Abstract
本发明公开了一种人工养殖大黄鱼的疾病发生的预警方法,首先在当天13点~15点测定一次养殖水体的透明度X1和温度X2,并测定当天的平均风力X3,然后把X1、X2和X3代入下述公式:Y1=1.546X1+0.07X2X3-11.922;Y2=1.284X1+0.072X2X3-10.067;Y3=1.568X1+0.108X2X3-16.921;Y4=1.981X1+0.076X2X3-17.062;计算得到函数值Y1、Y2、Y3和Y4,通过比较Y1、Y2、Y3和Y4的函数值,从中选出最大的函数值,并按预定标准来预警人工养殖的大黄鱼在第3天是否会发生疾病及疾病发生的程度;这样就能提前预警人工养殖大黄鱼是否会发生疾病及疾病发生的程度,因此本发明能对人工养殖大黄鱼的疾病发生进行提前有效的预防,也能知道发病的程度并得到及时有效的治疗,从而减少了人工养殖大黄鱼大面积发生疾病的事件,提高了人工养殖大黄鱼的经济效益,也节约了养殖成本和劳动力。

本发明涉及一种人工养殖大黄鱼的疾病的防治方法,具体涉及一种人工养殖大黄鱼的疾病发生的预警方法。
背景技术
目前,人工养殖的大黄鱼主要采用海水网箱养殖的方法,随着养殖规模的不断扩大,大黄鱼发生疾病的问题也日趋严重,给养殖户造成了极大的经济损失,如2003年浙江省发生的大黄鱼的疾病所造成的直接经济损失就达七千多万,大黄鱼的疾病已经成为制约网箱养殖大黄鱼产业持续健康发展的瓶颈。目前对网箱养殖的大黄鱼的疾病防治主要是采用被动性的治疗,即疾病发生后的药物治疗。由于网箱养殖密度高,疾病传染速度快,当疾病被发现时,许多病鱼已丧失了摄食能力而无法给药,故药物治疗也收效甚微;也有人试图采取在养殖过程中定时用药的方法来预防大黄鱼的疾病的发生,但由于网箱养殖范围大,药物作用时间短,因此这种盲目用药的不仅收不到真正的预防效果,而且增加了养殖成本和劳动力。因而采用适时、主动的疾病预防是控制网箱养殖大黄鱼疾病发生和发展的根本,而目前尚没有一种合适的人工养殖大黄鱼的疾病发生的预警方法。
发明内容
本发明所要解决的技术问题是提供一种人工养殖大黄鱼的疾病发生的预警方法,用该方法能预警人工养殖的大黄鱼是否会发生疾病及疾病发生的程度,达到提前预知,及时预防的目的。
本发明解决上述技术问题所采用的技术方案为:一种人工养殖大黄鱼的疾病发生的预警方法,它包括以下步骤:首先在当天13点~15点测定一次养殖水体的透明度X1和温度X2,并测定当天的平均风力X3,然后把X1、X2和X3代入下述公式:
Y1=1.546X1+0.07X2X3-11.922
Y2=1.284X1+0.072X2X3-10.067
Y3=1.568X1+0.108X2X3-16.921
Y4=1.981X1+0.076X2X3-17.062
计算得到函数值Y1、Y2、Y3和Y4,通过比较Y1、Y2、Y3和Y4的函数值,从中选出最大的函数值,并按下述标准来预警人工养殖大黄鱼在第3天是否会发生疾病及疾病发生的程度:当最大值为Y4时,预警等级为四级,大面积发病;最大值为Y3时,预警等级为三级,中等程度发病;最大值为Y2时,预警等级为二级,少量发病;最大值为Y1时,预警等级为一级,正常。
X1、X2和X3是与大黄鱼的疾病发生密切相关的自然因子,平均风力X3可以根据当地的气象预报得到,人工养殖水体的透明度和温度用生物学的常规方法测定,在13点~15点时水体的温度波动变化很小,并且此时的水体的温度与发生疾病的关系较密切。

与现有技术相比,本发明的优点在于由于在当天13点~15点测定养殖水体的透明度X1和温度X2,并测定当天的平均风力X3,然后把X1、X2和X3代入公式中,计算得到函数值Y1、Y2、Y3和Y4,比较Y1、Y2、Y3和Y4的函数值,并按下述标准来预警人工养殖大黄鱼在第3天是否会发生疾病及疾病发生的程度:当最大值为Y4时,预警等级为四级,大面积发病;最大值为Y3时,预警等级为三级,中等程度发病;最大值为Y2时,预警等级为二级,少量发病;最大值为Y1时,预警等级为一级,正常;这样就能提前预警人工养殖大黄鱼在第3天是否会发生疾病及疾病发生的程度,解决了目前对人工养殖的大黄鱼无法预知发生疾病及疾病程度使得疾病无从预防的间题,因此本发明能对人工养殖大黄鱼的疾病发生进行提前有效的预防,也能知道发病的程度并得到及时有效的治疗,从而减少了人工养殖大黄鱼大面积疾病发生的事件,提高了人工养殖大黄鱼的经济效益,也节约了养殖成本和劳动力。

以下结合实施例对本发明作进一步详细描述。
实施例
一种人工养殖大黄鱼的疾病发生的预警方法,在当天14点测定一次网箱中养殖大黄鱼的水体的透明度X1和温度X2,并按当地气象资料得到当天的平均风力X3,然后把X1、X2和X3代入下述公式:

计算得到函数值Y1、Y2、Y3和Y4,比较Y1、Y2、Y3和Y4的函数值,从中选出最大的函数值,并按以下标准来预警人工养殖大黄鱼在第3天是否会发生疾病及疾病发生的程度:当最大值为Y4时,预警等级为四级,大面积发病;最大值为Y3时,预警等级为三级,中等程度发病;最大值为Y2时,预警等级为二级,少量发病;最大值为Y1时,预警等级为一级,正常;表2是应用本发明的预警方法,对舟山市海洋养殖公司网箱养殖的大黄鱼是否会发生疾病及疾病发生的程度进行实施性预警的明显表,共预警了181天,表中第五列为从测定当天起算的第3天的疾病发生的实际等级,表中最后一列为从测定当天起算的第3天的疾病发生的预警等级;表3为预警等级与实际等级的统计对比表,从表2或表3中可以得出预警的准确率达到81.2%。

Claims (1)
1、一种人工养殖大黄鱼的疾病发生的预警方法,其特征在于它包括以下步骤:首先在当天13点~15点测定一次养殖水体的透明度X1和温度X2,并测定当天的平均风力X3,然后把X1、X2和X3代入下述公式:
Y1=1.546X1+0.07X2X3-11.922
Y2=1.284X1+0.072X2X3-10.067
Y3=1.568X1+0.108X2X3-16.921
Y4=1.981X1+0.076X2X3-17.062
计算得到函数值Y1、Y2、Y3和Y4,通过比较Y1、Y2、Y3和Y4的函数值,从中选出最大的函数值,并按下述标准来预警人工养殖大黄鱼在第3天是否会发生疾病及疾病发生的程度:当最大值为Y4时,预警等级为四级,大面积发病;最大值为Y3时,预警等级为三级,中等程度发病;最大值为Y2时,预警等级为二级,少量发病;最大值为Y1时,预警等级为一级,正常。
