Abstract
When distributing an encrypted content to a user terminal apparatus via a communication line, a distribution center apparatus requires a medium ID of an information storage medium, and encrypts a decryption key of the encrypted content by using the corresponding medium ID to transmit the encrypted decryption key to the terminal apparatus. The terminal apparatus downloads to store the encrypted content, receives the encrypted key to decrypt it in the use of the medium ID of the storage medium and to decrypt the encrypted content by using the decryption key. In such a system, the center apparatus provides print information corresponding to view conditions of a distributed content to the terminal apparatus in response to the request therefrom, and the terminal apparatus makes the print information appropriately printable by means of a printer.

This application is based on and claims priority from prior japanese patent application No.2006-160039, filed on 8.6.2006, the entire contents of which are incorporated herein by reference.
Technical Field
The present invention relates to an information distribution system capable of presenting contract contents and the like of information distributed from a distribution (distribution) center apparatus on a user terminal apparatus side, a distribution center apparatus and a user terminal apparatus therefor, and an information storage medium usable in the system.
Background
Recently, services for distributing electronic data by using communication lines have been prevalent due to the spread of broadband. Among them, there is a form in which a service can be accepted only by a specific information storage medium that has been contracted between a user and a distribution operator. In such a service, in order to prevent duplication of distribution information, a method of encrypting the distribution information using unique information such as a media ID written in a read-only area in an information storage medium is adopted.
Among these services, there is a video distribution service that distributes video content using an information storage medium that is compatible with CPRM (content protection for recordable media) (see, for example, japanese patent laid-open No. 2004-350150 and 2005-159752).
In this service, video content is encrypted by a predetermined key when being distributed, and a key for decrypting the distributed video content is encrypted by the media ID of the medium and distributed when a viewing request is made. Therefore, the key cannot be decrypted unless the medium having the ID is provided. Therefore, even if the video content is copied without authorization, in order to obtain a key for decrypting the encryption, an information storage medium corresponding to CPRM having a medium ID for encrypting the key is necessary. In this system, since the video content can be downloaded and stored in the storage medium, any one of a purchase type that can be permanently viewed and a rental type that can be viewed for a limited period can be selected, similarly to a DVD package that is sold on the market.
However, in the information distribution system as described above, when viewing a video content in association with an information storage medium via a communication line, management information such as identification information and a viewing period of the video content viewable through the information storage medium is presented in response to a request from a user. As a method of presenting the management information, for example, a method of storing the management information in an internal memory of the user terminal apparatus or the information storage medium itself, reading the management information from a storage area when the information storage medium is installed, and displaying the management information, or a method of accessing the distribution center apparatus, and acquiring the management information included in the user information managed by the center side, and displaying the management information is general.
However, in the above presentation method, if a large number of media are used, each media must be replaced and set in the user terminal device, which is a complicated operation for the user. Therefore, in order to recognize the management information, the user prints the management information by himself or writes the management information by hand.
In the above system, when information content is distributed from the distribution center apparatus, transmission information such as attention/restriction items is transmitted to the user terminal apparatus, and is presented to the user by the display function on the user terminal apparatus side. Therefore, in order to confirm the transmission information in the distribution of the video content, it is necessary to provide an information storage medium on the user terminal apparatus side to access the distribution center apparatus, and to acquire necessary transmission information from the user information managed on the center side.
Disclosure of Invention
An object of the present invention is to provide an information distribution system, a distribution center device thereof, a user terminal device, and an information storage medium usable in the system, in which management information and transfer information presented when information data is distributed from the distribution center device are automatically stored on the user terminal device side and visually presented.
The information distribution system of the present invention is characterized by comprising: a distribution center apparatus that individually manages and stores information data encrypted with predetermined keys in advance and the keys, distributes requested information data in an encrypted state, requests a request source thereof to present medium-specific identification information recorded on an information storage medium having specific identification information, and encrypts and distributes the key itself used for encrypting the information data using the medium-specific identification information presented in response to the request; and a user terminal device connected to the distribution center device via a communication line, requesting the distribution center device for distribution of the information data, receiving encrypted information data and a key distributed from the distribution center device in response to the request, decrypting the encrypted key using the media-inherent identification information presented to the distribution center device, and decrypting encryption of the information data by the decrypted key; wherein the distribution center device has: a user management unit which generates and registers user personal management information including the use condition of the distributed information data in association with the user information registered in advance; a material data storage section that stores material data for printing information related to the information data on a label printing surface of the information storage medium; a request receiving unit configured to receive a print information request of the distributed information data transmitted from the user terminal device along with the medium-specific identification information; a print image generating unit configured to read the corresponding material data from the material data storage unit and the user personal management information from the user management unit when the print information request is received, and generate a print image in a predetermined format; and a transmitting unit that transmits a print image to a user terminal device that is a request source of the print information; the user terminal device includes: a transmission/reception unit that transmits a print information request of the distributed information data to the distribution center apparatus along with the media-specific identification information, and receives a print image transmitted from the distribution center apparatus; a storage unit that stores the print image received by the transmission/reception unit; and a printing unit configured to print the print image on a label printing surface of the information storage medium.
In particular, the printing surface of the information storage medium is formed of a rewritable material, and the printing section can rewrite the printing information of the information storage medium.

Detailed Description
Hereinafter, embodiments of the present invention will be described in detail with reference to the accompanying drawings.
(first embodiment)
Fig. 1 is a block diagram showing a first embodiment of an information distribution system of the present invention. In the system shown in fig. 1, the distribution center apparatus 11 is connected to the user terminal apparatus 13 via the communication line 12, and the distribution center apparatus 11 authenticates access from the user terminal apparatus 13 and distributes the corresponding content in response to a content request.
Here, although details are not shown in the present system, a service for distributing video content is realized by using an information storage medium compatible with CPRM (see, for example, japanese patent application laid-open No. 2004-350150 and 2005-159752). In this service, the distribution center apparatus 110 encrypts the provided video content with a predetermined encryption key in advance. When a video content distribution request is received from the user terminal device 13, the encrypted video content is distributed to the user terminal device 13, a media ID recorded in the information storage medium corresponding to the CPRM is requested, a key based on the media ID is generated, and the key itself for encrypting the video data is encrypted and supplied.
On the other hand, the user terminal device 13 accesses the distribution center device 11 to request a desired video content, and receives the corresponding encrypted video content from the distribution center device 11. In the viewing state, the access distribution center apparatus 11 transmits the media ID together with the viewing request in a state where the information storage medium is set in a media drive apparatus connected internally or externally, receives the encryption key encrypted by the media ID, decrypts the received encryption key using the media ID of the access distribution center apparatus, and decrypts the encrypted content using the decrypted key.
Here, in the above system, the user terminal device 13 is provided, and can download the video content and store it on the storage medium, and can select one of a purchase type that can be permanently viewed and a rental type that can be viewed for a limited period of time, as in the case of a DVD package that is sold on the market. In this case, when viewing video content associated with an information storage medium through a communication line, it is necessary to present to a user identification information of the video content viewable through the corresponding information storage medium, management information such as a viewing period, and transmission information such as notice/restriction items of distribution contents.
Therefore, in the present system, the distribution center apparatus 11 provides the user terminal apparatus 13 with print information corresponding to the viewing conditions of the distributed video content in response to a request from the user terminal apparatus 13, and the user terminal apparatus 13 can appropriately print the print information by an internal printer or an external connection printer. The specific configuration will be described along a conceptual diagram of the entire system shown in fig. 1.
The distribution center apparatus 11 has a printing material storage section 111, a user information storage section 112, and a print content processing section 113.
The printing material storage unit 111 registers printing material data including all or a part of title name, copyright owner/manager, date of creation, director's name, actor name, volume, time, image quality, audio quality, terms, parental control (ペアレンタル) information, barrier-free (バリアフリ -one) information (braille), design/still image data, and layout data corresponding to the content. The distribution center apparatus 11 manages the printing material data corresponding to a plurality of contents by the printing material storage unit 111.
The user information storage unit 112 registers, as user information, all or a part of user ID, password, name, address, telephone number, date of birth, sex, content use history, content information that can be acquired by print information, print information acquisition condition, print information acquisition history, user terminal device information, information storage medium unique information, and content viewing restriction information (viewing deadline information in the case of rental, etc.). In the distribution center apparatus 11, a plurality of pieces of user information are managed by the user information storage unit 112.
The print content processing unit 113 receives a print information acquisition request from the user terminal device 13, performs authentication by referring to data managed by the user information storage unit 112, checks whether or not a condition for acquiring print information is satisfied, acquires all or a part of print material data satisfying the condition from the print material storage unit 111, and acquires a part of system-permitted user information such as content viewing restriction information. Then, a print image in which these print material data and user personal data are integrated is generated and transmitted to the user terminal device 13.
On the other hand, the user terminal device 13 includes a print information request processing section 131, a print image storage section 132, a print processing section 133, and a media drive device 134. The media drive device 134 is a composite type having a function for printing an image on the label side of the information storage medium, and is connected to the inside or outside of the user terminal device 13. The information storage medium includes a storage section storing medium-specific identification information and a casing section forming a printing surface of a rewritable material.
Upon receiving the print request, the print information request processing unit 131 determines whether or not the information storage medium provided in the medium driver device 134 is printable, determines the type of printing (whether or not the information storage medium is a rewritable material such as electronic paper), and acquires the medium unique identifier (medium ID) and the content information stored in the information storage medium from the read-only area of the information storage medium. The distribution center apparatus 11 is accessed to obtain a print information by using all or a part of the user ID, the password, the user terminal apparatus information, and the information unique to the information storage medium as authentication information and adding content information stored in the information storage medium. The print image (printing material data, user personal data) received from the distribution center apparatus 11 is received. In this case, it is preferable to perform a virus inspection or the like.
The print image storage section 132 is used to store the print image received from the distribution center apparatus 11 by the print information request processing section 131.
The print processing unit 133 acquires a print image from the storage unit 132 managed in the user terminal device 13, and after grasping the state (size, printable area) of the information storage medium provided in the media driver device 134, presents the print image to the user as needed, accepts a trimming request, prints by the user's selection, presents the progress status, and, when the completion, presents the content.
The media drive device 134 prints a print image from the print processing unit 133 onto a print area of an information storage medium (for example, a disk-shaped information storage medium such as a DVD-RW or a DVD-RAM, or a card-shaped information storage medium such as an SD memory card (secure digital memory card)) having a rewritable print area formed on a label surface. As a technique of forming the rewritable printing area, an electronic paper technique can be applied.
In the above configuration, the processing operation of the entire system will be described below with reference to fig. 2. Fig. 2 shows a communication procedure between the print content processing section 113 of the distribution center apparatus 11 and the print information request processing section 131 of the user terminal apparatus 13.
First, when a print request is received by the user input operation in the print information request processing unit 131 of the user terminal device 13 (step S11), it is determined whether or not the set or connected information storage medium can be printed or the print type is determined (S12). Next, information storage medium specific information such as a medium specific identifier and stored content information is acquired from the information storage medium (S13). In this state, the distribution center apparatus 11 is logged in (log in), and the user ID, the password, the user terminal apparatus information, and the like are presented.
On the other hand, the print processing unit 113 on the distribution center apparatus 11 side receives the login information from the user terminal apparatus 13, determines whether or not the user is a regular user (S14), and notifies the user terminal apparatus 13 of the login determination result (OK: authentication permitted, NG: authentication error). The print information request processing unit 131 transmits all or a part of the authentication information and the information storage medium unique information to the distribution center apparatus 11 based on the login determination result.
Upon receiving the print information acquisition request, the print content processing unit 113 checks the print information acquirable conditions (S15), acquires all or a part of the print material data satisfying the conditions from the print material storage unit 111 (S16), and acquires a part of the user information (user personal data) permitted by the content viewing restriction information and the like (S17). Then, a print image is generated from the print material data and the user personal data (S18), and transmitted to the request source user terminal device 13.
On the other hand, on the user terminal device 13 side, the print information request processing unit 131 stores the print image transmitted from the distribution center device 11 in the print image storage device 132 (S19). Here, the state (size, printable area) of the information storage medium set on the media drive device 134 is grasped (S20), and the user is prompted to print an image (S21). At this time, when the user requests input of fine adjustment (change of items, layout, and the like) by viewing the print image, the fine adjustment request is accepted, and the stored data is modified by the adjustment (S22). When there is a print request, the request is received (S23), and a print instruction is output to the print processing unit 133 (S24). After the print instruction, the status information is received from the printing unit 134, and the progress status is presented (S25). The end of printing is detected by the status information and presented (S26), and the end of printing information (authentication information, end of printing information) is sent to the distribution center apparatus 11, and the series of processes is ended.
On the other hand, the print content processing unit 113 of the distribution center apparatus 11 updates the history at the time when the print image is transmitted to the user terminal apparatus 13 (S27). When the print end information is received from the user terminal device 13, the material supply destination is recorded in the history and the printing is ended (S28), and the series of processes is ended.
After the check at step S15, only the index data (introduction information) of the printing material data satisfying the condition may be acquired from the printing material storage unit 111, transmitted to the user terminal device 13 of the request source, received from the user terminal device 13, and the selection information based on the index data may be reflected on the print image and transmitted to the user terminal device 13.
As described above, in the above embodiment, the information of the information storage medium provided on the user terminal apparatus 13 is transmitted to the distribution center apparatus 11 via the communication line 12, the printing material is specified in comparison with the user information and the information of the information storage medium stored in advance, the print image in which the printing material data stored in advance and the user personal data are combined is generated, and the print image is transmitted to the user terminal apparatus 13 via the communication line 12. The user terminal device 13 receives the print image and prints information on the printable surface of the information storage medium. In this case, a medium having a printable surface coated with a material such as rewritable electronic paper is used as the information storage medium. This makes it possible to rewrite the content stored in the information storage medium, the user personal information, and the like.
Therefore, according to the system configured as described above, it is possible to visually grasp the contents electronically distributed and stored in the information storage medium, and to dramatically improve the convenience of the user by grasping information from the media manager or the distribution operator.
In the above-described embodiment, the case where one piece of print material data is prepared for one piece of distribution content has been described, but the present invention is not limited to this. For example, the distribution center apparatus 11 may have a plurality of print material data for one piece of distribution information data, and when the print material data of the distribution information data is requested from the user terminal apparatus 13, present the plurality of print material data corresponding to the distribution information data to the user terminal apparatus 13 of the request source based on the user personal management information and the media unique identification information, select the print material data by the user, generate a print image based on the selected print material data, and transmit the print image to the user terminal apparatus 13. On the other hand, the user terminal device 13 requests the distribution center device 11 for printing material data at the time of content distribution, and when a plurality of pieces of printing material data are presented to the request, causes the user to select a certain piece of printing material data, and acquires a printing image based on the printing material data designated by the user from the distribution center device 11 and prints the printing image on the label printing surface of the information storage medium. Thus, the user can select the print material in accordance with the preference.
As another method, the index data described previously may also be used. That is, the distribution center apparatus 11 has a plurality of print material data and index data of each print material data for one piece of distribution information data, and when the print material data of the distribution information data is requested from the user terminal apparatus 13, the index data of the plurality of print material data corresponding to the distribution information data is presented to the user terminal apparatus 13 of the request source based on the user personal management information and the medium unique identification information. Then, a print image based on the print material data corresponding to the index data designated from the user terminal device 13 is generated and transmitted to the user terminal device 13. At this time, the user terminal device 13 requests the distribution center device 11 to print material data at the time of content distribution, and presents index data of each of the plurality of print material data provided to the request to the user. And, the distribution center apparatus 13 is requested of the print material data specified by the user therein, and a print image based on the print material data transmitted from the distribution center apparatus 13 according to the request is printed on the label printing side of the information storage medium.
According to this method, the user can select the print material in accordance with the preference. In particular, in comparison with the above example, the material data having a large file size is not sent to the user terminal apparatus 13 in its entirety, but the index data having a much smaller file size than the material data is sent to the user terminal apparatus 13, and only the print image based on the material data selected by the user is transmitted, so that the method can sufficiently cope with a low speed communication line, and can reduce the communication traffic of the communication line.
Although the above-described embodiment describes the case where the service for distributing video content is realized by using an information storage medium corresponding to CPRM, the same can be applied to an information storage medium corresponding to AACS (Advanced access content system) for the purpose of copyright protection of the next-generation optical disc.
(second embodiment)
Fig. 3 is a block diagram showing a second embodiment of the information distribution system according to the present invention, and fig. 4 is a sequence diagram showing the operation processing of the entire system of the second embodiment. This system is basically the same as the system of the first embodiment shown in fig. 1, and therefore, a portion different from the first embodiment will be described here.
This system is generated not on the distribution center apparatus 11 side but on the user terminal apparatus 13 side. Specifically, in the distribution center apparatus 11, when receiving a print information acquisition request from the user terminal apparatus 13, the print content processing unit 113 transmits the print material data acquired from the print material storage unit 111 and the user personal data acquired from the user information storage unit 12 to the user terminal apparatus 13. In the user terminal apparatus 13, the print information request processing unit 131 receives the print material data and the user personal data transmitted from the distribution center apparatus 111, and stores these data in the data storage unit 135. Then, the print processing unit 133 acquires the printing material data and the user personal data from the data storage unit 135, generates a print image of the acquired data after grasping the state (size, printable area) of the information storage medium provided in the media driver device 134, presents the generated print image to the user as necessary, receives a fine adjustment request, prints by the user's selection, presents the progress status, and performs processing to present the content when the processing is finished.
In the sequence shown in fig. 4, the point different from fig. 2 is that in the distribution center apparatus 11, after the processing of step S17, the material data for printing and the user individual data are transmitted to the user terminal apparatus 13, and in the user terminal apparatus 13, the material data for printing and the user individual data from the distribution center apparatus 11 are stored in the data storage section 135 (S29). Here, after the state of the information storage medium provided in the media drive device 134 is grasped (S20), the stored print material data and the user personal data are read from the data storage unit 135, and a print image is generated and presented to the user (S30). Thereafter, the same processing as in the first embodiment is performed. On the other hand, in the distribution center apparatus 11, after the printing material data and the user personal data are transmitted, the transmission history of the printing material data is updated (S32).
According to the configuration of the present embodiment, since the print image is generated on the user terminal device 13 side, it is possible to freely edit the print image in accordance with the preference of the user.
In the above-described embodiment, the case where one piece of print material data is prepared for one piece of distribution content has been described, but the present invention is not limited to this. For example, the distribution center apparatus 11 may have a plurality of print material data for one piece of distribution information data, and when the print material data of the distribution information data is requested from the user terminal apparatus 13, the plurality of print material data corresponding to the distribution information data may be provided to the user terminal apparatus 13 of the request source based on the user personal management information and the media unique identification information. On the other hand, the user terminal apparatus 13, at the time of content distribution, requests the distribution center apparatus 11 for printing material data, and when a plurality of printing material data are provided for the request, prints the printing material data specified by the user onto the label printing side of the information storage medium. Thus, the user can select the print material in accordance with the preference.
As another method, the index data described previously may also be used. That is, the distribution center apparatus 11 has a plurality of print material data and index data of each print material data for one piece of distribution information data, and when the print material data of the distribution information data is requested from the user terminal apparatus 13, provides the index data of the plurality of print material data corresponding to the distribution information data to the user terminal apparatus of the request source based on the user personal management information and the media unique identification information, and transmits the print material data corresponding to the index data designated from the user terminal apparatus 13. At this time, the user terminal apparatus 13 requests the distribution center apparatus 11 to print the material data at the time of content distribution, and presents the index data of each of the plurality of print material data provided in response to the request to the user. And, the distribution center apparatus 13 is requested for the printing material data from which the user has specified, and the printing material data transmitted according to the request is printed on the label printing side of the information storage medium.
According to this method, the user can select the print material in accordance with the preference. In particular, in comparison with the above example, the material data having a large file size is not all transmitted to the user terminal apparatus 13, but the index data having a much smaller file size than the material data is transmitted to the user terminal apparatus 13, and only the material data selected by the user is transmitted.
Although the above-described embodiment describes the service of distributing video content using an information storage medium compatible with CPRM, the same can be applied to an information storage medium compatible with AACS (advanced access content system) for the purpose of protecting the copyright of the next-generation optical disc.
Other advantages and modifications will be apparent to persons skilled in the art. Therefore, the invention in its broader aspects is not limited to the specific details and various embodiments shown and described herein. Accordingly, the present invention may be modified in various ways without departing from the spirit and scope of the general inventive concept as defined by the appended claims and their equivalents.
Claims (18)
1. An information distribution system characterized by comprising:
a distribution center apparatus that individually manages and stores information data and the key, which are encrypted in advance by each predetermined key, and that, when a request for distribution of the information data is made, distributes the requested encrypted information data, requests a request source to present medium-specific identification information recorded on an information storage medium having specific identification information, and encrypts and distributes the key itself used for encryption of the information data using the medium-specific identification information presented in response to the request; and
a user terminal device connected to the distribution center device via a communication line, requesting the distribution center device for distribution of the information data, receiving encrypted information data and a key distributed from the distribution center device in response to the request, decrypting the encrypted key using the media-inherent identification information presented to the distribution center device, and decrypting encryption of the information data by the decrypted key; wherein,
the distribution center device includes:
a user management unit which generates and registers user personal management information including the use condition of the distributed information data in association with the user information registered in advance;
a material data storage section that stores material data for printing information related to the information data on a label printing surface of the information storage medium;
a request receiving unit configured to receive a print information request of the distributed information data transmitted from the user terminal device along with the medium-specific identification information;
a print image generating unit configured to read the corresponding material data from the material data storage unit and the user personal management information from the user management unit when the print information request is received, and generate a print image in a predetermined format; and
a transmission unit that transmits a print image to a user terminal device that is a request source of the print information;
the user terminal device includes:
a transmission/reception unit that transmits a print information request of the distributed information data to the distribution center apparatus along with the media-specific identification information, and receives a print image transmitted from the distribution center apparatus;
a storage unit that stores the print image received by the transmission/reception unit; and
and a printing unit configured to print the print image on a label printing surface of the information storage medium.
2. The information distribution system according to claim 1, characterized in that:
the label-printing side of the information storage medium is formed of a rewritable material;
the printing section overwrites the print content by overwriting the print image on the information storage medium.
3. The information distribution system according to claim 1, characterized in that:
in the distribution center apparatus,
the material data storage section having a plurality of print material data for one distribution information data;
the print image generating section transmits contents of a plurality of print material data corresponding to the distributed information data to a user terminal device of a request source, selects one of the contents, and generates the print image using the selected print material data, based on print information requested from the user terminal device;
in the user terminal apparatus, a user terminal apparatus,
when the contents of the plurality of print material data are transmitted from the distribution center apparatus in response to the transmission of the print information request, the transmission/reception unit presents the contents, accepts a selection by a user, and notifies the distribution center apparatus of the selection result.
4. The information distribution system according to claim 1, characterized in that:
a material data storage unit of the distribution center device having a plurality of material data and index data of each material data for one distribution information data;
a print image generating unit of the distribution center apparatus transmitting index data of each of a plurality of material data corresponding to the distributed information data to a user terminal apparatus of a request source, based on print information requested from the user terminal apparatus, and causing the user terminal apparatus to select one of the index data and generate the print image using the material data corresponding to the selected index data;
when index data of a plurality of material data is transmitted from the distribution center apparatus in response to transmission of the print information request, the transmission/reception unit of the user terminal apparatus presents the content of the index data to accept selection by a user, and notifies the distribution center apparatus of the selection result.
5. An information distribution system characterized by comprising:
a distribution center apparatus that individually manages and stores information data and the key, which are encrypted in advance by each predetermined key, and that, when a request for distribution of the information data is made, distributes the requested encrypted information data, requests a request source to present medium-specific identification information recorded on an information storage medium having specific identification information, and encrypts and distributes the key itself used for encryption of the information data using the medium-specific identification information presented in response to the request; and
a user terminal device connected to the distribution center device via a communication line, requesting the distribution center device for distribution of the information data, receiving encrypted information data and a key distributed from the distribution center device in response to the request, decrypting the encrypted key using the media-inherent identification information presented to the distribution center device, and decrypting encryption of the information data by the decrypted key; wherein,
the distribution center device includes:
a user management unit which generates and registers user personal management information including the use condition of the distributed information data in association with the user information registered in advance;
a material data storage section that stores material data for printing information related to the information data on a label printing surface of the information storage medium;
a request receiving unit configured to receive a print information request of the distributed information data transmitted from the user terminal device along with the medium-specific identification information; and
a transmitting unit which, upon receiving the print information request, reads out the corresponding material data from the material data storage unit, reads out the user personal management information from the user management unit, and transmits the user personal management information to the user terminal device of the request source;
the user terminal device includes:
a transmission/reception unit that transmits a print information request of the distributed information data to the distribution center apparatus along with the media-specific identification information, and receives material data and user personal management information transmitted from the distribution center apparatus;
a storage unit that stores the material data and the user personal management information received by the transmission/reception unit in association with the distributed information data;
a print image generating unit that reads material data and user personal management information corresponding to the distributed information data from a storage unit and generates a print image in a predetermined format; and
and a printing unit configured to print the print image on a label printing surface of the information storage medium storing the distributed information data.
6. The information distribution system according to claim 5, characterized in that:
the label-printing side of the information storage medium is formed of a rewritable material;
the printing section overwrites the print content by overwriting the print image on the information storage medium.
7. The information distribution system according to claim 5, characterized in that:
in the distribution center apparatus,
the material data storage unit having a plurality of material data for one distribution information data;
the transmitting unit, upon receiving the print information request, reads out the corresponding plurality of material data from the material data storage unit and transmits the material data to the user terminal device of the request source;
in the user terminal apparatus, a user terminal apparatus,
the transmission/reception unit receives a plurality of material data transmitted from the distribution center apparatus;
the storage section stores a plurality of material data received by the transmission and reception section in correspondence with the distributed information data;
the print image generating unit reads, from a storage unit, material data specified by a user among a plurality of material data corresponding to the distributed information data, together with the user personal management information, and generates a print image in a predetermined format.
8. The information distribution system according to claim 5, characterized in that:
in the distribution center apparatus,
the material data storage unit has a plurality of material data and index data respectively corresponding to the material data for one distribution information data;
when receiving the print information request, the transmitting unit reads index data corresponding to each of the plurality of material data from the material data storage unit, notifies the user terminal device of the request source of the index data, selects one of the index data, and transmits only the material data corresponding to the selected index data to the user terminal device of the request source;
in the user terminal apparatus, a user terminal apparatus,
the transmission/reception unit, when receiving index data of a plurality of material data transmitted from the distribution center apparatus, presents the content of each index data to accept selection by a user, notifies the distribution center apparatus of the selection result, and receives material data corresponding to the selection index data transmitted from the distribution center apparatus.
9. A distribution center apparatus of an information distribution system, which distributes information data to user terminal apparatuses connected via a communication line, the distribution center apparatus managing and storing information data encrypted with predetermined keys and the keys individually, when requesting distribution of information data from the user terminal apparatuses, distributing the requested encrypted information data, requesting the user terminal apparatuses to present medium-specific identification information recorded on an information storage medium having specific identification information, and encrypting and distributing the keys used for encryption of the information data using the medium-specific identification information presented in response to the request, the user terminal apparatuses decrypting the encrypted keys using the medium-specific identification information and decrypting the encryption of the distributed information data using the decrypted keys, characterized in that the distribution center device comprises:
a user management unit which generates and registers user personal management information including the use condition of the distributed information data in association with the user information registered in advance;
a material data storage section that stores material data for printing information related to the information data on a label printing surface of the information storage medium;
a request receiving unit configured to receive a print information request of the distributed information data transmitted from the user terminal device along with the medium-specific identification information;
a print image generating unit configured to read the corresponding material data from the material data storage unit and the user personal management information from the user management unit when the print information request is received, and generate a print image in a predetermined format; and
and a transmission unit that transmits the print image to a user terminal device that is a request source of the print information.
10. A distribution center apparatus of an information distribution system, which distributes information data to user terminal apparatuses connected via a communication line, the distribution center apparatus individually manages and stores information data encrypted with respective predetermined keys in advance and the keys, distributes the encrypted information data requested when distribution of the information data is requested from the user terminal apparatuses, requests the user terminal apparatuses to present medium-specific identification information recorded on an information storage medium having specific identification information, encrypts and distributes the keys used for encryption of the information data using the medium-specific identification information presented in response to the request, decrypts the encrypted keys using the medium-specific identification information on the user terminal apparatus side, and decrypts the encryption of the distributed information data using the decrypted keys, characterized in that the distribution center device comprises:
a user management unit which generates and registers user personal management information including the use condition of the distributed information data in association with the user information registered in advance;
a material data storage section that stores material data for printing information related to the information data on a label printing surface of the information storage medium;
a request receiving unit configured to receive a print information request of the distributed information data transmitted from the user terminal device along with the medium-specific identification information; and
and a transmitting unit configured to read the corresponding material data from the material data storage unit and the user personal management information from the user management unit when the print information request is received, and transmit the read material data and the user personal management information to the user terminal device of the request source.
11. A user terminal device of an information distribution system receives information data distributed from a distribution center device via a communication line, the distribution center device individually manages and stores the information data and the key encrypted with each predetermined key in advance, when the distribution of the information data is requested from the user terminal device, distributes the requested encrypted information data, requests media-specific identification information presented by the distribution destination to be recorded on an information storage medium having unique identification information, encrypts and distributes the key itself used for encrypting the information data using the media-specific identification information presented in response to the request, and in this case, the user terminal device decrypts the encrypted key received from the distribution center device using the media-specific identification information presented to the distribution center device, and decrypting the encryption of the distributed information data by the decrypted key, characterized in that:
when the distribution center apparatus generates and registers user personal management information including usage conditions of distributed information data in association with user information registered in advance, stores material data for printing information related to the information data on a label printing surface of the information storage medium, receives a print information request of the distributed information data transmitted along with the medium-specific identification information, reads the requested material data and user personal management information when receiving the print information request, generates a print image in a predetermined format, and transmits the print image to a user terminal apparatus of a request source of the print information, the user terminal apparatus includes:
a transmission/reception unit that transmits a print information request of the distributed information data to the distribution center apparatus along with the media-specific identification information, and receives a print image transmitted from the distribution center apparatus;
a storage unit that stores the print image received by the transmission/reception unit; and
and a printing unit configured to print the print image on a label printing surface of the information storage medium.
12. The user terminal apparatus according to claim 11, wherein:
the label-printing side of the information storage medium is formed of a rewritable material;
the printing section overwrites the print content by overwriting the print image on the information storage medium.
13. The user terminal apparatus according to claim 11, wherein: when the distribution center apparatus has a plurality of print material data for one distribution information data, causes a request source to select a plurality of print material data corresponding to the distributed information data, and generates the print image using the selected print material data and distributes the print image,
when the contents of the plurality of print material data are transmitted from the distribution center apparatus in response to the transmission of the print information request, the transmission/reception unit presents the contents, accepts a selection by a user, and notifies the distribution center apparatus of the selection result.
14. The user terminal apparatus according to claim 11, wherein:
when the distribution center apparatus has a plurality of material data and index data of each material data for one piece of distribution information data, transmits the index data to the request source to select one of the material data at the time of the print information request, and generates and distributes the print image using the material data corresponding to the selected index data,
when index data of a plurality of material data is transmitted from the distribution center apparatus in response to transmission of the print information request, the transmission/reception unit presents the content of the index data, accepts selection by a user, and notifies the distribution center apparatus of the selection result.
15. A user terminal device of an information distribution system receives information data distributed from a distribution center device via a communication line, the distribution center device individually manages and stores the information data and the key encrypted with each predetermined key in advance, when the distribution of the information data is requested from the user terminal device, distributes the requested encrypted information data, requests media-specific identification information presented by the distribution destination to be recorded on an information storage medium having unique identification information, encrypts and distributes the key itself used for encrypting the information data using the media-specific identification information presented in response to the request, and in this case, the user terminal device decrypts the encrypted key received from the distribution center device using the media-specific identification information presented to the distribution center device, and decrypting the encryption of the distributed information data by the decrypted key, characterized in that:
when the distribution center apparatus generates and registers user personal management information including usage conditions of distributed information data in association with user information registered in advance, stores material data for printing information related to the information data on a label printing surface of the information storage medium, receives a print information request of the distributed information data transmitted along with the medium-specific identification information, reads the material data and the user personal management information when receiving the print information request, and transmits the material data and the user personal management information to a user terminal apparatus of a request source, the user terminal apparatus includes:
a transmission/reception unit that transmits a print information request of the distributed information data to the distribution center apparatus along with the media-specific identification information, and receives material data and user personal management information transmitted from the distribution center apparatus;
a storage unit that stores the material data and the user personal management information received by the transmission/reception unit in association with the distributed information data;
a print image generating unit that reads material data and user personal management information corresponding to the distributed information data from a storage unit and generates a print image in a predetermined format; and
and a printing unit configured to print the print image on a label printing surface of the information storage medium storing the distributed information data.
16. The user terminal apparatus according to claim 15, wherein:
the label-printing side of the information storage medium is formed of a rewritable material;
the printing section overwrites the print content by overwriting the print image on the information storage medium.
17. The user terminal apparatus according to claim 15, wherein:
when the distribution center apparatus has a plurality of material data for one piece of distribution information data, reads out the corresponding plurality of material data when receiving the print information request, and transmits the read material data to a request source,
the transmission/reception unit receives a plurality of material data transmitted from the distribution center apparatus;
the storage section stores a plurality of material data received by the transmission and reception section in correspondence with the distributed information data;
the print image generating unit reads, from a storage unit, material data specified by a user among a plurality of material data corresponding to the distributed information data, together with the user personal management information, and generates a print image in a predetermined format.
18. The user terminal apparatus according to claim 15, wherein:
when the distribution center apparatus has a plurality of material data and index data corresponding to the material data for one piece of distribution information data, receives the print information request, reads the index data corresponding to each of the plurality of material data, notifies a request source of selection of one of the index data, and transmits only the material data corresponding to the selected index data to the request source,
the transmission/reception unit, when receiving index data of a plurality of material data transmitted from the distribution center apparatus, presents the content of each index data to accept a selection by a user, notifies the distribution center apparatus of the selection result, and receives material data corresponding to the selection index data transmitted from the distribution center apparatus.
