Abstract
一种微型钻头放置架,由底座和位于底座上方的固定板构成,固定板为软质塑料板,板上设有整齐排列的、垂直于板面且大小一致的通孔,该通孔内径小于钻头把柄外径,底座上有相应的定位孔,底座下方有支脚,固定板与底座由销钉连成一体。本发明用于微型钻头,或铣刀或其它细长杆类刀具的放置,再置于包装盒内,便于运输和保管,使钻头不会因移动过程产生窜动、摇晃,起到有效的保护作用,而且可以多次重复使用,不会损坏,固定板更换调整也方便。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种钻头、铣刀等刀具的包装盒,特别是用于插放微型钻头的的放置架。
背景技术
用于印刷线路板钻孔的微型钻头的把柄直径为3.175mm,刃部直径最小为0.1mm,是一种细长杆件,在保管、运输中需要十分小心。通常是在包装盒内设置一块泡棉,将微型钻头垂直地插入泡棉的预制孔内,以期得到保护。但因泡棉质地松脆,无弹性,对钻头不能有效固定,动荡中易使钻头窜动、摇晃,造成损坏,而且插拨几次后,孔径变大,不能多次重复使用,其缺陷是明显的。
发明内容
本发明要解决的技术问题是克服现有泡棉放置钻头的不足之处,提供一种能有效保护钻头,使用效果好,使用寿命长的微型钻头放置架。
本发明的技术方案是:微型钻头放置架由底座和位于底座上方的固定板构成。所述固定板为软质塑料板,板上设有整齐排列的、垂直于板面且大小一致的通孔,该通孔内径小于钻头把柄外径。所述底座上设有与上述通孔同轴线的相应的定位孔。
所述固定板的通孔为圆形孔,孔径比所放置的钻头把柄外径小0.05~0.10mm,或者通孔为正方形孔,正方形内接圆直径小于钻头把柄外径;所述固定板上设有与底座成紧配合的销钉;所述底座下方设有支脚。
采用以上技术方案,本发明中的固定板为软质塑料板,可采用聚乙烯、聚氨酯、尼龙等塑料,板厚以1~3mm为宜,有较好的弹性,板上的通孔孔径小于钻头把柄外径,钻头插入孔中可得到合适的夹持力,加之底座上定位孔的作用,可防止钻头摇晃,避免折断损坏,定位孔径略大于钻柄外径,钻头插拨容易方便。而且固定板有一定韧性、耐磨性,可多次重复使用。固定板上的销钉使其与底座结合成一体,并可根据钻头规格更换固定板;底座下方的支脚既保证底座有一定高度以利钻头的放置,又能节省材料,保持平稳。总之本发明用于放置微型钻头,能有效保护钻头,使用效果好,使用寿命长,也适用于微型铣刀或其它细长杆类刀具的放置。

具体实施方式
参见附图,固定板1位于底座2的上方,固定板为尼龙材料,厚1.5mm,有较好弹性,板上设有5×10矩阵式排列、垂直于板面且大小一致的正方形通孔5,正方形各边向孔内微微凸出,其内接圆直径比钻头把柄外径小0.1mm,底座为硬质塑料件,其上设有与固定板上通孔同轴线的相应的定位孔6,底座下方设有支脚4,固定板1与底座2通过销钉3的紧配合连接成一体。

1.一种微型钻头放置架,其特征是由底座和位于底座上方的固定板构成,所述固定板为软质塑料板,板上设有整齐排列的、垂直于板面且大小一致的通孔,该通孔内径小于钻头把柄外径,所述底座上设有与上述通孔同轴线的相应的定位孔。
2.根据权利要求1所述的微型钻头放置架,其特征在于:所述固定板上的通孔为圆形孔。
3.根据权利要求1所述的微型钻头放置架,其特征在于:所述固定板上的通孔为正方形孔,正方形内接圆直径小于钻头把柄外径。
4.根据权利要求1所述的微型钻头放置架,其特征在于:所述固定板上设有与底座成紧配合的销钉。
5.根据权利要求1所述的微型钻头放置架,其特征在于:所述底座下方设有支脚。
