Abstract

本发明提供一种化肥制作工艺,包括水、二氧化碳,采用太阳能电池板吸收阳光发电,用电来裂解水,生成的氢气与空气中的氮气反应生成氨气,然后通入二氧化碳,合成尿素或者碳氨,与目前技术相比:本发明采用太阳能来发电,利用空气、水做原料节约了成本,且提高了能源使用效率。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种化肥制作工艺,尤其是一种太阳能制氮化肥的工艺。
背景技术
尿素,为中性速效高含氮量化肥,缩二脲含量低,具有无色、无味、无臭、易溶于水、易施用等特点,颗粒均匀,饱满圆润,粉尘少。尿素的生产原料是天然气、煤/、石油,把它们同水,空气一系列化学反映就可生产。工业用氨气和二氧化碳高温.高压合成主要有:水溶液全循环法和二氧化碳气提法两种生产方法。这两种方式生产时能量利用率都很低,且对设备腐蚀严重,造成资源浪费,成本增大。
发明内容
本发明针对目前状况,提供了一种太阳能制化肥的工艺。
为了实现上述目的,本发明采取以下措施来实现:
一种化肥制作工艺,包括水、二氧化碳,其特征是采用太阳能电池板吸收阳光发电,用电来裂解水,生成的氢气与空气中的氮气反应生成氨气,然后通入二氧化碳,合成尿素或者碳氨。
与目前技术相比:本发明采用太阳能来发电,利用空气、水做原料节约了成本,且提高了能源使用效率。
具体实施方式
本发明充分利用自然资源,合理的设置,使能源利用率的消耗降到极小。
二氧化碳由火力发电厂等废气采用管道输入。
实际案例,本发明可制造尿素,成本比工业制法要降低30%。

Claims (2)

1.一种化肥制作工艺,包括水、二氧化碳,其特征是采用太阳能电池板吸收阳光发电,用电来裂解水,生成的氢气与空气中的氮气反应生成氨气,然后通入二氧化碳,合成尿素。
2.如权利要求1所述,其特征是二氧化碳由火力发电厂等废气采用管道输入。
