一种加强型弹涂浮雕骨料,其特征在于:组份重量百分比为:改性氟石膏30~50%;灰钙1~3%;白水泥10~20%;石英砂30~50%;甲基羟乙基纤维素0.1~1%;木质纤维素0.3~1%;醋酸乙烯-叔碳酸乙烯酯1~3%。其优点废物利用:从根本上解决了AHF工业三废治理的难题,并大大提高了AHF工业的经济效益;节能环保:氟石膏改性基料制成的各种建筑材料,无放射性,建材工业场地环境清洁,无环境污染;整个工艺无需焙烧过程,节约能源;投资小,产出高:氟石膏改性基料制成的各种建筑材料性能价格比高,城乡皆可使用,利于全国推广应用。

加强型弹涂浮雕骨料
技术领域
本发明涉及建材技术领域,具体的说是一种加强型弹涂浮雕骨料。
背景技术
我国AHF工业产能居世界首位,生产能力约80万吨/年左右,生产中产生的废渣氟石膏300万吨/年左右,对环境危害较大。目前对于废渣的综合利用发展不平衡,东部地区利用,主要是应用于水泥工业作辅料,都为低附加值的利用;西部地区因水泥资源丰富,氟石膏废渣未能得到利用。近年来,建材工业发展迅速,但是,消耗了大量的资源,而又有许多工业废弃物没有能得到综合利用。利用氟石膏改性技术,可以大量使用冶金、电力、建筑业、城市、农村固体废弃物生产节能环保新型建材,对推动我国AHF工业、建材工业、建筑业技术进步和节能降耗、改善环境有重大意义。
发明内容
本发明的目的是研制一种易涂刷,附着力、凝固速度适中,表面坚硬不开裂,强度高的加强型弹涂浮雕骨料。
本发明加强型弹涂浮雕骨料,其组份重量百分比为:
改性氟石膏               30~50%
氧化钙                   1~3%
白水泥                   10~20%
石英砂                   30~50%
甲基羟乙基纤维素         0.1~1%
木质纤维素               0.3~1%
醋酸乙烯-叔碳酸乙烯酯    1~3%
改性氟石膏在我单位同日申请的“AHF工业废渣——氟石膏改性制备新型环保节能建材基料及工艺”专利中作了详细介绍。
本发明加强型弹涂浮雕骨料的优点:
1、废物利用:从根本上解决了HF工业三废治理的难题,并大大提高了AHF工业的经济效益;
2、节能环保:氟石膏改性基料制成的各种建筑材料,无放射性,建材工业场地环境清洁,无环境污染;整个工艺无需焙烧过程,节约能源;
3、投资小,产出高:氟石膏改性基料制成的各种建筑材料性能价格比高,城乡皆可使用,利于全国推广应用。
具体实施方式
实施例一:
改性氟石膏               50kg
氧化钙                   3kg
白水泥                   10kg
石英砂                   35kg
甲基羟乙基纤维素         0.1kg
木质纤维素               0.9kg
醋酸乙烯-叔碳酸乙烯酯    1kg
把以上组份放入球磨中搅拌研磨均匀,达到200目后装袋入库。
实施例二:
改性氟石膏               30kg
氧化钙                   1kg
白水泥                   15kg
石英砂                   50kg
甲基羟乙基纤维素         0.7kg
木质纤维素               0.3kg
醋酸乙烯-叔碳酸乙烯酯    3kg
把以上组份放入球磨中搅拌研磨均匀,达到200目后装袋入库。
实施例三:
改性氟石膏               35kg
氧化钙                   2kg
白水泥                   20kg
石英砂                   40kg
甲基羟乙基纤维素         0.5kg
木质纤维素               0.5kg
醋酸乙烯-叔碳酸乙烯酯    2kg
把以上组份放入球磨中搅拌研磨均匀,达到200目后装袋入库。
实施例四:
改性氟石膏               45kg
氧化钙                   1kg
白水泥                   17.5kg
石英砂                   34kg
甲基羟乙基纤维素         0.7kg
木质纤维素               0.8kg
醋酸乙烯-叔碳酸乙烯酯    1kg
把以上组份放入球磨中搅拌研磨均匀,达到200目后装袋入库。
