Abstract
本发明涉及一种用于测量脑参数的装置(1)。该装置(1)具有导管传感器单元(2),该导管传感器单元(2)可通过穿过颅骨(4)以最小侵入的方式在远端植入到软组织和/或脑室中。所述传感器单元(2)可在近端固定在颅骨(4)上。为此,所述传感器单元(2)的近端圆周部分具有用于将所述传感器单元(2)固定在所述颅骨(4)上的自攻外螺纹(5)。最终得到这样一种装置,该装置可实现稳固的、防止相对于颅骨的运动的、持久且同时廉价的固定。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及一种根据权利要求1的前序部分所述的用于测量脑参数的装置。
背景技术
从DE 10239743A1中已知这种类型的装置。在这种脑参数传感器中,传感器单元在颅骨上的稳固且持久固定的位置是有重要意义的。为防止脑损伤,在植入脑参数传感器后必须防止其相对于脑组织的任何运动。在已知的脑参数传感器中,传感器单元在颅骨上的固定或者通过相当昂贵的固定技术实现,或者在防止相对运动方面不令人满意。
发明内容
因此本发明的目的在于,进一步提供一种开头所述类型的装置,该装置可确保一种防止与颅骨之间产生相对运动的、稳固持久且同时廉价的固定。
根据本发明,上述目的由具有权利要求1的特征部分所述的特征的装置来实现。
根据本发明可知,如果传感器单元从颅骨的穿过(Durchführung)同时用作固定安置(方式),则可廉价地实现传感器单元在颅骨上的固定。为此使用自攻外螺纹,通过所述自攻外螺纹实现传感器单元在颅骨上的持久、稳固且廉价的固定。在植入后,传感器单元相对于脑组织的不希望运动被可靠地阻止。可免除昂贵的附加固定措施。
根据权利要求2的外螺纹实现一种紧凑的装置。同时,可靠地防止了外螺纹相对于传感器单元的不希望的移动。
根据权利要求3的外螺纹解决了可通过穿过颅骨而植入的测量装置的布置中的另一个重要问题,即传感器单元相对于颅骨可靠地密封,使得能可靠地防止液体或脑组织的外泄。这种密封通过在穿过区域内直接设置密封外螺纹来实现,从而降低了对传感器部分的下游近端的密封要求或者可完全忽略这种下游近端密封。
根据权利要求4的外螺纹制造起来是廉价的。
根据权利要求5的外螺纹使得可对所述外螺纹的不同功能进行功能分离,即一方面攻入,另一方面密封。
根据权利要求6的止动部允许对所述装置的旋入进行限制。在止动部的区域内,外螺纹下游的传感器单元在近端传感器部分中还可具有在颅骨上的附加密封。

下面参照附图对本发明的实施例进行更详细的说明。唯一的附图示出用于测量脑参数的装置穿过病人头部一截面的剖面图。
具体实施方式
总体用1表示的用于测量脑参数的装置包括能以最小侵入(minimalinvasiv)的方式在远端植入到软组织和/或脑室中的导管传感器单元2。在所述测量脑参数的装置的远端,即导管传感器单元2进入病人的脑组织或脑液体2a处,导管传感器单元2具有压力传感器3和温度传感器3a。导管传感器单元2在近端固定于病人的颅骨4上。
为了将导管传感器单元2固定在颅骨4上,传感器单元2的近端圆周部分具有自攻外螺纹5。在攻入颅骨4时,所述外螺纹在颅骨4内生成与外螺纹5互补的内螺纹6。
外螺纹5是传感器单元2的一体组成部分,而不是传感器单元2的可分离部件。外螺纹5具有图中未示出的密封涂层,使得传感器单元2通过外螺纹5相对于颅骨4密封。因此,液体或组织不可能在植入传感器单元2的位置从脑部外泄。
装置1还包括设有通孔8的基板7,导管传感器单元2通过通孔8被导入,且通孔8与内螺纹6对准。当传感器单元2完全旋入时,近端顶部9经由外延区域10靠置在基板7上。这样,传感器单元2的顶部9就具有比传感器单元2的导管部分大得多的圆周部。所述外延区域10是传感器单元2的构造在近端端部即顶部9上的止动部,该止动部限定所述传感器单元2的旋入深度。
在顶部9中设有附加的近端密封件11,该密封件插入在顶部9的壳套12中。密封件11通过基板7使传感器单元2相对于颅骨4密封。由于外螺纹5的密封作用,密封件11也可省去。借助于螺帽13可将压力作用在密封件11上,所述螺帽13在图中从上方旋入壳套12中。
传感器单元2通过微型插头14和信号线15连接到在图中示出其多个部分的电子单元16。
基板7由螺钉17固定在颅骨4上。基板7在一侧具有在图中向上突出的螺栓18。在图中从上方覆盖所述装置1的半柔性的罩19在其侧边通过所述螺栓18固定住。这样,罩19沿其侧边被夹紧在基板7和紧固螺母20之间,所述紧固螺母20旋拧在所述螺栓18上。罩19保护整个装置1。罩19被头皮21覆盖。
在植入传感器单元2时,首先在颅骨4上打一孔。随后借助于螺钉17将基板7固定,使得通孔8与颅骨4中的孔对准。然后,使传感器单元2的导管部分穿过颅骨4中的孔。在插入过程中,当外螺纹5到达颅骨4中的孔时,立即将外螺纹5旋入。通过外螺纹5的自攻作用,在颅骨4的孔内形成内螺纹6。旋入过程一直持续至壳套12靠置在基板7上。最后,在旋上螺帽13后,进行与已置于基板7上的电子单元16的组件的连接。然后安装罩19并将最初移开的头皮21重新张紧在装置1之上。于是,装置1安装就绪以通过压力传感器3和温度传感器3a测量相应的生理参数脑压和脑温度。
Claims (6)
1.用于测量脑参数的装置(1),
-该装置包括导管传感器单元(2),该导管传感器单元
--可通过穿过颅骨(4)以最小侵入的方式在远端植入到软组织和/或脑室中,
--可在近端固定在所述颅骨(4)上,
其特征在于,所述传感器单元(2)的近端圆周部分具有用于将所述传感器单元(2)固定在所述颅骨(4)上的自攻外螺纹(5)。
2.根据权利要求1所述的装置,其特征在于,所述外螺纹(5)是所述传感器单元(2)的一体组成部分。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的装置,其特征在于,所述外螺纹(5)构造成使得所述传感器单元(2)可通过所述外螺纹(5)相对于所述颅骨(4)密封。
4.根据权利要求3所述的装置,其特征在于,所述外螺纹(5)由密封材料制成。
5.根据权利要求3所述的装置,其特征在于,所述外螺纹(5)具有密封涂层。
6.根据权利要求1至5中任一项所述的装置,其特征在于,所述传感器单元(2)在近端端部(9)处具有可靠置在所述颅骨(4)上的止动部(10)。
