本发明公开了一种高扬程潜水撕割泵的涡壳。本发明中涡壳本体包括一级涡壳,一级涡壳上面设置二级涡壳,一级涡壳和二级涡壳之间设置连接二者的过渡段,一级涡壳、二级涡壳和过渡段一体构成。一级涡壳内侧底部设置一级流道,二级涡壳内侧底部设置二级流道,两级流道均呈螺旋状。一级涡壳与二级涡壳之间经由涡壳本体外侧的连接通道相连通,二级涡壳的腔室底部中央设置开口向上的凹槽,连接通道的出口端连通到凹槽的底部,连接通道的进口端连通到一级流道的出口端。涡壳本体上设置出水口,二级流道的出口端连通到出水口的进口端。液体在一级涡壳内被加压后,经由连接通道进入二级涡壳,再次被加压后从出水口流出,该泵的扬程大大增加。

背景技术
传统的多级泵往往采用每级叶轮配套一组泵段和导叶的结构设计,每组泵段再连接在一起,这样使得高扬程潜水撕割泵的配件较多、尺寸较大、装配复杂、成本较高。

本发明主要是解决上述现有技术所存在的技术问题,提供了一种高扬程潜水撕割泵的涡壳。
本发明的上述技术问题主要是通过下述技术方案得以解决的:一种高扬程潜水撕割泵的涡壳,包括涡壳本体,涡壳本体设置出水口,所述涡壳本体包括一级涡壳,一级涡壳上面设置二级涡壳,一级涡壳和二级涡壳之间设置连接二者的过渡段,一级涡壳、二级涡壳和过渡段一体构成;所述一级涡壳内侧底部设置一级流道,所述二级涡壳内侧底部设置二级流道,两级流道均呈螺旋状;所述一级涡壳与二级涡壳之间经由涡壳本体外侧的连接通道相连通;二级流道的出口端连通到出水口的进口端。所述二级涡壳的腔室底部中央设置开口向上的凹槽;所述连接通道的出口端连通到凹槽的底部,连接通道的进口端连通到一级流道的出口端。
本发明具有结构简单,设计合理,采用二级叶轮共配一只双级涡壳的结构设计,使结构得以大大简化,泵整机的协调性提高,整机重量、尺寸都大大减轻减小,再就是是流道采用螺旋式结构,可以有效地提高泵的工作效率。

下面通过实施例,并结合附图,对本发明的技术方案作进一步具体的说明。
实施例:参看图1、图2和图3,本发明包括涡壳本体,所述涡壳本体包括一级涡壳1,一级涡壳1上面设置二级涡壳2,一级涡壳1和二级涡壳2之间设置连接二者的过渡段3,一级涡壳、二级涡壳和过渡段一体构成。所述一级涡壳1内侧底部设置一级流道11,所述二级涡壳2内侧底部设置二级流道21,两级流道均呈螺旋状。所述一级涡壳1与二级涡壳2之间经由涡壳本体外侧的连接通道4相连通,二级涡壳2的腔室22底部中央设置开口向上的凹槽31,连接通道4的出口端连通到凹槽31的底部,连接通道4的进口端连通到一级流道11的出口端。涡壳本体上设置出水口5,二级流道21的出口端连通到出水口5的进口端。
本发明的工作原理是这样的:液体由进口被抽吸进入一级流道11,由一级涡壳1内的一级叶轮加压后,通过连接通道4,进入二级流道21,由二级涡壳2内的二级叶轮再次加压后从出水口5流出,经两次加压后,该泵的扬程大大增加。
