成一个振荡回路,信号传递(6)通过频率调制的或幅值调制的负载调制进行。
12.根据权利要求1至9之一的系统,其特征在于:信号传递(6)通过在发送器(46)中产生的载波信号的幅值调制进行,接收器(51)相应地对该载波信号解调。
