发明背景
气体和油的勘探和回收要求穿过相关地质地层在地上钻孔。使用钻探泥浆润滑和冷却钻头,以辅助将钻屑带到表面上,在井内提供足够的流体静压力以防止钻身在地下承受的力下崩塌,并防止钻孔时来自地层的流体流入。钻探泥浆可以是水基或油基或合成基的。
在钻出钻孔后,在钻孔内用水泥固定管状套管。这保证钻孔的持久性并防止并非来自正被开采的地层的地层液的进入。普通程序是将水泥沿套管内部向下泵送到底部然后沿套管和钻孔壁之间的套管外部向上,直至其填充和装衬要粘接的环形空间部分。重要的是,水泥衬层不含空隙且水泥充分粘合到套管和钻孔壁上。如果在水泥、套管和钻孔壁表面之间没有形成良好粘合,则可能会产生严重问题。此外,水泥化学性对油和疏水固体非常敏感。因此,从井身中完全去除这些污染物对于水泥凝固和流动性能的良好控制是必不可少的。

发明详述
钻探泥浆通常根据具有液体相的组成分类,例如:淡水、盐水、乳液、油和合成基。合成基泥浆比传统油基泥浆更可生物降解并且在海水或盐水中更可分散;但是,它们更难从钻探设备的金属表面上去除。
钻探泥浆通常由液体(水、油或两者)、非胶态固体(砂、铁矿、重晶石、赤铁矿)、胶态固体(粘土、有机胶体)和溶解的化学物质(矿物木质素、碳酸钡、碳酸氢钠、甲醛等等)构成。
在钻孔中粘接井套管之前必须从井身中去除和/或置换钻探泥浆。要避免水泥与钻井液之间的接触,因为两者通常不相容并通常造成有害的相互作用。这种不相容性可导致不能获得水泥和钻孔壁之间、水泥和套管之间的令人满意的粘合,并干扰水泥化学性。在使用油基钻井液的应用中,这种不相容性通常造成泥浆被水泥,和水泥被泥浆污染或混杂。通常由这种混杂产生极端粘性,这造成过大的压力和泵送问题。在某些情况下,这造成不合意的地层崩塌。当一部分钻井液与水泥混杂时,可能发生水泥的过早凝固,反过来说,当钻井液被水泥污染时,会不利地影响钻井液的有利特性。通过所谓的“隔离“液将水泥和钻井液分开,由此可以克服混杂问题。隔离液将钻孔清洁至一定程度以在水泥和套管和钻孔壁之间提供良好粘合。

可以根据本发明清洁任何油和/或气体钻孔,无论它们从垂直到水平的角度或偏离如何。根据本发明清洁含有套管的井身或一段钻孔会导致所需层间分隔(zonal isolation)、良好的水泥-套管粘合和良好的水泥-壁粘合。因此任何补救性的挤水泥操作是不必要的。
本发明的隔离液包含至少一种烷基醚柠檬酸酯。本发明范围内可用的烷基醚柠檬酸酯包括,但不限于,通式I、II和/或III的烷基醚柠檬酸酯:

所述至少一种烷基醚柠檬酸酯通常在所述隔离液中以基于100%活性物质(active),为大约0.5重量%至大约10重量%的浓度使用;在另一实施方案中,基于100%活性物质,大约0.8重量%至大约5重量%;在再一实施方案中,基于100%活性物质,大约1至大约3重量%。典型的隔离液配方含有4重量%的40%烷基醚柠檬酸酯溶液。

根据特定的井和要置换的泥浆,可以使用一种或多种与泥浆和水泥浆相容的预冲洗液以防止泥浆和水泥浆之间的不相容。此外,每一洗液和隔离液的组成可以随含油/气体的地层而变。
本发明的隔离体系也可以任选包括一种或多种增重剂以例如调节隔离剂的密度。一般公认的是,隔离剂的密度高于钻探泥浆的密度并小于水泥浆的密度。浮力效应有助于去除泥浆。适合与这种第三隔离剂一起使用的增重材料是传统上已知的并用在钻探工业中的那些。适合在此用作增重剂的固体是传统上用在钻探工业中的并且是基本上水和液烃不溶的那些。这类固体的非限制性实例包括膨润土、硅藻土、重晶石、赤铁矿或其它铁氧化物、烟灰、其它细碎固体等。增重剂也可以充当擦洗剂。增重剂以足以提供所需组成密度的量使用。在此使用的固体的粒度是传统上用于钻井液和隔离剂的任何尺寸。颗粒优选极细并且为大约0.05至5微米,平均大约0.5微米。另一方面,烟灰颗粒比膨润土颗粒大大约100倍,或大约0.5至200微米,平均大约50微米。增重剂的粒度可以随隔离剂的预期用途而大大地改变。
也可以在本发明的隔离体系中使用溶剂,但由于环境问题,趋势是使用较少溶剂。可用溶剂的非限制性实例包括:二醇,例如丙二醇、乙二醇、己二醇、二丙二醇、二乙二醇、三丙二醇和三乙二醇;聚二醇;醚,例如单甲醚;二醇醚;链烷和环烷,例如戊烷、己烷和环己烷、庚烷;矿物油,例如海豹油;植物油,例如萜(其是优选的);酯;芳族化合物,例如苯、甲苯、二甲苯和乙基苯;酮,例如丙酮、甲乙酮、甲基丙基酮、甲基异丁基酮、甲基异戊基酮、二丙酮醇、甲基戊基酮、环己酮、二异丁基酮和异佛尔酮;氯化溶剂,例如二氯甲烷;氯仿、1,1,1-三氯乙烷、二氯乙烯、三氯乙烯、二氯丙烯、全氯乙烯、单氯苯和邻二氯苯;胺,例如异丙胺、乙胺、二乙胺、丁胺、二异丙胺、三乙胺、吗啉、环己胺、二甲基乙醇胺、二丁胺、四亚乙基五胺、单异丙醇胺、二乙基乙醇胺、单乙醇胺、二乙醇胺、二异丙醇胺;醇,例如甲醇、乙醇、异丙醇、正丙醇、异丁醇、正丁醇、戊醇、甲基戊基醇、环己醇和2-乙基己醇;和石脑油。
如果需要更粘的组合物,本发明的隔离剂也可以用例如聚合组分增粘。本文中适用的聚合材料的非限制性实例包括文莱胶(welan gum)(见EP0243067)、黄原胶和高分子量纤维素衍生物,如羧甲基纤维素(CMC)、羟乙基纤维素(HEC)和羟丙基纤维素(HPC)。优选的是文莱胶和HEC。这种隔离剂还可以含有前述表面活性剂。
增粘和非增粘形式均可以含有大约1至大约20体积%的水基表面活性剂。分散剂表面活性剂通常用于清洁水基泥浆,例如聚萘磺酸盐(参见美国专利No.3,878,895,其经此引用并入本文)、木素磺酸盐和单宁酸盐。当清洁油基泥浆时,表面活性剂必须清洁油并使地层和套管水润湿。这些表面活性剂通常是非离子型和阴离子型表面活性剂的组合,例如乙氧基化壬酚、脂肪酸酯和乙氧基化脂肪醇(参见美国专利No.1,185,777,其经此引用并入本文)。阴离子型表面活性剂的实例是烷基磺酸盐、烷基芳基磺酸盐、磺酸化乙氧基化脂肪醇等(参见美国专利No.4,588,032,其经此引用并入本文)。
本发明的隔离剂可以增粘,其也可以增重大约8至20磅/加仑。适合与这种隔离液一起使用的增重材料是钻探工业中传统使用的那些,其非限制性实例列在上文中。这种隔离剂的体积为钻孔壁与套管之间的环形体积的大约1至200%,优选大约1至100%。用于此隔离液组合物的水可以是盐水或淡水。
本发明的隔离剂与井身接触有效产生所需清洁度的时间,即从钻孔有效去除基本所有残留泥浆残余物和泥浆滤饼的时间。这种时间量根据情况通常为大约1至60分钟。
在本发明的实施方案中,任选首先沿钻孔向下泵入稀释油以稀释钻井液(在油基泥浆的情况下),并引发钻井液的置换。稀释油通常为有机液体,优选为油,其与钻孔必须的处理中用作钻井液基础的油基本相同或相容。稀释油的非限制性实例包括被处理的钻孔的钻探泥浆的基油、以及原油、馏出油、汽油、石脑油、煤油、燃料油、白油、源自煤或页岩的油、芳烃油、硅油、矿物海豹油和石蜡族溶剂。同样适合作为稀释剂的是植物油,其包括巴巴苏油、蓖麻油、椰子油、玉米油、棉籽油、大麻油、亚麻子油、奥气油(oiticica oil)、橄榄油、棕榈油、花生油、菜籽油、红花油、芝麻油、大豆油、葵花油和桐油以及合成油。同样合适的是萜,优选苧烯和萜品油。在替代实施方案中可以使用由碳、氢和氧构成的并具有10个碳原子和0、1或2个羟基和0、1或2个双键的其它萜相关衍生物。羟基有助于破坏泥浆与金属表面的氢键合。萜醇在分散体或乳液体系中是有效的。合成油是用作稀释油的化合物的优选类型,尤其是酯、二醚、烯烃和洗涤剂烷基化物,以及它们的混合物。合成油还包括烃油和卤代烃油,例如聚合和共聚烯烃,例如聚丁烯、聚丙烯、丙烯-异丁烯共聚物、氯化聚丁烯、聚(1-己烯)、聚(1-辛烯)、聚(1-癸烯);烷基苯,例如十二烷基苯、十四烷基苯、二壬基苯、二(2-乙基己基)苯;聚苯基,例如联苯、三联苯和烷基化聚苯基;以及烷基化二苯基醚和烷基化二苯硫醚和它们的衍生物、类似物和同系物。
在已经根据本发明置换钻井液并清洁钻孔壁和套管后,可以通过传统方式将套管粘接于钻孔壁上。
本发明还涉及在固井操作之前清洁一段井钻孔的方法,所述钻孔具有悬在其中的套管,且其中含有油或合成基钻井液。该方法包括:
a)任选地用包含水、有效量的增重用固体颗粒、大约1至20体积%的表面活性剂和任选增粘剂的组合物从要粘接的所述钻孔段中置换钻井液,
b)任选在湍流或层流条件下,以能够有效去除和置换基本所有的任何剩余钻井液残余物并从钻孔的清洁段中置换所述隔离液的量在所述钻孔中泵入本发明的隔离液;和
c)任选地,在所述钻孔中泵入第三液体,其是由表面活性剂组分的水溶液构成的水基组合物,其中表面活性剂的量基于所述隔离液总体积为大约1至20体积%,且其中所述第三液体以有效置换基本所有的所述第二隔离液并使所述钻孔的至少清洁段基本水润湿的量使用。
或者,步骤a)的置换钻井液是增重的溶剂,该溶剂对于钻孔中的钻井液残余物是有效溶剂。
最后,在清洁井身至所需程度后,将水泥以置换任何残留隔离液并填充由套管和钻孔壁限定的清洁环形空间的量泵入。
现在通过下列非限制性实施例说明本发明。
典型的水泥隔离剂/洗液配方:
3重量%的40%烷基醚柠檬酸酯水溶液(AEC-40)
1重量%的乙氧基化醇
96重量%的自来水
这种基础配方是设计用于在实验室中评测表面活性剂的清洁效力的简化的水泥隔离剂/水泥化学洗液配方。对于最终现场(field)配方的制备和应用,其可以掺入如上所述的其它水泥隔离剂组分,例如增重剂、粘度改进剂、防漏材料、溶剂等。
清洁效力试验
清洁试验测量表面活性剂以轻微侵蚀去除粘性泥浆层的能力。将30目金属格栅置于来自Fann 35粘度计的底部密封的R1圆筒几何体上。然后将密封的R1圆筒称重并将该值记录为W1。将密封的R1圆筒周围的格栅用试验泥浆覆盖并在静态条件下放置5分钟。然后将密封的R1圆筒称重并将该值记录为W2。然后将密封的R1圆筒浸在预热的水泥隔离剂表面活性剂溶液中。然后将密封的R1圆筒以100rpm的速度旋转,并在不同时间,例如5、10、20、30、40和60分钟(ti),记录圆筒的重量(Wi)。清洁效力%如下计算:

Claims (24)
2.根据权利要求1的用途,其中组合物另外包含至少一种选自增重剂、溶剂、增粘剂、防漏控制剂及其混合物的任选组分。
3.根据权利要求2的用途,其中增粘剂是文莱胶、黄原胶、高分子量纤维素衍生物或其混合物。
4.根据权利要求3的用途,其中所述高分子量纤维素衍生物是羧甲基纤维素(CMC)、羟乙基纤维素(HEC)、羟丙基纤维素(HPC)或其混合物。
5.根据权利要求1的用途,其中所述烷基醚柠檬酸酯是庚基醚柠檬酸酯乙氧基化物、辛基醚柠檬酸酯乙氧基化物、壬基醚柠檬酸酯乙氧基化物、癸基醚柠檬酸酯乙氧基化物、十一烷基醚柠檬酸酯乙氧基化物、十二烷基 醚柠檬酸酯乙氧基化物、十三烷基醚柠檬酸酯乙氧基化物、十四烷基醚柠檬酸酯乙氧基化物或其混合物。
6.根据权利要求1的用途,其中所述至少一种烷基醚柠檬酸酯在所述隔离液中以基于100%活性物质为0.8重量%至5重量%的浓度使用。
7.根据权利要求6的用途,其中所述至少一种烷基醚柠檬酸酯在所述隔离液中以基于100%活性物质为1重量%至3重量%的浓度使用。
8.根据权利要求1的用途,其中组合物包含至少一种通式IV的醇乙氧基化物,其中烷基醚柠檬酸酯与醇乙氧基化物的重量比为0.1-50。
9.根据权利要求8的用途,其中所述醇乙氧基化物是直链庚醇乙氧基化物、辛醇乙氧基化物、壬醇乙氧基化物、癸醇乙氧基化物、十一烷醇乙氧基化物、十二烷醇乙氧基化物、十三烷醇乙氧基化物、十四烷醇乙氧基化物或其混合物。
10.根据权利要求9的用途,其中烷基醚柠檬酸酯与醇乙氧基化物的重量比为0.5-25。
11.根据权利要求10的用途,其中烷基醚柠檬酸酯与醇乙氧基化物的重量比为0.5-5。
12.根据权利要求8的用途,其中所述至少一种烷基醚柠檬酸酯和所述至少一种醇乙氧基化物的所述组合在隔离液组合物中以基于100%活性物质为0.5重量%至10重量%的浓度使用。
13.根据权利要求12的用途,其中所述至少一种烷基醚柠檬酸酯和所述至少一种醇乙氧基化物的所述组合在隔离液组合物中以基于100%活性物质为1.0重量%至5重量%的浓度使用。
14.根据权利要求13的用途,其中所述至少一种烷基醚柠檬酸酯和所述至少一种醇乙氧基化物的所述组合在隔离液组合物中以基于100%活性物质为1.5重量%至3重量%的浓度使用。
15.在固井操作之前清洁一段井身的方法,所述井身具有悬于其中的套管,所述方法包括:
a)任选地用包含水、有效量的增重用固体颗粒、1至20体积%的表面活性剂的组合物从要粘接的所述钻孔段中置换钻井液,
b)在湍流条件下,以能够有效去除和置换基本所有的任何剩余钻井液残余物并从钻孔的清洁段中置换所述任选的步骤a)的组合物的量在所述钻孔中泵入包含基于100%活性物质为0.5-10重量%的至少一种通式I、II和/或III的烷基醚柠檬酸酯:
其中x为1-20;m为1-50;n为0-10,和任选至少一种通式IV的醇乙氧基化物:
CH3(CH2)x(C2H4O)m(C3H6O)nOH IV
其中x为1-20;m为1-50;n为0-10,的隔离液;和
c)任选地,在所述钻孔中泵入第三液体,其是由表面活性剂组分的水溶液构成的水基组合物,其中表面活性剂的量基于所述第三液体总体积为1至20体积%,且其中所述第三液体以有效置换基本所有的所述隔离液并使所述钻孔的至少清洁段基本水润湿的量使用。
16.权利要求15的方法,其中所述隔离液的所述烷基醚柠檬酸酯是庚基醚柠檬酸酯乙氧基化物、辛基醚柠檬酸酯乙氧基化物、壬基醚柠檬酸酯乙氧基化物、癸基醚柠檬酸酯乙氧基化物、十一烷基醚柠檬酸酯乙氧基化物、十二烷基醚柠檬酸酯乙氧基化物、十三烷基醚柠檬酸酯乙氧基化物、十四烷基醚柠檬酸酯乙氧基化物或其混合物。
17.权利要求15的方法,其中所述至少一种烷基醚柠檬酸酯在所述隔离液中以基于100%活性物质为0.5重量%至10重量%的浓度使用。
18.权利要求15的方法,其中所述隔离液进一步包含至少一种醇乙氧基化物,其是直链庚醇乙氧基化物、辛醇乙氧基化物、壬醇乙氧基化物、癸醇乙氧基化物、十一烷醇乙氧基化物、十二烷醇乙氧基化物、十三烷醇乙氧基化物、十四烷醇乙氧基化物或其混合物。
19.权利要求18的方法,其中所述隔离液包含所述至少一种烷基醚柠檬酸酯和所述至少一种醇乙氧基化物的组合,且其中所述组合在隔离液组合物中以基于100%活性物质为1.0重量%至5重量%的浓度使用。
21.权利要求20的用途,其中烷基醚柠檬酸酯与所述醇乙氧基化物的 重量比为0.5-25。
22.权利要求21的用途,其中烷基醚柠檬酸酯与所述醇乙氧基化物的重量比为0.5-5。
23.在固井操作之前清洁一段井身的方法,所述井身具有悬于其中的套管,所述方法包括:
a)任选地用包含水、有效量的增重用固体颗粒、1至20体积%的表面活性剂的组合物从要粘接的所述钻孔段中置换钻井液,
b)在湍流条件下,以能够有效去除和置换基本所有的任何剩余钻井液残余物并从钻孔的清洁段中置换所述任选的步骤a)的组合物的量在所述钻孔中泵入包含基于100%活性物质为0.5-10重量%的至少一种通式I、II和/或III的烷基醚柠檬酸酯:

其中所述醇乙氧基化物是支链庚醇乙氧基化物、辛醇乙氧基化物、壬 醇乙氧基化物、癸醇乙氧基化物、十一烷醇乙氧基化物、十二烷醇乙氧基化物、十三烷醇乙氧基化物、十四烷醇乙氧基化物或其混合物。
24.权利要求23的方法,其中所述隔离液包含所述至少一种烷基醚柠檬酸酯和所述至少一种醇乙氧基化物的组合,且其中所述组合在隔离液组合物中以基于100%活性物质为1.0重量%至5重量%的浓度使用。
