Background
1. invention field
The present invention relates to a kind of emulsifier combination that comprises the blend of natural and synthetic sodium sulfonate.
2. technical background
Be used for the emulsible lubricating composition process of cutting fluid, hydraulic fluid, metal working lubricant etc. in preparation, petroleum sodium sulfonate is widely used as main emulsifying agent.
Petroleum sodium sulfonate usually makes as the accessory substance of the refinery practice of the transformer oil of for example white lubricating oil of oil product, medicinal oil and some grade that wherein make some height refining.Make the highly oil product of refining by petroleum distillate or the raffinate of handling refining with oleum, this oleum makes sulfonic acid with some component reaction of oil, some sulfonic acid are oil-soluble and some sulfonic acid are water miscible, form two-phase system thus. This two is separated into two-layerly, and wherein one deck is to contain the rufous of oil-soluble or the oil reservoir of russet sulfonic acid, and one deck generally is called the water miscible coating of acid sludge layer, and this layer contains resin-like material, unreacted sulfuric acid and water miscible or green sulfonic acid.Usually reclaim from oil reservoir with their sodium-salt form with these layers separation and with oil-soluble sulfonic acid then.
Found to be preferably oil-soluble russet sulfonic acid can be widely used in the preparation emulsible oil product, for example the cutting oil of solubility, hydraulic fluid, be used to form the metal working lubricant liquid of metal etc.Should neutralize to make sodium salt and to use polar solvent by the acidity oil reservoir, normally the alcohol extraction is to isolate the activity of most of oil phases and raising sodium sulfonate. These class methods are in U.S. Patent No. 1,930, have carried out the argumentation of general introduction property in 488.Production via the white oil of said method has become uneconomical day by day, and therefore significantly descends as the output of the sulfonate of the accessory substance of white oil refining. This makes petroleum sodium sulfonate obviously short.
Another major defect that is accompanied by natural oil sulfonate is the inconsistent of their quality and the therefore variation of their emulsifiability. In order to improve emulsifiability, add for example soap of dissimilar secondary surfaces activating agents usually. The quantity of the secondary surfaces activating agent that uses depend on use sulfonate quality and change.U.S. Patent No. 4,140,642 have described a kind of improved emulsifier combination: wherein alkyl aryl sulphonic acid is used with organic or inorganic alkali, and wherein Suan equivalent distributes according to function C=f (M), wherein C represents that concentration and M represent the equivalent of various acid, and this function has two different equivalent maximum M 1And M 2, M 1<M 2Astoundingly, the inventor has found a kind ofly can provide emulsifier combination with consistent emulsifiability and economic sulfonate blend. This blend comprises: at least a not as the accessory substance of olein sweetening process preparation and can inextractable trona metal petroleum sulfonate and by other high activity synthesising sulfonate of following selection or the blend of sulfonic acid: make it possible to make have 60% or more the high activity content of material emulsification system and make it possible to the equilibrium oil dissolubility and emulsifiability and the excellent surfactant system is provided thus.
