Abstract

本发明提供的土建冷藏库及其建造方法,库房顶板[3]用立柱[6]做支撑且顶板周围与墙体之间不连接,在顶板上表面上加装保温层,并将顶板上保温层[3]经顶板四周与墙体[1]上保温层[8]连接,在顶板上保温层之上覆盖一层保护层[2]。本发明提供的土建冷藏库及其建造方法,将库房顶面上的保温层设置在顶板以上并与墙面上保温层连接,避免了承载蒸发器吊装钢条和库房立柱穿过库顶隔热层形成“冷桥”使冷量损失的问题,节约了能源,降低了运行费用。也避免了保温层的加装要由施工人员仰面完成的不便,降低了隔热层的施工费用。总之,本发明提供的土建冷藏库及其建造方法,提高了土建冷藏库的经济性。

Description

土建冷藏库及其建造方法
技术领域    本发明涉及的是一种土建冷藏库及其建造方法。
背景技术    冷藏库有土建冷藏库和装配式冷藏库两种,其中采用板状保温材料隔热的土建冷藏库因其具有造价低、使用寿命长的特点仍被普遍采用。已往这种土建冷藏库是在库房建造完后再在墙体内侧和顶板下表面上加装保温层最后在保温层下面安装制冷系统的蒸发器构成的。这种土建型冷藏库,特别是其库顶的隔热层存在施工时加状保温层难度大,“冷桥”多的问题,导致其建造费用和运行费用较大而降低了其经济性。在冷藏库顶板下方加装顶面保温层,要求施工人员仰面操作,其施工难度大则建造费用高;由于蒸发器是用钢条吊装在顶板上的,吊装用的钢条是穿过保温层埋在顶板中的,而这种钢条导热性能好形成了冷量向外传导的“冷桥”,且为安全固定蒸发器,该钢条的数量较多;另外支撑顶板的柱子也穿过温层形成“冷桥”,导致较多的冷量经“冷桥”传导损失,这些冷量的损失增加了能耗增加,即运行费用的增加。
发明内容    针对上述不足,本发明要解决的技术问题是改变土建冷藏库的结构和建造方法,以降低其建造难度和提高保温性能,从而降低建造和运行费用,提高经济性。
本发明提供的土建冷藏库,有库房和保温层,库房有墙体和以立柱支撑的顶板,保温层加装在墙体和顶板上,顶板下安装致冷系统的蒸发器,所说顶板周围与墙体之间不连接,即有间隙,而顶板上保温层是加装在顶板上表面之上的,顶板上保温层经顶板周围与墙体之间的间隙和墙体上的保温层连接,顶板上保温层之上又覆盖有一层保护层。
本发明提供的土建冷藏库的建造方法,先建好墙体和顶板,再在墙体和顶板上加装保温层,其中顶板的施工是先用立柱做支撑建好顶板,然后在顶板上表面上加装保温层,并将顶板上保温层经顶板四周与墙体上保温层连接,最后在顶板上保温层之上覆盖一层保护层。
本发明提供的土建冷藏库及其建造方法,将库房顶面上的保温层设置在顶板以上并与墙面上保温层连接,避免了承载蒸发器吊装钢条和库房立柱穿过库顶隔热层形成“冷桥”使冷量损失的问题,节约了能源,降低了运行费用。也避免了保温层的加装要由施工人员仰面完成的不便,降低了隔热层的施工费用。总之,本发明提供的土建冷藏库及其建造方法,提高了土建冷藏库的经济性。

具体实施方式    在建好的基础上先浇制立柱再在立柱顶上浇制顶板,浇制顶板时预埋吊装制冷系统蒸发器的钢条。在此后在顶板四周外建造冷藏库的墙体,墙体高度高于顶板上平面一个保温层厚度,墙体内壁距顶板边一个保温层厚度。随后在顶板上铺贴保温层再覆盖保护层,再在墙体内粘贴保温层,该墙体内的保温层上边填充顶板与墙体之间的间隙并与顶板上保温层严密拼接。所建成的土建冷藏库如图1、2所示,图中1为墙体,2为保护层,3为顶面上保温层,4为顶板,5为立柱,6为蒸发器,7为吊装钢条,8为墙体保温层,9为库门。
本例中墙体与顶板之间的建造顺序并不是唯一的选择,可先建顶板也可先建墙体或同时建顶板和墙体,。在结构上墙体可与顶板以少许几根钢筋连接,也可在墙体上做护墙柱以保护墙体的牢固性。

1.一种土建冷藏库,有库房和保温层,库房有墙体和以立柱支撑的顶板,保温层加装在墙体和顶板上,顶板下安装致冷系统的蒸发器,其特征是所说顶板周围与墙体之间不连接,即有间隙,而顶板上保温层是加装在顶板上表面之上的,顶板上保温层经顶板周围与墙体之间的间隙和墙体上的保温层连接,顶板上保温层之上又覆盖有一层保护层。
