Abstract

现有技术
本发明涉及一种按照权利要求1所述类型的用于控制内燃机喷射阀的阀。
例如由DE 101 46 743 A1公开了一种这类阀。
在所公开的喷射系统(共轨喷射器)电磁阀中在阀壳体(喷射器体)与阀块之间构成一个高压侧的环形室,它通过两个轴向间隔开的密封部位、即通过一个平密封垫和一个密封环密封。由于高压侧的环形室内部的动态过程存在这样的危险:密封环从它的规定的密封座上抬起并封闭喷射器阀块中的液压输入孔。这可导致持续喷射并导致危险的功能损失,因为发动机由此会不受控制地高速旋转。
本发明优点
具有权利要求1特征的本发明阀与此相比的优点是,能可靠避免密封环的“纵向游移”并由此避免严重的功能损失。通过持续的试验还证明,引入附加隔离套没有对喷射器特性曲线产生影响,即特性曲线是中立的。

实施例说明
图1中示出的阀1用于控制内燃机的喷射阀(喷射器)并具有一环形室2,该环形室通过燃料管道3连接到未示出的燃料高压储存器上。
高压侧的该环形室2在阀壳体5的一个成阶梯的孔4中通过阀块7的一个套筒状的导向突头6构成,该阀块用一个法兰8密封地支承在孔4的环圈9上,与此轴向隔开间距地在导向突头6上通过一个高压密封环(整体位于下面的钢制的支承环)10相对于阀壳体5密封。法兰8通过阀夹紧螺钉(未示出)压向环圈9。
在环形室2中安置了一个隔离套11(阀室套筒),它具有多个壁孔12(图2)。隔离套11在阀块7的导向突头6上滑动并由此在装入喷射器中后对处于它下面的密封环10构成一个止挡,该止挡由此保持与孔4的环圈9处于轴向最小间距,即被阻止“纵向游移”。隔离套11在此这样设计,使得在阀块7上的扭转不会导致功能影响。密封环10与在隔离套11上的支承的面积比这样选择,使得在高压时起作用的力不会导致密封环10被“绕流”。
隔离套11的成花纹图案的轮廓和壁孔12借助激光切割或冲压加工到板(薄板坯)中,该板然后在构成缝隙13的情况下被卷成隔离套11。该轮廓和壁孔12这样选择,使得阀块7的功能、从而喷射阀的功能不受影响。
喷射阀的活塞形式的阀元件或执行元件(阀活塞)14的端部在阀块7的导向孔15可移动地被导向并且在阀块7中限定一个控制室16。控制室16通过一个输入节流部17与环形室2连接并且通过一个排出节流部18通入锥形的阀座19的阀座孔中,该阀座设置在阀块7的背离导向突头6的端侧上,用于与阀关闭元件20协同作用。
在未示出的关闭的阀位置中,阀关闭元件20贴靠在阀座19上从而封闭阀座孔,控制室16被加载以高压,由此,喷射阀的阀元件或执行元件14移动到其下部位置中。在所示出的打开的阀位置中阀关闭元件20从阀座19上抬起并释放阀座孔,由此,控制室16被卸载压力并且阀元件或执行元件14移动到其上部位置中。
Claims (10)
1.用于控制内燃机的喷射阀的阀(1),具有一阀块(7),该阀块在形成高压侧的环形室(2)的情况下安置在阀壳体(5)的孔(4)中,该环形室相对于阀壳体(5)通过阀块(7)密封地贴靠在孔(4)的环圈(9)上并且与此轴向隔开间距地通过一密封环(10)密封,其特征在于,在该环形室(2)中安置一隔离套(11),它使密封环(10)相对于孔(4)的环圈(9)保持轴向最小间距。
2.按照权利要求1的阀,其特征在于,隔离套(11)具有至少一个壁孔(12)。
3.按照权利要求2的阀,其特征在于,隔离套(11)具有多个壁孔(12)。
4.按照权利要求3的阀,其特征在于,多个壁孔(12)均匀地绕隔离套(11)的圆周分布。
5.按照前述权利要求之一的阀,其特征在于,隔离套(11)的轴向长度小于环形室(2)的轴向长度。
6.按照前述权利要求之一的阀,其特征在于,隔离套(11)的轮廓和/或壁孔(12)借助激光切割或冲压加工到隔离套(11)中。
7.按照前述权利要求之一的阀,其特征在于,隔离套(11)是一个有纵向缝隙的套筒。
8.按照前述权利要求之一的阀,其特征在于,隔离套(11)在阀块(7)上轴向可移动地被导向。
9.按照前述权利要求之一的阀,其特征在于,隔离套(11)在阀块(7)上可转动地支承。
10.按照前述权利要求之一的阀,其特征在于,在阀块(7)的导向孔(15)中通过喷射阀的在其中可移动地被导向的阀元件或执行元件(14)限定一个控制室(16),其中该控制室(16)通过一个输入节流部(17)与高压侧的环形室(2)连接并通过一个排出节流部(18)通入到阀座孔的阀座(19)中,该阀座设置在阀块(7)的背离阀元件或执行元件(14)的端侧上用于与可运动的阀关闭元件(20)协同作用。
