Abstract

本发明公开了一种太阳能高效循环利用城市粪便的新工艺。它是:每天用吸粪车把城市粪便拉到设有太阳能加温装置,其容积为日进料量12倍的卧式金属结构的太阳能沼气粪便处理场,把吸粪车的管道和沼气池的进料管道对接进料的同时,排出等量厌氧发酵灭菌除臭后的优质沼肥用于有机农产品的种植和养殖,沼渣固液分离后继续堆汇灭菌后配成腐殖酸肥装袋出售,卫生巾送垃圾场焚烧,沼气能源。实现了治理城市粪便污染的同时,循环利用了城市粪便资源,生产了优质能源和优质肥料,保障了食品安全。

城市粪便太阳能沼气生态利用新工艺
                            技术领域
本发明涉及利用太阳能沼气技术生态利用新工艺,特别适应城市公厕、楼房化粪池粪便的生态利用。
                            背景技术
随着我国城市人口的快速增加,城市粪便也大量增多。人粪是一种资源,历史上一直是最好的有机肥料。但是,由于城市楼房、公厕逐步改成水冲式,使粪便治理和利用存在三大难题:一是城市粪便被吸粪车拉到农村不经处理直接养鱼、种菜,既污染环境又传播疾病;二是部分城市采用锅炉给沼气池加温处理城市粪便,不仅浪费能源,而且运行成本太高,难以长久运行;三是少数沿海城市高价进口国外设备,采用电加热烘干的方法处理城市粪便,不仅投资大、耗电多、运转成本高,而且损失了肥效、浪费了资源、生产的污水需要再次处理才能达标排放。因此,怎样才能资源化处理好城市粪便是国内外急需解决的一大难题。
                            发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种新的处理工艺,实现城市粪便高效化、无害化、资源化和生态化利用,使其能发挥最大的经济、能源、环保、卫生和社会效益。
本发明是这样实现的:每天用吸粪车把城市粪便拉到设有太阳能加温装置,其容积为日进料量12倍的卧式金属结构的太阳能沼气粪便处理场,把吸粪车的管道和沼气池的进料管道对接进料的同时,排出等量厌氧发酵灭菌除臭后的优质沼肥用于有机农产品的种植和养殖,沼渣固液分离后继续堆汇灭菌后配成腐殖酸肥装袋出售,卫生巾送垃圾场焚烧,沼气作能源。
本发明的优点是和目前国内外处理城市粪便的方法相比具有节省资金,能充分利用太阳能,能较好地开发粪便资源,增加可观的经济、能源、环保、卫生和社会效益。
                            具体实施方式
发明的具体实施如下:
城市粪便被吸粪车抽送到太阳能厌氧发酵池,经高效太阳能厌氧发酵池严格密闭发酵12天后在进粪便的同时自动排出等量沼气肥用于种植有机蔬菜或养鱼,沼渣经发酵后手动排出,固液分离后继续堆汇发酵灭菌装袋出售,沼气作能源。
实施例一:例如:某城市有130万人口,可日产粪便54吨,需建一个600平方米的高效太阳能温室、一个648m3金属结构的卧式太阳能沼气发酵池、一个540立方米贮肥池、一个260立方米的沼气贮气柜和一个300亩的有机蔬菜基地。该市每天产生的54吨粪便经太阳能沼气池发酵后每天能产生54吨沼气肥和540m3沼气。
城市粪便在运输、进料过程中密闭运送,管道对接进料,实现了无滴漏、无蚊蝇、无污染。粪便经太阳能沼气池密闭发酵可杀灭95%以上的寄生虫卵和病原体,达到国家粪便无害化卫生标准。
用上述沼气液肥和渣肥能基本满足300亩有机蔬菜的用肥需要,年产有机蔬菜1500吨。
用上述沼气可供应450户居民10-11个月的优质气体燃料。

  1. 城市粪便太阳能沼气生态利用新工艺,其特征是:每天用吸粪车把城市粪便拉到设有太阳能加温装置,其容积为日进料量12倍的卧式金属结构的太阳能沼气粪便处理场,把吸粪车的管道和沼气池的进料管道对接进料的同时,排出等量厌氧发酵灭菌除臭后的优质沼肥用于有机农产品的种植和养殖,沼渣固液分离后继续堆汇灭菌后配成腐殖酸肥装袋出售,卫生巾送垃圾场焚烧,沼气作能源。
