Abstract

本发明公开了一种可缩短冷却时间、从而提高生产效率的通风式灭菌柜中的冷却装置，包括：穿设在所述灭菌柜柜体中的至少一对冷却接口，在灭菌柜的内腔中设置有至少一组冷却盘管，每组冷却盘管的两端分别与一对冷却接口相连通。本发明主要用于各种灭菌柜中。

技术领域
本发明涉及到灭菌柜中的冷却装置，尤其涉及到通风式灭菌柜中的冷却装置。
背景技术
传统的通风式灭菌柜中没有设置冷却装置，每次灭菌处理过后，必须打开柜门，让灭菌柜中的待灭菌物通风、使之自然冷却，然后，将灭菌物品从灭菌柜中取出。众所周知，经过高温灭菌处理的灭菌物品自然冷却至室温，需要很长的时间，这样就导致整个灭菌柜的生产效率非常低。
发明内容
本发明所要解决的技术问题是：提供一种可缩短冷却时间、从而提高生产效率的通风式灭菌柜中的冷却装置。
为解决上述技术问题，本发明采用的技术方案为：通风式灭菌柜中的冷却装置，包括：穿设在所述灭菌柜柜体中的至少一对冷却接口，在灭菌柜的内腔中设置有至少一组冷却盘管，每组冷却盘管的两端分别与一对冷却接口相连通。
上述灭菌柜的两侧柜体中分别穿设有一对冷却接口，灭菌柜的内腔中设置有两组分别与两对冷却接口相对应的冷却盘管，每组盘管的两端分别与同侧的一对冷却接口相连通。
本发明的有益效果是：本发明中由于设置了冷却装置，在每次灭菌处理结束，可以通过在冷却装置中通入冷却介质，使得灭菌柜中的灭菌物品快速冷却，使得冷却时间大大缩短，从而提高了生产效率。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图，详细描述本发明的具体实施方案。
如图1、图2所示，本发明所述的通风式灭菌柜中的冷却装置，包括：两对上、下冷却接口3和4，两对上、下冷却接口3和4分别设置在灭菌柜1两侧的柜体中，灭菌柜1的内腔中设置有两组分别与两对上、下冷却接口3和4相对应的冷却盘管5，每组冷却盘管5的两端分别与对应的上、下冷却接口3和4相连通。
本发明中由于设置了冷却装置，在每次灭菌处理结束，可以往设置在灭菌柜1柜体中的两个下冷却接口4中不断通入冷却介质，冷却介质通过冷却盘管5对灭菌柜内腔2及其中的灭菌物品进行冷却降温，然后从上冷却接口3返回；要不了多长时间，灭菌柜内腔2及其中的灭菌物品就可以冷却至常温以下，这时就可以打开柜门，将灭菌柜内腔2中的灭菌物品取出。大大缩短了冷却时间，提高了生产效率。

1.通风式灭菌柜中的冷却装置，其特征在于：包括：两对上、下冷却接口，两对上、下冷却接口分别设置在灭菌柜两侧的柜体中，灭菌柜的内腔中设置有两组分别与两对上、下冷却接口相对应的冷却盘管，每组冷却盘管的两端分别与对应的上、下冷却接口相连通；在每次灭菌处理结束，往设置在灭菌柜柜体中的两个下冷却接口中不断通入冷却介质，冷却介质通过冷却盘管对灭菌柜内腔及其中的灭菌物品进行冷却降温，然后从上冷却接口返回；要不了多长时间，灭菌柜内腔及其中的灭菌物品就可以冷却至常温以下，这时就可以打开柜门，将灭菌柜内腔中的灭菌物品取出，大大缩短了冷却时间，提高了生产效率。
