Abstract

本发明涉及一种局域网接入装置及其方法,尤其涉及一种基于码分多址技术(CDMA)的移动无线局域网接入装置及其方法,本发明属于无线网络通信接口技术领域。
背景技术
无线局域网(WLAN,Wireless Local Area Network)作为无线通信网络的一个重要组成部分,近几年已经成为一个在通信技术领域取得巨大成功的典范;尤其是基于IEEE 802.11协议族的无线局域网目前已成为无线局域网领域中的主流,取得了广泛的应用,基本上成了无线局域网的代名词。目前无线局域网的应用模式可以分为两大类:一类是企业或个人自建的无线局域网,另一类是电信营运商构建的可运营的公共无线局域网(PWLAN)。PWLAN在机场、车站、酒店、旅馆、超市、剧场、公园、会议场所等人口密集的公共热点地区部署基于无线局域网技术,提供高带宽无线互联网接入服务。当今,随着WLAN市场的快速增长,公共无线局域网逐渐受到网络服务提供商(ISP)和蜂窝运营商(Celluar Operator)的青睐得到大规模的部署。无线局域网有着有线网络无法媲美的优点:可以在特定的环境,特定的时间随意构建网络;无线局域网又不像2G或3G那么庞大复杂,它更小巧,更灵活,更廉价,同时提供了更高的接入带宽。另一方面,随着无线局域网带宽的增加,以及视频编解码技术的发展,使无线局域网中的视频传输成为可能,也为无线局域网的视频通信提供了广阔的发展空间。现有的公共无线局域网多由小型的无线网络服务提供商(WISP)架构,缺乏一个有效的面向大众的收费平台。一般说来,虽然WLAN可以提供高速的数据业务,但WLAN却缺少对用户进行鉴权与计费机制,而且无线局域网的覆盖范围较小,一般都在热点地区,用户使用时受到地点限制,除此以外它还具有以下缺点:1)公共无线局域网架构复杂,部署不便;需要经过专业培训的人员进行架构部署,不方便公共无线局域网的推广。2)现有公共无线局域网还是依托于有线网络的无线扩展,架构中不可避免的需要铺设网线,会对原有建筑装潢造成破坏,这也阻碍了在公共热点地区的推广。3)现有公共无线局域网只能应用向静止、准静止的状态下的人群提供无线宽带数据业务。4)缺乏有效的收费模式。相比之下CDMA2000 1X网络经过多年的研究和实践,不仅有成熟的鉴权和计费机制,并且具有广覆盖的特点。如果互补两网的优势,将两网结合起来,将为运营商提供良好的发展用户、扩展用户的空间。
发明内容
技术问题:本发明的目的在于克服现有技术中的不足,提供一种基于码分多址技术的移动无线局域网接入装置及方法,通过CDMA 1X技术在移动环境和准静止环境下提供高带宽无线互联网接入的无线局域网接入设备。
技术方案:本发明将WLAN数据转换成CDMA1X数据,通过网络无线转发网络数据到互联网;使得用户通过无线局域网链路与本发明装置相连时可以共享多路CDMA带宽。
在电路结构上:嵌入式微处理器与电源供电电路、时钟电路、复位电路直接相连;嵌入式微处理器经过调试线与JTAG调试电路相连;嵌入式微处理器经过第一数据控制线与第一10/100M以太网接口电路相连,经过第二数据控制线与第二10/100M以太网接口电路相连,经过第三数据控制线与USB接口电路相连,经过第四数据控制线与串行接口电路相连,经过第五数据控制线与CDMA接口电路组成相连;经过第一数据地址线与随机存取电路相连,经过第二数据地址线与闪存电路相连,经过第三数据地址线与无线局域网接入模块接口电路相连。
嵌入式微处理器经过第四数据控制线与CDMA接口电路相连,具体表现在:嵌入式微处理器的扩展地址总线与译码器U3的地址线通过地址线相连;嵌入式微处理器的扩展地址总线与通用异步收发器U2的地址线通过地址线相连;嵌入式微处理器的通用I/O接口与通用异步收发器U2的串口中断通过中断线相连;嵌入式微处理器的扩展数据总线与通用异步收发器U2的数据线通过数据线相连;嵌入式微处理器的扩展写数据使能、扩展读数据使能与通用异步收发器U2的写使能、读使能相连。
CDMA接口电路包括通用异步收发器U2、译码器U3、7.3728M晶体振荡器、第一CDMA数据通信模块U4、第二CDMA数据通信模块U5、第三CDMA数据通信模块U6、第四CDMA数据通信模块U7,第一R-UIM智能卡接口U8、第二R-UIM智能卡接口U9、第三R-UIM智能卡接口U10、第四R-UIM智能卡接口U11组成;通用异步收发器U2的扩展串口1、扩展串口2、扩展串口3、扩展串口4和第一CDMA数据通信模块U4、第二CDMA数据通信模块U5、第三CDMA数据通信模块U6、第四CDMA数据通信模块U7分别通过第一控制数据线、第二控制数据线、第三控制数据线、第四控制数据线相连;第一CDMA数据通信模块U4、第二CDMA数据通信模块U5、第三CDMA数据通信模块U6、第四CDMA数据通信模块U7的R-UIM接口和第一R-UIM智能卡接口U8、第二R-UIM智能卡接口U9、第三R-UIM智能卡接口U10、第四R-UIM智能卡接口U11的UIM卡数据接口分别通过UIM卡数据线相连。
嵌入式微处理器经过第三数据地址线与无线局域网接入模块接口电路相连,具体表现在:嵌入式微处理器的PCI控制器地址线、PCI数据线、通用I/O接口、PCI控制器分别与无线基带处理芯片U25的地址线、数据线、中断信号、控制线相连。
无线局域网接入模块接口电路包括无线基带处理芯片U25,双边带多模式射频芯片U29,射频输出电路U30组成;无线基带处理芯片U25的模数转换接口、数模转换接口、射频重启动、时钟接口、数据输入口、数据输出口分别和双边带多模式射频芯片U29的射频接收接口、射频发送接口、重启动、数据时钟、数据输出、数据输入相连;无线基带处理芯片U25的射频电路控制线与射频输出电路U30的控制接口相连;双边带多模式射频芯片U29的2.4G频率接口、5G频率接口分别与射频输出电路U30的2.4G频率接口、5G频率接口相连。
接入方法具体包括以下步骤:
1.)该装置通过CDMA接口电路实现CDMA网络接入,并通过认证与因特网连接,
2.)该装置通过无线局域网接入模块接口电路与其他无线局域网设备连接,
3.)该装置同时通过第一10/100M以太网接口电路和第二10/100M以太网接口电路与有线网络进行连接,
4.)该装置将无线局域网接入模块接口或以太网接口接入的用户数据根据路由策略通过CDMA接口进行转发,同时将CDMA接口接收的数据根据接收目的地址通过无线局域网模块接口或以太网接口转发。
有益效果:WLAN虽然可以提供高速的数据业务,但WLAN却缺少对用户进行鉴权与计费机制,而且无线局域网的覆盖范围较小,一般都在热点地区,用户使用时受到地点限制。CDMA2000 1X网络经过多年的研究和实践,不仅有成熟的鉴权和计费机制,并且具有广覆盖的特点。本发明充分利用两网的优势,将两网结合起来,利用CDMA2000 1X和WLAN技术提供一个可以部署在移动环境或静止环境的轻量级纯无线网络连接的网络接入系统。该装置部署简单,只需提供电源即可实现无线网络连接,内网提供802.11b/g宽带无线接入服务和10/100M以太网接入服务,外网接口采用4路CDMA2000 1X数据链路连接到CDMA网,通过CDMA运营商现有的网络实现互联网访问。该装置可以方便地组建无线局域网、有线局域网以及两者的混合型网络,并为其中的用户提供便捷的英特网接入服务。将为运营商提供良好的发展用户、扩展用户的空间。

在电路中:U1是嵌入式微处理器Intel IXP425网络处理器;U2是串口扩展芯片ST16C554D通用异步收发器。U3是74138数据选择器;U4~U7是CM800A作为CDMA数据通信模块;U8~U11是R-UIM智能卡接口;U12、U13是10/100M以太网接口。U14是USB接口;U15是串行通信接口;U16~U17是以太网电平转换接口;U18~U19是DM9161以太网物理层芯片;U20是ISP1161A1通用串行总线控制器;U21是SP3232E一种RS-232通讯器;U22、U23、U26、U27是HY57V561620B存储芯片;U24、U28是Intel TE28F128 Flash芯片;U25是5GHz和2.4GHz无线局域网多协议MAC/基带处理器AR5212;U29是支持IEEE 802.11a/b/g无线局域网的双边带多模式射频芯片;U30是射频输出电路和天线整合模块。

本实施例硬件环境:
嵌入式微处理器1:具体采用Intel Xscale系列网络处理器;
电源供电电路2:具体采用LM1084线性电源芯片以及1117系列电源芯片;
时钟电路3:具体采用33MHZ晶体振荡器;
复位电路4:具体采用SN74AHC1G04芯片;
JTAG调试电路5:具体采用标准的JTAG接口与芯片JTAG接口相连;
第一10/100M以太网接口电路6:具体采用25MHZ晶体振荡器、DM9161以太网物理层TX/FX收发器芯片和11F-05以太网电压转换接口芯片;

嵌入式微处理器1与电源供电电路2、时钟电路3、复位电路4直接相连;嵌入式微处理器1经过调试线14与JTAG调试电路5相连;嵌入式微处理器1经过第一数据控制线15与第一10/100M以太网接口电路6相连,经过第二数据控制线16与第二10/100M以太网接口电路7相连,经过第三数据控制线17与USB接口电路8相连,经过第四数据控制线18与串行接口电路9相连,经过第五数据控制线22与CDMA接口电路组成13相连;经过第一数据地址线19与随机存取电路10相连,经过第二数据地址线20与闪存电路11相连,经过第三数据地址线21与无线局域网接入模块接口电路12相连。
如图2所示,由电路模块U2~U11构成CDMA接口电路13。CDMA模块接口采用4路CDMA2000 1X数据链路连接到CDMA网,通过CDMA运营商现有的网络实现互联网访问,四路传输,增加数据传输速度。图中,U8~U11是R-UIM智能卡它是专为CDMA蜂窝系统应用设计的。U4~U7是韩国GIGA公司的CM800A模块用作CDMA通信,模块中的Q2458单边带模块提供一个3.0V的R-UIM接口。CM800A是为数据通信而设计的CDMA调制解调器,支持IS-95A,B,C协议,拥有标准的RS-232接口,能够通过AT指令进行远程控制,数据传输最高达153.6Kbps。U2是ST16C554D芯片,通过外接晶振提供系统时钟,同时提供四路通用异步收发器(UART),将微处理器IntelIXP425的扩展总线扩展为四路RS232串口TTL电平电路。ST16C554D主要为UART收、发单元的数据提供串行-并行、并行-串行转换。CM800A模块通过RS-232接口与ST16C554D芯片相连。嵌入式微处理器U1通过扩展地址线控制74138译码器U3选择ST16C554D的一路UART通道;另一路扩展地址线控制ST16C554D的内部寄存器,这些状态寄存器为用户提供错误提示,操作状态,和调制解调器接口的控制,并可以根据用户的需要定制系统中断;通用I/O接口连接ST16C554D的串口中断,微处理器根据中断信号执行相应的中断处理程序;扩展数据线和读写信号线协同工作完成数据的读写过程。这一系列模块相互协作实现了1~4路CDMA2000 1X数据链路到CDMA网络的连接。作为整个系统的前端,它的实现直接影响到整个局域网在移动环境中通过无线方式接入Internet的实现。通过四路CDMA模块的连接,本系统的CDMA传输数上限可高达600kbps,平均速率为320kbps,可以达到一般的宽带标准。
图3中,U12、U13是10/100M以太网接口,通过电平转换器U16、U17,与以太网物理层TX/FX收发器U18、U19相连接。电平转换器事实上起了一个电平转换的的功能,实现3.3V到以太网电平的转换。U18和U19是DM9161芯片,定位于IEEE 802.3物理层的应用,它为大多数802.3标准控制器到100BASE-TX、100BASE-FX和10BASE-T介质提供接口电路,实现了802.3U定义的100BASE-TX的全部的物理层功能,支持自动商议,对媒介速度和协议选择自动选择,另外,DM9161内部具有整形滤波器,无需外部滤波器对信号进行转换。在该以太网接口的实现中使用25MHz外部时钟输入,芯片的信号线与微处理器Intel IXP425的MII接口相应的信号线相连接,MII接口拥有独立的媒体接入控制器和网络处理引擎,符合IEEE802.3规范。以太网接口主要实现以有线方式接入Internet或作为监管数据的上传通路。U14是一个USB接口,它与USB通用串行总线控制器U20相连接。USB通用串行总线控制器U20采用ISP1161A1芯片,该芯片支持主机控制器(HC)和设备控制器(DC),遵循USB2.0规范,支持数据传送率在全速时达到12Mbit/s,在低速时达到1.5Mbit/s。ISP1161A1采用6MHz晶振输入,数据线和控制线分别与微处理器的扩展总线和通用I/O接口相连接,完成读写控制过程。U15是串行通信接口,它与串行通信控制器U21相连。串行通信控制器采用TTL电平转换芯片SP3232E。因为该硬件系统需要由宿主机调试,所以这里UART主要在开发阶段用来对系统进行配置与调试(作为控制口)。
图4中,由电路模块U22、U23、U26、U27构成了随机存取电路10;由电路模块U24和U28构成了闪存电路11;由电路模块U25、U29、U30构成了无线局域网接入模块接口电路12;其次还包含了电源供电电路1-2、时钟电路3、复位电路4和JTAG调试电路5。
电源供电电路2提供了系统所需要各种电压,本系统的供电部分共需要4种电平,分别是直流5V、3.3V、1.3V和3.6V。其中,5V、3.3V、1.3V的电源主要给CPU和大部分芯片供电,而3.6V电源是为I/O部分连接的CDMA模块提供所需要的电平。在电源模块电路中,采用外部整流提供的5V的直流电源,再通过LT1084电源调整芯片来完成第二步变压形成稳定低纹波的+3.3V和+1.3V的电压供应。+3.6V的电压由于只在CDMA模块部分需要,所以单独使用4个1117系列电压调整芯片为四路CDMA模块提供稳定的+3.6V电压。
时钟电路3主要是通过一个33MHz的晶振给出激励,产生的时钟信号先经过一个分频器,生成四路不变频率的信号,分别给CPU芯片,FLASH芯片和miniPCI接口部分电路提供时钟信号。这些时钟信号帮助各部分在上电和复位的时候完成与CPU的同步。Intel IXP425网络处理器工作533MHz的主频上,微处理器的输入时钟由处理器的内部乘法器倍频至133MHz,用来驱动PC133SDRAM接口。本平台采用IDT2308-1H芯片完成分频功能,它是一种高速相位锁存循环时钟乘法器,用于时钟信号分发,工作频率范围10~133MHz。
复位电路4由开关器件和非门电路构成,完成整个系统的复位。非门由芯片SN74AHC1G04实现。
JTAG调试点路5是由调试接口和上拉电阻构成的,它与微处理器的JTAG接口相连接,主要用作程序的下载和调试。
随机存取电路10是系统的主存电路,微处理器IXP425支持PC-133的16bit宽度SDRAM,最小是32MB,最大是256MB,在本系统中,SDRAM由4片16M*16的HY57V561620CT-H芯片组成128MB的存储空间。随机存取电路和Intel Xscale网络处理器之间的数据通过数据线来连接,地址则通过地址线来连接。在这部分电路中,对SDRAM的读写操作是32位数据总线的数据传输,需要两片SDRAM组合从而提供32Bits的数据宽度。每组的两个SDRAM芯片要同时工作,要求两个SDRAM芯片使用相同的片选信号,相同的时钟输入,相同的地址线连接。而不同组的SDRAM之间是通过片选信号来区分的,另外控制线选择了外部命令到来的时候接受操作的芯片。闪存电路5由两片16MByte的Intel TE28F128芯片组成。
本系统中闪存电路11是通过CPU的扩展总线连接的,总线的数据总线为16bit,地址总线为24bit。通过外部总线自己的片选信号和总线上连接的其他设备区别开来。片选信号决定了选用的具体芯片,而片选信号是从CPU而来的读写控制信号。另外还有来自CPU的RESET_IN信号,控制这部分电路的重启动。
无线局域网接入模块接口电路12主要提供802.11无线接入点功能。IXP425支持32bit 33/66MHz的PCI控制器,这个PCI控制器内置PCI arbiter,采用host模式,通过PCI总线连接无线局域网接入模块。无线基带处理芯片U25采用Atheros公司的AR5212芯片。它集成了PCI\CARDBUS主机接口。图中IXP425的PCI控制器的地址、PCI数据线和PCI控制器与AR5212的对应信号线相连,完成嵌入式微处理器与无线接入设备电路13的交互。同时无线基带处理芯片U25集成了MAC层、基带处理器、数模\模数转换器,结合双边带多模式射频芯片U29,组成一个低功耗高效率的无限局域网网卡和接入点的解决方案,双边带多模式射频芯片U29采用AR5112芯片。如图4所示,AR5212芯片的模数转换接口,数模转换接口,数据输入接口和数据输出接口分别与AR5112芯片的对应信号线相连接完成了基带信号的处理和交互。AR5112芯片提供双边带2.4/5GHz两种输出,其2.4G频率接口和5G频率接口与射频输出电路模块U30连接对应的信号线连接;同时AR5212的射频电路控制线与射频输出电路模块U30的对应信号线相连,完成输出模式的选择,可以支持所有的IEEE 802.11a,802.11b,802.11g的速率。作为整个系统的前端,无线接入设备电路担负着提供无线接入点功能和截获网络数据包的任务。

1.一种基于码分多址技术的移动无线局域网接入装置,其特征在于嵌入式微处理器(1)与电源供电电路(2)、时钟电路(3)、复位电路(4)直接相连;嵌入式微处理器(1)经过调试线(14)与JTAG调试电路(5)相连;嵌入式微处理器(1)经过第一数据控制线(15)与第一10/100M以太网接口电路(6)相连,经过第二数据控制线(16)与第二10/100M以太网接口电路(7)相连,经过第三数据控制线(17)与USB接口电路(8)相连,经过第四数据控制线(18)与串行接口电路(9)相连,经过第五数据控制线(22)与CDMA接口电路组成(13)相连;经过第一数据地址线(19)与随机存取电路(10)相连,经过第二数据地址线(20)与闪存电路(11)相连,经过第三数据地址线(21)与无线局域网接入模块接口电路(12)相连。
2.根据权利要求1所述的基于码分多址技术的移动无线局域网接入装置,其特征是嵌入式微处理器(1)经过第四数据控制线(22)与CDMA接口电路(13)相连,具体表现在:嵌入式微处理器(1)的扩展地址总线与译码器U3的地址线通过地址线(23)相连;嵌入式微处理器(1)的扩展地址总线与通用异步收发器U2的地址线通过地址线(25)相连;嵌入式微处理器(1)的通用I/O接口与通用异步收发器U2的串口中断通过中断线(26)相连;嵌入式微处理器(1)的扩展数据总线与通用异步收发器U2的数据线通过数据线(27)相连;嵌入式微处理器(1)的扩展写数据使能、扩展读数据使能与通用异步收发器U2的写使能、读使能相连。

5.根据权利要求1所述的基于码分多址技术的移动无线局域网接入装置,其特征是无线局域网接入模块接口电路(12)包括无线基带处理芯片U25,双边带多模式射频芯片U29,射频输出电路U30组成;无线基带处理芯片U25的模数转换接口、数模转换接口、射频重启动、时钟接口、数据输入口、数据输出口分别和双边带多模式射频芯片U29的射频接收接口、射频发送接口、重启动、数据时钟、数据输出、数据输入相连;无线基带处理芯片U25的射频电路控制线与射频输出电路U30的控制接口相连;双边带多模式射频芯片U29的2.4G频率接口、5G频率接口分别与射频输出电路U30的2.4G频率接口、5G频率接口相连。
6.一种基于码分多址技术的移动无线局域网接入装置的接入方法,其特征在于该接入方法具体包括以下步骤:
1.)该装置通过CDMA接口电路(13)实现CDMA网络接入,并通过认证与因特网连接,
2.)该装置通过无线局域网接入模块接口电路(12)与其他无线局域网设备连接,
3.)该装置同时通过第一10/100M以太网接口电路(6)和第二10/100M以太网接口电路(7)与有线网络进行连接,
4.)该装置将无线局域网接入模块接口或以太网接口接入的用户数据根据路由策略通过CDMA接口进行转发,同时将CDMA接口接收的数据根据接收目的地址通过无线局域网模块接口或以太网接口转发。
