Abstract

技术领域
本发明涉及一种治疗急性乳腺炎、乳房胀痛、恶寒发热、胸闷恶心等症状的药膳组合及制备方法,尤其是清热解毒、消肿散结的饮片。
背景技术
乳腺炎是乳房的急性化脓性感染,为细菌(金黄色葡萄菌等)经乳头皲裂处或乳管口侵入乳腺组织所引起,本病初起乳房肿胀、疼痛,肿块压痛,表面红肿,发热,严重者伴有高烧,寒战,乳房肿痛明显,局部皮肤红肿,有硬结、压痛,患侧腑下淋巴结肿大,压痛。
目前治疗急性乳腺炎、乳房胀痛、恶寒发热、胸闷恶心等症状的药物,要求反复给药,治疗疗程长,出现耐药反应及毒副作用的机会增加,依从性也较差,易引发其他并发症,一般的生物制剂在治疗效果上不能满足需要,更好地为患者减轻痛苦,也有少数药效比较好的配方及成剂,但成药的服用方式药效吸收差,达不到有效治疗的目的,药物安全性能差,不为患者所接受。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种制药简单、无副作用、治疗效果好的饮片。
一种用于治疗急性乳腺炎、乳房胀痛、恶寒发热、胸闷恶心等症状的饮片,所提供的技术方案是:取蒲公英10-15克,荆芥、防风、金银花、天花粉、连翘、柴胡、香附各5-7克,陈皮3-5克,生甘草2-3克,当归4-5克,黄芩、赤勺各2-4克,先将药材净制,稍润后将药材装入旋转式切药机的固定器中均匀切片,并用振荡筛筛选、分等,将切制后的药材用热风式干燥机干燥,充分放凉后,用塑料袋作小包装所得的清热消肿饮片。
为实现本发明所提供的制备方法包括以下步骤:
1、药材的净制(杂质的去除):
a、挑选:用手或夹子,拣出混在药材中的杂质、变质品,并分开药材大小(工业生产中可用震荡式筛药机);
b、筛选:用筛子筛除夹杂的泥沙、杂质;
c、风选:用簸箕或风车通过扬簸或煽风除杂(操作时簸力、风力适度,以免吹、簸出药材);
d、漂洗:将药材用水洗净,洗漂时要控制好时间,药材在水中停留过久,有效成分易流失而影响疗效;
2、药材的软化:将洗净后的药材投入冷水中,快速淘洗后及时捞出,稍润;
3、药材的切制:将药材装入旋转式切药机的固定器中,铺平,压紧,以推进一致的速度,均匀切片,并用振荡筛筛选、分等;
4、药材的干燥:将切制好的药材用热风式干燥机干燥,以药盘盛装后,分层置于钢架中,由轨道送入,以80℃-120℃左右温度干燥,使药材含水量在8%-12%左右,停止鼓风,温度在80℃左右,打开加热室门,将钢架拉出,收集干燥后的药材;
5、放凉:干燥后的药材充分放凉后,用塑料袋作小包装;
蒲公英又称尿床草,具有清热解毒、消肿散结的功效,对利尿有非常好的效果,它具有丰富的维生素A和C及矿物质,对消化不良、便秘都有改善的作用,另外叶子还有改善湿疹、舒缓皮肤炎、关节不适的净血功效,根则具有消炎作用,可以治疗胆结石、风湿等,是一种非常有用的香药草。
金银花味甘性寒,功能清热解毒,疏散风热,含环己六醇、黄酮类、肌醇、皂甙及鞣质等,具有广谱抗菌作用,对金黄色葡萄球菌、痢疾杆菌等多种致病菌均有较强的抑制作用,对钩端螺旋体、流感病毒以及致病霉菌等多种病原微生物亦有抑制作用。此外,金银花还具有明显的抗炎及解热作用,金银花水及酒浸液对试验性肿瘤细胞具有明显的杀伤作用。应用范围非常广泛,最近,很多防治非典的中药处方中都使用了金银花,日常生活中,人们还经常以金银花泡水代茶来治疗咽喉肿痛和预防上呼吸道感染,除此之外,许多炎症性疾病的治疗也同样用到了金银花:
(1)用于外感风热或温病初起。银花甘寒,既清气分热,又能清血分热,且在清热之中又有轻微宣散之功,所以能治外感风热或温病初起的表症未解、里热又盛的病症。
(2)用于疮痈肿毒、咽喉肿痛。金银花清热解毒作用颇强,在外科中为常用之品,一般用于有红肿热痛的疮痈肿毒。
(3)用于热毒引起的泻痢便血(粪便中夹有黏液和血液)。银花能凉血而解热毒,故可疗血痢便血。
(4)银花味甘性寒,气味芳香,既可清透疏表,又能解血分热毒,尤为治阳性疮疡的要药。
本发明与现有技术相比,它不用吃药、打针,也不用住院治疗,服用方便,且制药成本低,比西医常用的药物疗法使患者满意率提高了30%,治愈率达到20%,有效率在90%以上,未发现有任何毒副作用,尤其是对治疗急性乳腺炎、乳房胀痛、恶寒发热、胸闷恶心等症状效果显著;除此之外,本发明还可作为保健的常用药膳,具有清热解毒、消肿散结的功效,适合四季服用,无副作用,有较好的经济和社会效益。
具体实施方案
实际制作中,可将蒲公英10-15克,荆芥、防风、金银花、天花粉、连翘、柴胡、香附各5-7克,陈皮3-5克,生甘草2-3克,当归4-5克,黄芩、赤勺各2-4克,先将药材净制,稍润后将药材装入旋转式切药机的固定器中均匀切片,并用振荡筛筛选、分等,将切制后的药材用热风式干燥机干燥,充分放凉后,用塑料袋作小包装所得的清热消肿饮片。
下面结合实施例对本发明的内容作进一步说明:
实施例一
配伍为:蒲公英15克,荆芥、防风、金银花、天花粉、连翘、柴胡、香附各7克,陈皮5克,生甘草3克,当归5克,黄芩、赤勺各4克。
制备方法:

综上所述,本发明的用量可分为治疗和保健两种,对于患者来说可每日分2次开水冲泡饮用,每次用量10克,作为常人保健药膳服用时间不限,本发明无任何副作用,用药安全性能高,可每日1次冲泡饮用,药物有效期为1-2年,配伍中的各药物及其制备方法是根据“中华人民共和国药典”选用。
本发明治疗的理论根据是以清热解毒、消肿散结的蒲公英、荆芥、防风、金银花、天花粉、连翘、柴胡、香附、陈皮、生甘草、当归、黄芩、赤勺等作为原料,通过饮片的方式给药,经临床试验表明,本发明有良好的清热消肿作用,有效率在90%以上,为临床治疗急性乳腺炎、乳房胀痛、恶寒发热、胸闷恶心等症状提供了有力的依据。

1.一种清热消肿饮片,其特征在于蒲公英10-15克,荆芥、防风、金银花、天花粉、连翘、柴胡、香附各5-7克,陈皮3-5克,生甘草2-3克,当归4-5克,黄芩、赤勺各2-4克,先将药材净制,稍润后将药材装入旋转式切药机的固定器中均匀切片,并用振荡筛筛选、分等,将切制后的药材用热风式干燥机干燥,充分放凉后,用塑料袋作小包装所得的产品。
2.根据权利要求1所述,其特征在于配方配比组成为蒲公英10克,荆芥、防风、金银花、天花粉、连翘、柴胡、香附各5克,陈皮3克,生甘草2克,当归4克,黄芩、赤勺各2克。
