本发明涉及建筑材料技术领域,具体地说是一种含有电石灰的混凝土空心砌块。目前,全国大部分省市禁用粘土实心砖,提倡或强制使用新型建筑材料。电石灰作为一种工业废渣,其堆放和消除其造成的污染是人们一直寻求解决的问题。本发明的技术方案是:空心砌块的重量份数配比为,电石灰20-30份、粉煤灰30-40份、炉渣27-37份、水泥≥8份、成型水份10份。其工艺为,将电石灰、粉煤灰、炉渣、水泥经计量后,加入双轴搅拌机内加水搅拌均匀后,再进入轮碾搅拌机内压实,将混合料内的颗粒碾碎,经振动成型,于70℃-80℃蒸汽环境中养护约4小时即为成品。

本发明涉及建筑材料技术领域,具体地说是一种含有电石灰的混凝土空心砌块。
背景技术
目前,全国大部分省市禁用粘土实心砖,提倡或强制使用新型建筑材料。电石灰作为一种工业废渣,其堆放和消除其造成的污染是人们一直寻求解决的问题。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种含有电石灰的混凝土空心砌块,以解决上述问题。本发明的技术方案是:空心砌块的重量份数配比为,电石灰20-30份、粉煤灰30-40份、炉渣27-37份、水泥≥8份、成型水份10份。
本发明的工艺为,将电石灰、粉煤灰、炉渣、水泥经计量后,加入双轴搅拌机内加水搅拌均匀后,再进入轮碾搅拌机内压实,将混合料内的颗粒碾碎,经振动成型,再于70℃-80℃蒸汽环境中养护4小时即为成品。
本发明的优点是使用电石灰降低了产品成本,与仅含有粉煤灰的水泥空心砌块相比,降低成本30-40元/立方米,电石灰作为一部分胶凝材料,使得产品的抗压强度更高、解决了电石灰废渣的堆放和消除其造成的污染问题,实现电石灰渣的综合利用。

具体实施方式
现以生产1立方米混合料(干料约700公斤)为例,
按重量份数电石灰25份、粉煤灰35份、炉渣32份、水泥8份、成型水份10份。称取电石灰175Kg、粉煤灰245Kg、炉渣224Kg、水泥56Kg、成型水份70Kg。
将上述物料加入双轴搅拌机内搅拌均匀后,再进入轮碾搅拌机内压实、碾碎,经振动成型,再于70℃-80℃蒸汽环境中养护4小时即为成品。

1、一种含有电石灰的混凝土空心砌块,其特征为:空心砌块的重量份数配比为,电石灰20-30份、粉煤灰30-40份、炉渣27-37份、水泥≥8份、成型水份10份。
2、如权利要求1所述的一种含有电石灰的混凝土空心砌块,其特征为空心砌块的最佳重量份数配比是电石灰25份、粉煤灰35份、炉渣32份、水泥8份、成型水份10份。
