Abstract

Description
本发明涉及一种以真空吸尘器为例的清洁用具的清洁头。
大多数真空吸尘器不是“立式”类型就是“卧式”类型,在一些国家被称为过滤罐(canister)或者桶形清洁器(barrel cleaner)。一个立式真空吸尘器通常包括一个将污物和灰尘分离装置包含在内的主体、一个可旋转地安装于主体上且具有污浊空气入口的清洁头以及一个通过污浊空气入口将污浊空气吸入至污物和灰尘分离装置的电机和风扇单元,从而在清洁空气排放至大气之前,污物和灰尘能够从气流中分离出来。污浊空气通过污浊空气入口吸入真空吸尘器,该污浊空气入口朝向下方,从而面对着待清洁的地板。污物和灰尘分离装置可以采用过滤袋的形式,或者如已知那样可选择地采用旋风式装置的形式。本发明不涉及污物和灰尘分离装置的本质,因此适用于采用任何污物和灰尘分离装置的真空吸尘器。
搅动器采用以刷条为例的形式,它被支承于污浊空气入口,使得它从入口突出很少一点。例示性的刷条包括伸长的圆柱核心,刷毛沿其长度从径向方向伸出。刷条通过电机驱动,示例性地通过一条驱动皮带驱动,使刷条在入口内旋转。刷条的旋转使得刷毛将污物和碎屑从待清洁的地毯的纤维里拍打出来。空气的吸力使得空气在刷条周围和下方流动,从而使得污物和灰尘从待清洁表面浮起,然后从污浊空气入口将其送至污物和灰尘分离装置。在清洁铺有地毯的表面的时候,与不使用搅动器比较,使用搅动器提供一种优良的清洁性能。
本发明的第一实施方案提供一种用于清洁用具的清洁头,该清洁用具包括污物和灰尘分离装置、被布置来驱动用来产生抽吸气流的风扇的电机和用来启动电机的选择性可操作开关,该清洁头包括一个可驱动搅动器,该搅动器被布置成使得在电机开启时搅动器被驱动。
本发明的第二实施方案提供一种清洁用具,该清洁用具包括容纳有污物和灰尘分离装置的主体、被布置来驱动用来产生抽吸气流的风扇的电机、用来启动电机的选择性可操作开关以及具有可驱动的搅动器的清洁头,该搅动器被布置使得在电机开启时搅动器被驱动。
本发明的另一实施方案为清洁用具提供控制电路,该清洁用具包括污物和灰尘分离装置、被布置来驱动用来产生抽吸气流的风扇的电机和具有可驱动搅动器的清洁头,该电路包括可由使用者操作的开关以启动电机,并被布置使得在电机开启时搅动器被驱动。
业已发现的是,对于传统吸尘器而言,使用者在重新启动其用具的时候往往会忘记开启搅动器,从而未能得到最佳清洁性能。本发明使得搅动器在主真空电机启动时自动驱动,从而避免以上情况的发生。使用者在使用吸尘器时无需记得选择搅动器的操作。
优选地,搅动器通过其自己的专用电机驱动,该电机可以位于清洁头上。
可以为搅动器电机提供一个开关,这样如果使用者希望例如对未铺地毯的表面实施清洁时,能够关闭搅动器电机。搅动器电机然后可以被重新启动以对铺地毯的表面实施清洁。
现在将以附图为参考,通过实例的方式来描述本发明,其中:
图1是根据本发明第一实施方案构造的表面处理用具的主视图;
图2是图1中的用具的表面处理头的部分剖开的立体图;而
图3是处于使用模式中的图1中的用具的部分剖开的立体图。
说明书中相同的参考数字始终表示相同的部件。
以图1和3为参考,表面处理用具以真空吸尘器的形式示出,并概括性地用参考数字1表示。真空吸尘器1包括主体2、可由使用者操作的把手3以及使吸尘器能够沿地板表面滚动前进的大辊子4。
如图3中所见,辊子4容纳着风扇5和用来驱动风扇的电机6。电机6和风扇5一起产生吸力,以将以空气为例的流体吸入到装置中。可以布置电机6和风扇5使其与辊子4一起旋转或者也可以约束电机和风扇从而使得辊子相对于它们旋转。以可由使用者操作的按钮7为形式的开关设置在主体2的上部,并且被布置为,当按下按钮时,电机6被启动。电机也可以通过这个按钮7关闭。
主体2还容纳着分离装置8,该分离装置用来从通过风扇5和电机6而吸入机器的污浊气流中分离污物、灰尘和其它碎屑。在这个实施方案中,分离装置8是旋风式的,在其内部,污物和灰尘从气流中旋转地分离出来。旋风式分离装置8包括相对于彼此以串联方式排列的两级旋风分离。第一级是一个具有圆柱形外壁的腔体9,第二级包括一个组件10,该组件由多个带锥度的、实质为截头圆锥体形状的、以相互并行的方式排列的腔体所组成。气流沿切向进入第一旋风腔体9的上部。较大的碎屑和颗粒被除去并被收集在第一旋风腔体9里。然后,气流流过护罩11来到由多个较小的截头圆锥体形状的旋风腔体组成的组件10。更细微的灰尘被这些腔体分离,分离出来的灰尘被收集在一个公共收集区域中。多个分离装置组成的第二组件10可以是直立式的,也就是其气流入口和出口位于顶部而其污物出口位于底部;或者也可以是倒立式的,也就是其气流入口和出口位于底部而其污物出口位于顶部。灰尘分离装置8的本质对于本发明不具有实质上的意义。
主体2还容纳着用来吸附在已净化气流中的细微颗粒的过滤器(这些图中不可见)。这些过滤器用来除去任何未被分离装置从气流中除去的细微灰尘颗粒。在电机6和风扇5前面提供称为电机前过滤器的第一过滤器。在电机6和风扇5后面提供称为电机后过滤器的第二过滤器。当在驱动吸力风扇5的电机6上具有碳刷时,电机后过滤器也用来吸附由碳刷散发的任何碳颗粒。然后,清洁空气排放至大气。
辊子4使得吸尘器能够沿地板表面轻松地操作。然而,在主体2处于竖直或者实质竖直位置的时候,辊子4可能不能为吸尘器提供足够的支承。针对这一点,提供了支承装置12。
把手3从主体2的后部向上延伸出来。在吸尘器1处于图1所示的位置的时候,它能够在卧倒模式下使用,在该模式下把手3可以被释放从而被当作一个软管和操纵杆(hose and wand)组件来使用。主体2上的转接阀自动地将灰尘分离装置8连接至操纵杆和软管组件,以至于吸尘器能够为了在地板上方的清洁在卧倒模式下使用。空气通过操纵杆的端部吸入吸尘器,为了便于操作,该操纵杆可以从吸尘器释放下来。
当吸尘器1在传统的直立模式下使用的时候,使用者使主体2向后倾斜。在吸尘器1的主体2向后倾斜以进行立式清洁的时候,布置支承装置12为可缩回的,诸如在图3所示出的那样。
清洁头13用来在直立清洁模式下处理地板表面,其在图2中更加具体地示出。在这个实施方案中,清洁头包括一个腔体14,用来支承形式为刷条15的搅动器。该腔体较低的朝向地板的一侧具有空气入口槽16,刷条15可旋转地安装于腔体内,以至于刷条上的刷毛17能够通过入口槽突出来,并能够在清洁头要经过的地板表面上搅动。刷条15被清洁头内的专用电机18可旋转地驱动。一套齿轮系统19将电机18和刷条15联接在一起以提供驱动。
为刷条电机18提供电气连接装置20以接通该电机。依照本发明,布置清洁头13以至于在主真空电机6开启时清洁头里的电机18也接通,从而使得刷条15在吸尘器启动时自动地被驱动。
图3的部分剖视图显示了控制电路21,可以用来实现启动时刷条1 5的自动驱动。控制电路21位于管道22之内,在灰尘分离装置8之后并且在位于辊子4内部的主真空电机6的上游,其中管道22形成抽吸气流通道的一部分。电路21在气流中的定位保证电子元件得到足够的冷却。
使用者也可以通过一个开关来选择刷条电机18的启动与关闭,该开关以可按压的按钮23的形式提供于机器上。按钮23很方便地位于一个容易看见的位置,即位于机器的主体2的顶部。按钮23可以用来关闭用于刷条15的电机18。例如,使用者可能希望清洁未铺地毯的表面,这种情况下不需要使用刷条15。或者,使用者可能希望使用软管和操纵杆组件来清洁。
在这个实施方案中,按钮23提供于靠近按钮7的位置,使用者通过该按钮7开启吸尘器1并启动主真空电机6以产生抽吸气流。按钮7、23的上面可以具有可见标记,以说明它们各自的功能。
控制电路21被布置成能够对自身进行重新设置,从而在主真空电机6关闭并接着又重新启动的时候,刷条电机18也自动地被启动并使刷条15旋转。
虽然刚才描述的发明以立式吸尘器为参考,它也可应用于卧式吸尘器,卧式吸尘器在软管和操纵杆组件的末端具有表面处理头。清洁头也可以以地板工具的形式提供,该工具可以与任一类型的真空吸尘器的软管和操纵杆组件的末端相适配。
当然,在不背离本发明范围的前提下可以作一些进一步的改变。例如,用具的主体和清洁头之间不必是物理的电气连接装置。可以采用无线信号来开启专用的刷条电机,这种情况下刷条电机可以通过以电池组为例的专用能源来供能。
虽然这里描述的实施方案显示了一种以管道输送气流的真空吸尘器,应该了解的是,本发明能够应用于输送以水和清洁剂为例的其它流体的真空吸尘器。
Claims (14)
1.一种用于清洁用具的清洁头,该清洁用具包括污物和灰尘分离装置、被布置来驱动用来产生抽吸气流的风扇的电机以及用来启动电机的选择性可操作开关,该清洁头包括一个可驱动的搅动器,该搅动器被布置成使得在电机开启时,搅动器被驱动。
2.如权利要求1所述的清洁头,进一步包括用于驱动搅动器的搅动器电机。
3.如权利要求2所述的清洁头,进一步包括选择性地启动和关闭搅动器电机的开关。
4.如权利要求1到3中任一项所述的清洁头,其中搅动器包括可旋转的刷条。
5.一种清洁头,实质上如上文所述,以附图为参考,或者如附图所示。
6.一种清洁用具,包括容纳有污物和灰尘分离装置的主体、被布置来驱动用来产生抽吸气流的风扇的电机、用来启动电机的选择性可操作开关以及具有可驱动的搅动器的清洁头,该搅动器被布置使得在电机开启时,搅动器被驱动。
7.如权利要求6所述的清洁用具,进一步包括用于驱动搅动器的搅动器电机。
8.如权利要求7所述的清洁用具,进一步包括选择性地启动和关闭搅动器电机的搅动器电机开关。
9.如权利要求8所述的清洁用具,其中搅动器电机开关位于主体上。
10.如权利要求7、8或9所述的清洁用具,其中搅动器电机位于清洁头内。
